Was told at front desk we could get a roll away bed and then was told it was a fire hazard, never been declined a roll away bed at any other hotel. My son had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel was clearly an old property they tried to upgrade it. The room are not great, the TV faces sideways making you lay on your side to watch it. The lights in the bathroom are very dim, makes it difficult to shave. The chair used for the desk feels like I was sitting on hardwood. The glass shower door kept opening as it was not flat therefore the floor might be uneven.

booked as they had restaurant. restaurant was closed due to no staff. despite request for no housekeeping and placing do not disturb sign, room was cleanedm ?? things were touched, belongings searched. felt very violated.

By far the best bed we have slept in. We had a slight issue with the staff and her rudeness for directions to the elevator, I understand we checked in late but other than that the room was clean, nice and again the bed was by far the most comfortable.

Staff was great! The hotel was clean and a convenient location to the airport. My only grip was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, as was the couch so we had a sleepless night. I honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor and my body was not impressed. If you like a stiff bed there’s no issues!

Apparently there are 2 marriotts near the Seattle airport. The shuttle took us to the wrong one . The person at check in was very rude and unhelpful at getting us to the sister property. It also cost us an additional $35. Won’t be staying there on our next trip in a couple of months ☹️

My stay was great! Everyone working was very friendly and Nathaniel was particularly helpful. I left my car at the hotel for a week while traveling and stayed there at the end of the trip. I enjoyed a nice Caesar salad in the cafe as well. I’ve found my new favorite hotel in the Seattle area!

I love his hotel!!! Super friendly shuttle drivers and people at the front desk!! Plus the shuttle is free!!!! We were able to walk to the mall which only took about ten minutes! I highly recommend this facility!!!! I will be back!!!!

My stay was AMAZING. Best hotel in the area. I had an extremely long day and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and amazing. I wish I knew her name so that everyone can look out for her, she was such a blessing to meet when you get to the front desk. The employees show that they care about their jobs which is hard to find these days! I didn’t second guess the cleanliness at this hotel either. It was even quiet for a Friday night which was shocking being so close to Seattle. Just impeccable. Would recommend and will be here for every WA visit.

Marriott’s as always provide a clean and easy hotel stay. Service was good. The breakfast in the morning was really good. The coffee was great, which hotel coffee is usually awful. We definitely feel like for a quick night flying in or out of Seattle it was perfect!
