We love this hotel, is no the first time staying there, but this time we are no happy at all, because at the time of checking they changed our reservation and gave us other room with less beds. And the excuse they used were that we made the reservation with a third party. In my opinion it is not nice, because you already made your plans in advance. That’s was the only thing that made me unhappy, but the rest, the Hotel is excellent.

Quiet and clean. Pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite on check in. Hot healthy breakfast included. My husband enjoyed the workout area and pool. Would return if back in the area.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Paul and the rest of the employees go above and beyond to make everyone's stay enjoyable. You do not find such personalized service like we experienced from Paul anymore. Great employee.

The front desk was great especially Paul. The rooms were great. The pool was freezing cold to the point we really couldn't swim and unfortunately for us that was one of the reasons we chose Hyatt instead of an Air BNB.

Very enjoyable. But: I did not get a receipt emailed to me, as promised. And there was no microwave oven in the room, though you can request one, or use a communal one near the dining area. The $8.00 breakfast was worth the price, but I have seen better. Overall, a good stay. The location was very advantageous for me.

This hotel is super close to the Providence airport (within walking distance). It’s also right next to the train station. But it’s still surprisingly quiet. It was a clean, comfortable stay. It’s too bad you have to pay for breakfast, but at least it was a decent breakfast for the cost.

Nice, new property. Extremely convenient to walk from your gate to the hotel in about 15-20 minutes. Hotel is also adjacent to the car rental garage so convenient if you are picking up a car.

It was my second time staying in this location and my experience was extremely disappointing. While I was sleeping, two staff came banging at my door saying I never checked in when I clearly had to have checked in to the room to have the keys. They could have used the phone to call the room and I felt it was extremely rude to come banging at my door in the middle of the night from an issue that they caused. Sorely disappointed, would not recommend staying here at all.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with explaining how to return the rental car and reaching the terminal from the hotel. She even walked me to the back of the hotel to point out what to look for. Very nice hotel to stay in.

The property is great if you have an early flight or a late flight, I asked Staff questions about the area. They had no answers for me. The air conditioner did not work. Our room was hot. Our room was not made up everyday. The morning buffet was not that great.

Hyatt Regency-Warwick was a convenient property to stay while we were moving our daughter into Johnson & Wales University. Both Target and Walmart were nearby and the Providence Place Mall was on 15 minutes away. Also, Hyatt was very cooperative with accepting parcels from Amazon, USPS, UPS, etc.

I booked a room with 2 queens beds and When I got there they gave me a room with just 1 king bed. Also though it said breakfast was free on expedia..hotel said it was $8 a person. When I asked the lady at the front desk the next day,she said breakfast was free I am not sure why there was so much miscommunication.

Great hotel and amenities. Nice pool and excellent breakfast options. The room was big and comfortable. We had a refrigerator, desk, large bathroom, and pullout couch in addition to two queen beds. The only downside—the carpet felt damp and there was a smell that kept coming and going. We couldn’t figure out where it came from or what it was. We only stayed where we were because it was infrequent.
