It is always a nice visit, the view a amazing. The building is in the middle of a remodel, but it wasn't too bad.

This hotel is beat………poor lighting, furniture really worn………stayed three nights and no maid service. We asked about having our garbage dumped and we were told where to dump it ourselves. I would never stay here again! We ate at the fancy restaurant on the top floor. Food was very over priced, arrived cold and vegetables were shriveled.

Hotel seemed upset that I booked with 3rd party didn’t allow anything higher than 6th floor- said there were no other ones available even though there was 5 others available on the app. Sad to get thee most expensive room and spend over a grand and be treated poorly and was told there’s no maid service and have no towels on the 4th night. Construction ongoing. Highly discourage someone from staying here. Broken furniture. Cobwebs. Unfriendly staff.

We had a lovely partial lake view and a huge comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was very nice with a separate throne room and door.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating.
The bath tub was super small and dingy and didn’t hold water well. We really struggled with the fact that we couldn’t directly call the front desk and had to jump through hoops to talk to them. There were a few times when our calls went completely unanswered. The black out lights do not fully black out the room, so be warned. No microwave, no mini-fridge but we were able to request which was Great. The room itself was bare bones, but for a place to sleep and relax it did the trick.

Room was really clean and nice! The resort and parking fees were not too expensive.

The rooms were great with a tremendous view

On Saturday morning around 6:30am, a construction crew started drilling and hammering in the room across the hall and one two doors down. Woke us up, couldn’t go back to sleep and I’m extremely disappointed. Who the heck does that on a Saturday morning in a hotel??? I will never stay here again and I will have a conversation with the manager upon checkout today!

To much hidden fees. No one know how to answer any questions there.

I stayed in the recently renovated Tahoe Tower and I would highly recommend staying there. The views were amazing. The rooms were large, bathroom was huge. I would be happy to stay again.

Dog woke us up. I recommend having 1 floor where all the dogs are

Jacuzzi out of service, bulbs burned out in room. Parking validated for visitors to casino, but not for hotel guests paying ridiculous resort fees.

Stayed only for 1 night but it was fantastic. They upgraded us when they found out it was our anniversary! Easy check in and valet parking was fantastic, we have a big truck so it’s hard to park at times! Would stay again!

We reserved a king non smoking but were moved into two queen smoking
It smelled terrible made us nauseous
The vanity light mirror didn’t work and several outlets were non functional there is no microwave no waters
There is a coffee maker with powdered creamer ( yuck)
The hotel itself is under renovation and there are exposed visible work sites that certainly bring down the overall appeal
There really is no reason not to put up a partition so we don’t have to look at piles of paint buckets and ladders etc
Parking and resort fees are ridiculous
Parking $20-$30 ( guests $20) and resort about $40
So this pretty much adds $60-$70 “ just because” fees to your bill
Trying to get out of parking is also ridiculous a long line of people trying to get out each has to call in to verify that they paid meanwhile everyone is waiting in line to also wait…
They definitely want your money here first and foremost
The wolf restaurant was beautiful,it’s pricy but an experience that’s worth it
The people in Reno are very nice as well

Horrible they overbooked - I paid for a non smoking king luxury room and got a smokers queen room that smelt horrible and gave me an asthma attack

Check in long and slow. Express check is pushed but the machine are either closed or just run you in circles. Very frustrating

Great room, clean, cold AC if you wanted it, easy checking, even easier check out. Great valet parking service

The view was amazing of the lake. I didn’t like that I got charged twice for the parking garage.
The WiFi kept kicking me off.
There was mold in the shower.
The sink didn’t drain properly.

The staff were very rude and didn't even speak with us when we picked up our key cards. The hotel was dirty, the floors were stained and the amenities were terrible. It felt like we were stay in a fleabag hotel

Tahoe is absolutely beautiful, and if you are going to have a hotel right next to the lake and also the beautiful golfcourse at edgewood, you are going to have to step it up. Harveys had some great options, new restaurants, but i feel as if though the casino still had some older vibes, while at times seeing some new and more modern looks. I hopexthis means that as a whole, the hotel and casino is heading into revamped era. We look forward to sharing many more memories at Harveys. We came down to celebrste our 1 year wedding anniversary, and felt we could of been given better accomodations,(Especially since when you are booking, it ask if there is a special Occasion). They said they upgraded us, which was great, but they put us right against the elevator wall and that made for a noisy night stay.

No room service. Front desk was rude and unprofessional because they were sorry handed. Will not stay here again.

The worst check in experience, they didn’t like the fact I used a third party. No one had compassion or cared about my issues with my room experiences. No one helped me, they were all oblivious to anyone who had an issue. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to their establishment.

charging for parking that used to be free will not keep me coming back to your Hotel... Charging a resort fee and you dont clean the rooms daily is a ripoff

We had a beautiful overnight stay here. Dinner at Hells Kitchen was the best food. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Cocktail waitresses in the casino were very slow.

Power strip from Ace for a device connector. Walk paper heavily stained and peeling. Multiple lights burned out through the room.
CNBC blacked out? View of a rooftop, garbage bags and steam vents. Paper thin walls.

No hot water

Harveys Lake Tower is superb.
Our room was large with a fantastic bathroom area and had a GREAT VIEW from our 16th floor room. The furniture is a bit outdated as others have reviewed, but the room offers so much more than a dresser drawer that doesn’t shut easily. If you want an inexpensive getaway this checked all our boxes.

We stayed over a Fri-Sat night. I would HIGHLY recommend only staying if you are in the newer tower. When we checked in on Friday night we were put in the older side standard rooms, what a joke. They are in bad shape to put it lightly. When you get charged $500+ a night I feel like it’s reasonable to expect a decent room. The halls to the rooms are beat up and look terrible. The first room was so small there was barely walking space around the perimeter of the bed, the furniture was in poor shape, the carpet was dingy and gross, as was the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. It felt more like an old beat up motel than a 4 star casino resort. It was clean so that was a positive. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
We requested to be moved for the 2nd night and for a minimal upcharge (like $25 more I think) were moved to a room that was brighter, nearly double the size with a much nicer bathroom and overall upkeep. It was a night and day difference. The bed was still pretty firm but a significant improvement for night one.
I understand Tahoe on a weekend pricing but anyone that feels good about charging $500+ a night for the older rooms should be ashamed of themselves.

Harveys stay was great, the concert venue is awesome. The room was ok, just expected something a bit nicer for the price. All in all it was a fun trip, Hells Kitchen was amazing, and the place was easy to navigate.
2.5
Great. Except there is only one option available for food after concerts. With a long line. Terrible for food options

The hotel itself was ok, but the cost of Starbuck's coffee was outrageous! Also, it takes 1 hr to get drinks in the casino. I'm spending my money gambling but have to wait for an hour to get a beer. Completely unacceptable!

I wish we were told ahead that housekeeping is not available if you stayed less than 3 nights.
Food at Joe's bar and grill was awful. Drinks were charged exorbitantly high prices. Small glass of local beer was charged $10. Gin Tonic was undrinkable.

Old, dated rooms in need of a renovation. Non smoking floor smelled like smoke. Parking is $20 a night.

I have never stayed at a casino resort were the staff verbatim tells it’s guests well you’ve came at an inconvenient time, issues with PAID parking working so requiring the assistance of security everytime to open gate . Which they were annoyed we were calling. Then go to front desk who says what do you expect me to do call the manager and she rolls her eyes saying well it’s broke you came at an inconvenient time.. my cousin got swindled for an “upgraded” room which was t even upgraded resort fees for no resort service. I can’t make this up. All of the front desk employees need a wake up call training and be grateful they have jobs and do not treat guests like their an inconvenience . We weren’t even complaining customers . I am still in disbelief that a place that is trying to be upscale and a Caesars property would employee people like this.
On to the dates rooms, please offer more sophisticated fixtures for upgraded rooms the rooms feel like they are from the 2000 era and smell musky!
