We stayed at the seperate building on the side. This made my kiddos feel better that it was more hotel style rooms with a door to a hallway that was locked from the outside unless you had a key card. The other main part was more motel style even though they had hallways there was no stopping people from going up to your door even if they didnt have a key. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The soaps that were in the showers were full sized and smelled good. The cleaning service was amazing. Always around for anything you needed. We were in for a hockey tournament and the kids wanted to play knee hockey and the cleaning service let them and loved that they wanted to play rather than be on video games! Checking in and out was a breeze. The other family we were with tried to get an early check in and i know the front desk gave him hassle with that and would not release the room until 3:01 even tho the cleaning people said the room was done so that was a little weird. We stayed from a thursday to a sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back!

The stay was wonderful, quiet clean, beautiful staff. I just don’t agree with your prices. They’re too damn high lol

Lovely staff. Clean hotel. Would have liked proper crockery and cutlery at breakfast, not disposable.

We had the opportunity to share this property with international lacrosse players who were playing in a tournament. We met players from Japan, china tipai, Germany, and Scotland. We learned many things about these coaches, players and the game they love to participate in. Yes they were slightly noisy later at night (after 11 pm) but with a quick visit in the hallway about their day and a reminder we were older everything went quiet. My husband has dementia and without proper sleep at night our days are impossible to enjoy. Great bunch of young people to share a hotel with.

Went to get a candy bar for a late night stack unbelievably expensive $3 and something for a small candy bar and almost $6 for a large. That's ridiculous

We’d recommend this stay! It’s pricey (as are the other hotels in the area), but includes breakfast and is a good spot when passing through for the night. Staff was very friendly!

It was fine. Quiet. Issues with computer made it take checkin long at least 15-30 minutes. Had to carry bags up stairs. No elevator seen, need to tell people that is the case.

I stayed here recently for 2 nights. I was in town for an event, and this hotel was decent price and within distance of where I needed to be. The check in process was fast and the young lady was polite, when I checked in and checked out. The only thing I would stay is that they should steam their carpets or throughly clean the rooms, it smell so bad. I went to Walmart and went to town cleaning before I put my bags anywhere. Some of the bath towels had lower region hairs jn it, that was kind of annoying so I used what I could. My sleep was comfortable and quiet, parking was fine and safe. Overall it was fine, just extra details of cleaning and whoever the cleaners are should preview the rooms again right before someone checks in would be the extra step to take.

We went in for the Boilermaker race. The staff was very pleasant, explained amenities and asked if we needed any info about the area.
The rooms are somewhat outdated. The towels were very scratchy. The shampoo and conditioner were very good. Breakfast was a good mix and those waffles are totally the best! All in all, pleasant stay.

I liked because it was around all different types of food

The price for overnight pretty steep for older building. The AC exhaust is blowing in the hallway feels hot. Otherwise the beds and bathrooms are clean.

The room was disgusting. Bathroom had mold, the shower had hair in the drain and by the time 3 were done showering the water wouldn’t drain and it was half full. There were handprints on the walls and hair in the bathroom. Absolutely gross.

We decided we would not stay in another Best Western property. It was shabby and run down.

Property is showing wear, bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Room was non smoking but someone had been smoking in it, very strong smell of cigarettes. Took a very long time to check in. I would not recommend this hotel

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful especially upon check-in and checkout. We were in a room at the end of the main building, and it was very quiet there all night.

We checked out early. We left at 7:30pm Saturday night. Upon returning from the hockey rink. We walked in the back entrance as we had been doing since Friday afternoon. When he walked in the smell of marijuana was extremely overwhelming. I would no allow my Son to even walk in. When we opened the room door the smoke billowed into the room making it unbearable. My wife and I decided at this point to pack up. We ended up staying with friends of ours playing in the same tournament. I then drove upfront to check out and told the attendant the reason for the early check out. The attendant stated they had been having trouble with employees from Wendy’s coming over and smoking in the back. I then informed her this was definitely someone who was staying in a room on the back end. Given the fact that I am a Police Officer there was no way I could allow in good conscience my Wife or 13 year old sone be subjected to that. IT WAS THAT BAD!!!

The room was quiet claustrophobic, only had one window window which faced a hallway so obviously couldn’t have the curtains open. Possibly the smallest bathroom ever, cobwebs in the room corners and a couple broken lamp shades. Foot traffic stains showing on the carpet even though they advertise as newly remodeled. And you have to put out a sign if you want housekeeping, we missed that one.
On the good side, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, water was hot and continental breakfast was good. I guess it’s fine if you just need a bed and a hot shower.

Location poor. Breakfast staff let food items run out and were slow to restock eggs, coffee, fruit, bread. Staff were not in a hurry. Front desk could not print a receipt. Door keys did not work - twice.

I didn’t like getting up in the middle of the night to find the bathroom door somehow locked. Had to go to front desk

The continental breakfast was not that good
Not much variety and orange juice was dreadful. Stop using city water to make the juice.

Check in was pleasant. Room was fair. It smelled old. Pillows and sheets were hard and rough. The room was clean and had some nice conviences like microwave and fridge. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard hotel breakfast.
0.5 / 5.0
Room carpet is never cleaned, bathroom fan switch is non existent. No sink in the bathroom. Outside sink is clogged. Bath tub valve doesn’t function. Run mat is old and extremely dirty. Air Conditioning doesn’t work either. Room lock gets stuck and breakfast is cold brought in a plastic to dump in a tray in front of all customers. We were sick.
3.0 / 5.0
The hotel is a bit tired in need of an update. The strips on the magnetic key cards are affected by keeping them next to the magnetic field on an iPhone, which is annoying. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean by attentive staff.
