Wonderful stay! Loft was spacious, clean and comfortable. Transit bus near the Resort was convenient for a short ride into Downtown Banff to browse the shops and restaurants.

We had a nice condo with a mountain cabin vibe. The kitchen, dining, living areas were small but fine for the two of us. Since we were there in summer, we didn't need the fireplace but it would have been nice and cozy in fall or winter. It was far enough out of the heart of Banff to be fairly quiet with bus service into town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Been to tunnel mountain several times and have gone back with family because we always liked it . They have made small upgrades possibly since last there . The room was missing a few things and was not the cabin we expected to get for. Our booking
For the same money basically the hidden ridge is a better value for the money

We had to pay the deposit and the cost of the hotel upon arrival. Which was lame in my opinion. Perfect family room. Bathroom needed a deep clean. The floor was dirty. When I got water on the floor from the shower I used the bath tub towel and the towel was dirty. The toilet had a few spots. Overall good stay, just needs a deep detailed clean. The fire place was the best part.

A great place to get out of the city! Love the bus tickets offered instead of driving uour car everywhere. The chalwts are cosy, comfortable and very clean.

We always book a hotel in the downtown area of Banff but because of the long weekend prices, we decided to book somewhere else and found this gem! Other than the tight parking, especially since we are driving a truck, we have no concerns or whatsoever. The room was clean with a bed and toy for our dog, the balcony is a nice addition. Right away after checking in, the staff called to make sure everything is okay. Its only a 5 min drive to dowtown, our family even walked and no complains!

Very comfortable at a reasonable price. Clean. Like the wood accents. Some hooks in bathroom for towel or clothes and mirror outside of bathroom would have made it perfect.
Parking very tight!

Husband felt very unwell overnight and really needed his rest the following morning, extremely kind, and accommodating staff allowed us to check out late (so sorry and thank you)! We were gifted with tasty wine for my birthday celebration cozying near the warm wood burning fireplace. Thank you kindly for being extremely patient and understanding and most of all very accommodating. We are looking forward to the next visit with tunnel mountain! Not to mention beautiful view as well from our balcony! Was a very short but memorable and sweet stay.

We had a good stay. Wish there were more supplies in the kitchen. We could not bake or heat food up in the oven as there were no baking trays or foils.

At a reasonable price for the area, this little housekeeping unit was perfect for our needs. Room was convenient to parking. The kitchenette had a complete service for 4 in dishes, utensils, and glasses. Wilco or Winco cookware in a full set. Full set of cooking utensils and knives. An electric cooktop, microwave, and fridge. A large rain shower in the bath with plenty of towels (4 sets) and multiple mats. Balcony window frames the mountain for gorgeous views. In Banff no car is needed because the transit comes by the hotel every 15 to 30 min. The hotel provides bus passes for the short ride into downtown Banff. From the hub busses will take you to most of the sites, some for additional fare.

It is so convenient to the town yet quiet. Bus stop right in front of property with free passes to use to avoid traffic and parking downtown. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay here again

The bus picks up right in front of the hotel and they give you free bus passes. The area is quiet at night because its a ways back from Downtown. Our room temperature controls were not great, but otherwise excellent.

We only stayed two nights but I was woken up both mornings by neighbors talking and moving chairs, once at 7am and once at 5am. I'm not a light sleeper and the neighbors were just talking loudly, not having a party or anything. So you can see that soundproofing is a major issue. Also, I woke up with bug bites the next day, but I didn't find any bugs. The kitchen could use a frying pan, for a room that costs $700 a night, it could be better.

We missed that there were no free breakdast especially as we were just staying 2 nigthrs and were on a long tour.

Enjoyed our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. Loved that it came with kitchen essentials and was happy that they provided free bus passes for Roam transit. We were able to get to Downtown easily without worrying about parking. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our room was beautiful and looked to be recently renovated. It was air conditioned and had a balcony with a mountain view! The price was high but that is Banff on a long weekend.

We stayed in a condo suite with loft king bed. It 's very spacious and the interior looks modern. The full kitchen functions well even though we didn't cook much. The hotel location is on the mountain side and quiet if you want to avoid crowdedness of the downtown Banff. It's about 5 minutes drive to Banff town. There were complimentary free roam bus pass offered by the hotel and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. During our stay we used the roam service for one rainy day to explore Banff town instead of hiking the lakes and mountains. This hotel is a perfect stay and location for us in our opinion.
