With only a couple miles away from downtown you don’t have to go very far. There is plenty to do including visiting the Utica zoo close by. Days can include exploring different coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, even enjoying a night at the Stanley theatre. Oh and lets not forget about trying the famous New York style pizza! Beautiful property that was near everything we needed. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive to questions asked and about an issue that arose. It also had a crib available to use, so one less thing that we needed to pack. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

We stayed here for about 3 weeks due to a family emergency in the area. It was a perfect home for us - clean, bright, open, comfortable, and all upgraded. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our meal preparations, and the washer and dryer worked really well. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen is quite large compared to other similarly priced properties in the area. The owner was responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was one inaccuracy on the listing. It stated that the bed in the second bedroom is a twin, but it is actually a full sized bed. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend this home. The stairway is steep and the floor is slightly uneven which is typical for homes this age. However for our family this was not an issue. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.
