Nice hotel, great staff, great amenities!

The location was very convenient and we loved the free shuttle. That was a deciding factor.

Really comfortable stay right next to the airport

We had a huge and well equipped room, so plenty of space for a family on the move. Clean bathroom with free toiletries. Always nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room too. Check in was quick. Guy who drove the shuttle bus was really helpful and kind.

Other than paying for parking, the stay was wonderful.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Paying for parking. I was very disappointed in this. I know the parking lot has to be redone every so often but the 10 dollars a night which after taxes is 11 something per car ( we had 3 cars) is ridiculous. Someone is making alot of money off of this which is sad because we paid money per night to stay there.

Location was excellent and facilities were clean.

Not pet friendly, beware additional fee of $75 (in addition to other fees). Additional parking fees despite dedicated parking for guests (see image). When you present to the front desk as instructed they will tell you to pay the parking anyway.

Perfect for Families or Large Groups.

Everything was clean and the staff were all so polite. Had a small hiccup with some reservations but they were resolved so quick and everything worked out. Wish I could’ve gotten the front desk girls name at night because she was AMAZING!

Terrible. Never staying again.

The location

It was dirty. We had ants in our room and ant eggs. Tv was broken. They moved us to another room and the thermostat was broken. Then when I asked for compensation the front desk employee was rude and offered $25. You have to pay for parking, which is $10 a night. The pool was out of order so my teenagers couldn’t swim. That information was not on the website.

Fine, but I would probably try some place else next time.

Great location to airport and our Fly and Go parking. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.

Older motel although it was clean. We arrived late at night and the evening host was a bit bizarre…talking about living with mom and at one point lying on one of the couches. Also they make you pay $10 to park in the hotel lot.

Very comfortable, don't expect to park here long term.

My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The night staff were friendly. Packed breakfast goodies were given since I checked out at 3:45 am.

I arrived to a very stern manager who advised that my early check-in request was an extra charge, although I requested this upon booking with a note to the hotel with no notice of the 25 dollar fee. Parking is not free for the 1st night, nor 10 dollars per the booking advertising while on vacation. Hotel states they advised booking.com of the change months ago. Booking.com gave me a credit for the one night fee.I ended up parking across the street at a parknfly.

Excellent. Will definitely stay here every time I am in the Cities.

This location is so great if you are going to the airport! There are restaurants near and ample Parking. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was about 2 minutes. I had booked online and all I had to do was show my ID and I was all set. My room was so much better than I had expected.

The overly flamboyant man at the desk on the night shift. If it were a woman who was dressed like that, I would also have been alarmed. The outfit did Not speak of professionalism. I am fine with a person in colorful clothing and perhaps a wig manning the desk, but they need to be dressed in a professional manner. The fish net stockings and pink wig with leopard shirt did not make me feel comfortable.

Great place to stay!

I appreciated your shuttle service. Used it last night to return my rental car, and this morning to take me to the airport. Room was clean, that is always important to me! I I only had a bagel for breakfast because I'm not a morning person, and had to focus on being ready on time for the shuttle service!

I was confused about the $50 incidentals fee. My understanding is that it will be refunded to me in 2 or 3 days.

All told the stay was pretty good. I would come back.

the day clerk Trina was wonderful. Tim the shuttle guy was great. The breakfast was expertly prepared and kept very very clean I was impressed but didnt get this fellows name. As awful as the check in clerk was, these three people made up two fold for " miss dont bother me tia."

I was shocked that i could not get a receipt nor an explanation on why my $129. Room cost $272. Snippy desk clerk could not care less. Obviously my just checking in was a big imposition to her. Ugg.

The hotel offered everything I needed for an overnight stay.

The entire booking process went well. The hotel sent a shuttle to airport to pick me up, very nice driver The hotel was close to airport, nice accommodations, room was clean with plenty of space.

The staff. They were not a happy group, at all.

pretty chill

it was near to everything we wanted to do! also Tina was so awesome! we arrived a bit late to check in but she greeted us with so much positive energy.

a little outdated, and a bit dirty. it wasn’t extremely dirty but there were some interesting stains. again not a huge issue but it could be better.
