I was checking in late and had already paid for the room thru one of the travel sites. When I got there, they asked for my card to have the numbers for the security deposit. I gave them my card and when they swiped it, a message came back that I didn't have enough room left. I was embarrassed and trying to figure out what i could do to satisfy the security deposit when the man behind the counter told me not to worry about it. He said it was late and I looked very tired and he would give me the benefit of the doubt and waive the deposit this one time. That meant i got to proceed to my room and get some much needed sleep. I was so happy and relieved.

Beware ... hotel is in transition to new ownership. Current facility is in need of a tremendous amount of repair. Carpeting on stairs in need of repair. Indoor pool area not available (used for broken furniture storage). Door leading to outside of building not locked. Room had broken security lock on door, no sink drain covers, broken toilet paper holder, broken heater cover. TV only operates in TV mode (no HDMI), but you have to get desk person to come up with his remote to get it into TV mode. Wifi is not password protected. Staff is minimal. Housekeeping is minimal. Breakfast are a floor is often a sticky, gooey mess. Stay away from this place for at least 6 months.

Bought by another company. Currently going through renovation. Found a cockroach in room but they were nice enough to get us a new room and allowed me to review it before accepting. Saw a man in a skirt and wing walking down hallway. I guess it's like an extended stay so you have a lot of bad folks living there. Hopefully once the new owners get things going it will be a real nice hotel. So if you are reading this give it some time before booking.

You get what you pay for. The room rate is very low compared to the Garden Inn across the street, and that should have been a tip. I really just wanted a night of sleep in a clean and safe place and was glad I only needed one night. The hotel is under construction so you will not get what you see online. The original room I was given did not have working lights. I was provided a new room that the hotel had just finished remodeled. The new room had dirty carpet, remodeling material on the carpet, dirty bathroom and so on. I am not very picky as I understand remodeling can mean a lot of things but I do expect to have cleanness. I slept clothed as it was middle of the night when I arrived and got out as soon as I could the next day.

It was horrible the hotel is under construction so it does not look anything like the pics on your website in addition the room was dirty stain in the carpet lamp shades .. I booked for 2 nights but I had to checked out after 1 day … I need to dispute the second night as the hotel was not as described in your website ..

The rooms don’t look like the pictures, very dirty. The lights didn’t even work, the bed had no bedding and there were two yellow pillows. Floor full of stains as well as couch. Check in guys charged me $53 and didn’t even say for what. Once I entered the room I left after seeing it.

No phone in the room, none of the ice machines worked, no hairdryer in the room, last guest’s clothing left on the table, bathroom had black mold, only one remote for 2 TVs. Two requests for a hairdryer went unanswered. Requested maid service but never received any. The continental breakfast consisted of only toast and peanut butter or jam with no knives only forks or spoons. Waited well over 8 minutes to check in as staff were talking in the back room and saw me but ignored me. Definitely would not stay there again!!!

Staff was super nice and it honestly made up for the rest of the experience. The room didn’t seem like it was really cleaned, just had the beds made and towels set. Our room door was very difficult to close, if you didn’t use your whole body to close it, it wouldn’t lock. The hotel itself is in a nice location by shops and food, but feels pretty sketchy inside honestly. Not sure that I would stay again :/

The fact that there was no transportation to or from the airport. No cleaning or pick up of dirty towel. Linen was not changed at all the three nights I was there. turned the TV on after I checked in on Saturday, 8/24/24. The screen was cracked and black. NEVER DONE DURING WHOLE 3 DAY STAY. Advised the front desk. clerk promised to exchange it every day. NO TV FOR ENTIRE STAY. CONSTRUCTION ON MONDAY ALL DAY..

Online is says the pool is open and is not. The Breakfast was stale bagels and watered down juice. They booked our room and we opened the door and the room was booked for a family already (thank gosh no one was actually in it) there bags were in it. There was stains on the sheets. The room hasn’t been vacuumed I bet in years. Floors were stinky. We didn’t get the room we wanted that we ordered online the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. DONT GO HERE! The fire detector there was wires hanging from the Ceiling where it was supposed to be. The bathtub was stained and just nasty! Mold! Yuck! This place should be shut down!

I booked the property for my friend and her daughter. The mattress had blood stains, the room was dirty and stains and food on the walls. She over heard another family saying they found needles on the property. This is not a family friendly place.

Absolutely disgusting. Terrifying honestly. The room smelled so bad when we walked in, looked in the cabinets and saw cockroaches. There were bugs crawling on the walls. The bathroom was dirty & towels were stained. The AC did not work at all. Staff did not care at all. I paid 105 for this room. I am absolutely disgusted & disappointed. If I was them I would NOT rent these rooms at all!!!!! Please clean these rooms & have the bug people come out & do not let anyone in until you do!

Our room that we booked on the 2nd floor did not have AC so we were able to be transferred to the first floor. The jacuzzi in the room started spewing water everywhere and soaked the whole bed and carpet. The staff made us make our own beds since they didnt have laundry personnel The ice maker in the lobby was broken. The indoor pool and hot tub were all drained. I went up to get juice and the machine did not work so i had to talk to front desk for assistance. They told me to turn it on myself. When checking in, another patron asked for towels, and front staff said they didnt have any clean ones. Breakfast consisted to just bread and plain mini donuts. The light above the jacuzzi did not work. The vent for the room didnt work. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner were in the room. It was a joke. Buyer beware when going to this place.

A horrible experience, it is safer on the street than inside this hotel, people fighting and screaming, the ceiling seems like it was going to break more creaks than an old door, every step of the people upstairs can be heard in the room, bad smell throughout the room, do not waste your money staying here, the staff is not very friendly or not at all friendly, they do not have the capacity to work in a hotel.

We arrived late at the hotel, because of flight delays. The night front desk attendant was back in another room, and I literally had to yell to get them to come out. Even calling the front desk while standing there didn't work. They give me a room, we go down to the room and the security lock has been used to prop the door open, and the room isn't clean. Go back to front desk, yell and wait for the person to come out. Get assigned a new room. Go to room, and the AC doesn't work, no lights, looks like its not even turning on. Go back to front desk, yell and wait for the person to come out. Get new room. Night desk person tells me he's sure this room has AC, and it does. It also has a big wet area in the carpet, and a sink overflowing with black "water". 3 strikes and we left.

Didn’t end up staying. Took three people just to check me in and they didn’t give me the room I booked. I booked two queens and they gave us the king they pull out bed. We walked in it had stains everywhere and cockroaches. Some of the lights didn’t even work.
