Stayed here for a week with my husband celebrating our anniversary. Fantastic service! short walk to amazing eagle beach. Our first time here and definitely won’t be our last!

It was a wonderful trip. Eagle aruba is a great resort with 3 great pools and close proximaty to other parts of the island.

We were only there for two days but really enjoyed it. Happy hour at the pool was great with excellent entertainment.
Eagle Beach is fabulous and very busy but the water is great.

It was enjoyable overall, but the music was so loud that taking a nap was nearly impossible. The DJ and band played as if they were right in your room!

My experience was wonderful until Caribbean night. I came for a bday celebration and it was set up nice. I then paid $45pp for the Caribbean night with dinner. I was asked to select a table that I would like to sit and did that. Upon arrival I saw drinks already on the table and management told me he could get the folks to move! WRONG tables should’ve had a reserve tag and because management choice to accommodate the other guest really left a sour taste in my mouth. The manager place us at another table but other than this no other accommodations where may!! Remember I paid for this but would recommend further guest get to Tony’s pizza early if you pay to see the show!! Can guarantee you’ll get the table you ask for!!! This was disappointing 😠

The check-in went seamlessly. The place was clean. There was so much noise for my band and music playing at the pool that you could almost feel it in your hotel room. But not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Staff was so polite and attentive. They made our stay comfortable and easy. The room was spotless. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is family friendly as well as couples friendly. Three different pools leaves plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation as you like.

The hotel was nice and spacious. The bell hops were amazing. They bent over backwards to assist with the stay. The front desk staff were horrible. We arrived in Aruba at 11 am and were told the rooms weren’t available till 4 pm i asked for other options since we came from a foreign country and after several long plane rides we wanted to shower and get a change of clothes. We were given a pass to use the bathroom and nothing else. The charge was over $150 more money than we were quoted to pay upon arrival plus a $200 deposit which would be returned after 15 days. We asked for two rooms together but were given two rooms in two separate buildings that were at the farthest edge of the hotel from each other. It was clearly done intentionally.

This was my second time staying at Eagle Resort in 2 months! I liked it so much the first time I booked again for just a few weeks later. This time however, even though it was a low season and not very full, I wasn’t as impressed. Thankfully I was only staying with one guest so we didn’t need the couch because it was frankly filthy. It was shabby and stained and we didn’t even want to sit on it. If we had to sleep on it we would have complained. Aruba is not a cheap destination so I expected better. It wasn’t enough to mar my trip, and the overall hotel, staff, and location are so lovely that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but it stood out in my mind and needed pointing out.

The rooms are very clean but they did not have much of pots. Pans or cooking items. The bathroom does not offer the shampoo and conditioner or soap like they used to have. We had to ask for towels and blankets. The adult pool is very dirty and not cleaned well. We live the location and the other two pools are clean and great.

The property has three pools which makes it nice if you want to relax and chill or party. The restaurant on the property has great food and service.

First don’t eat at the hotel. I got food poisoning and was terribly sick for a few days after only eating at the pool area. Plus the food was below par otherwise. The place is 2-3 stars. The bathroom is not kid friendly, no tub or detachable sprayer in the shower. Way to loud music, made it hard to get a nap in during the day. Most seemed annoyed with the musical entertainment. The beach was great but takes about 10mins to walk there.Saving grace was the wonderful beach and water.

Modernized property with updated kitchens and baths. Very spacious suite that had ample living space. Initially, I was concerned about not having direct beach access and views. The property makes up for that with the pools and hot tub areas, grills for cooking and pretty easy accessibility through La Cabana. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping staff and Bell Hop/Concierge guys outside were phenomenal - always friendly, helpful and gracious. I highly recommend.

Very well kept resort. Clean. Spacious. Love it.

Love the staff and hospitality. The hotel itself feels rather old and does not offer a high end or luxury type of feel. Not even a shuttle to/from the airport. The food options were not the best either. We spent a lot more money than we budgeted for trying to find good food to eat. Jam sessions by the pool were nice but short lived. You get about 1 hour of decent American music before the live bands come. Which is not everyone’s cup of tea. They should have certain days/events for certain types of music.
But overall I think this hotel is suited for an older more relaxed crowd.

Very neat and lovely property. Our children, 13 and 15 loved the pools. We had an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed it. Although we weren't too happy the room was next to the storage room of the cleaning ladies. Every morning around 6 there was quite some noise when they started their shift and were obviously very happy to see each other.. We told the staff. Also, we prepaid the breakfast and thought that was very expensive. We were a bit dissapointed there was no buffet (we didn't check before hand) and we could choose between a few different things from the menu.Coffee and tea were included but if you wanted to drink anything else, it was charged. The breakfast itself was quite nice and you can take out as well which was very convenient.
Most staff were happy to work at eagle resort and very friendly. It's a 5 minute walk to eagle beach, where there are free beds with the hotel. Make sure you'll go there on time, otherwise there are no beds available. I would stay at eagle resort again since it is a very beautiful property, but then wouldn't book the breakfast

The rooms were more like an apartment and with Super Foods nearby, you have the option of cooking your own food. I will definitely book Eagle Aruba Resort when I come back to Aruba again.
