Clean, friendly, comfortable, good amenities

Check in was super fast and easy! Room was clean and great! Walking distance to many things!
3.6
We were there for a cheer competition and the pool was limited to 55 people. That's not even two teams when you count in families. Then the workers were rude to most parents there. The TV in the room didn't work well and we couldn't turn our heat up over 65.
3.6
Pool was "over capacity" got let in then someone pooped in the pool. Went to get dinner and take it back to the family. No takeout? Bed was uncomfortable and shampoo smelled like dead dog. Shower door wouldnt close. Elevators were slow and sketchy.

Well, we reviewed and looked at the Web and thought it would be awesome. We got there and it was filthy disgusting. There's tape all over the carpets/transitions, walls are terrifying, carpet, floors, and all surfaces were covered in dirt and liquids and other fun things. They had only one coffee stand with one employee. The building and parking garage are absolutely delapitating and should be torn down. If you stand on the perimeter of the property you can see where previous electrical fires were as they were never covered up, the roof is dented and there's holes everywhere and shingles and material hanging. No foliage. The gift shop was closed the entire weekend, there was never a single person in there just boxes of merchandise left all over the floor. The pool and jacuzzi is only open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. which is absurd. Sheets and pillows had actual residue on them.

This hotel has gone from ok to absolutely terrible. Our family stayed here last weekend and at 3 am, a blaring alarm woke up my whole family including 2 children who were terrified for their lives. I contacted the front desk and they basically said to wait it out. After 30 mins and another alarm goes off after it, I decided we’ve had enough and asked to be moved to another floor. Everyone said they were going to request a refund but when reaching out to the hotel, they simply ignored us. If the front desk would have been less condescending, then it wouldn’t have been so bad. And let’s not forget our post-dinner incident at Cafe Du Sol! We had paid our waitress, gave her extra tip for being wonderful, got up to leave and had the hostess chase us down, grab my arm and loudly say to me in front of the entire casino, “EXCUSE ME! I NEED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION, DID YOU PAY?!” Yes. Yes I did. Completely unprofessional and not even an apology was offered before she realized her mistake and turned back to her stand with a huff. I used to stay here a lot. I gambled here a lot. But after this, I’ll be going elsewhere because this place just doesn’t care about you. Terrible service leads to unsatisfied patrons. Simple as that.

It was a great stay. Close to Stateline nightlife and a few other casinos. Room was clean and large (not what I expected considering the low cost) huge bathroom and good views from room depending on the room location:) would definitely come back! M
3.6
Service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful, fast check in. Bed was defintiwly stiff, so if you like a soft bed this will be hard to sleep on. Bathrooms in the casino/lobby were a bit dirty, but the room bathroom was beautiful. Everything smelled and looked clean
3.6
Elevator's weren't working😡
We had to lug our two suitcases down 11 floors (stairs)😔
3.6
We jus got here today. But we've stayed here before and enjoy it all the time we come. Its so convenient n close to everything.
3.6
Not great it’s run down they charge you for parking they charge you for checking in early they charge a resort fee it’s like fee’s for everything
3.6
Worst customer service and the room was way outdated. Hallway carpets was soaked. Very outdated and dirty.
3.6
The space of the room & bathroom were great, but there was a chair that looked like someone had sex on it and it was disgusting. Also, we didn’t have any hot water for one night. And we were told to run the sink faucet and the shower faucet at the same time to get rid of all the cold water in the tank because the hotel was not at full capacity. Also, we had extremely loud kids next to us, which didn’t make any sense at all as to why they put them next to us when the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. Everyone should’ve been spaced out so we didn’t have to put up with kids all night. And I think , the worst issue we had was the key card not working to get in and out of the parking garage. Had to ask for a replacement three times.
3.6
Casino hotel, small scale and tired. Views cost extra as does use of the Bally’s gym at the Bally’s hotel even with the added “resort fee”.
3.6
It was okay, room was decent but bed was very uncomfortable (when we looked under the sheets it was actually two smaller beds put together). Bathroom was great.
3.6
Hair on shower wall, ceiling was peeling slightly, and visual damage exposed on bathroom mounding - room 615. Shower handle was oddly difficult to turn. I expected more for the price.

This was our anniversary trip. Only positive was our view. Upon our arrival the hotel had dirty hand prints on the wall that looked like dripping blood, our bed had a huge sink hole in it, our sheets had someone's pubic hairs on it. There was nothing to eat or drink on the property. Hardly any employees to service the hotel. I seen 4 employees my entire trip. It took so long to get a drink from the only bartender in the entire casino which is why we chose to gamble elsewhere. All the vending machines were empty. We tried to order food in the only Cafe, nobody came to give us a menu so we decided to sit at the bar and the woman tells us we cannot order food there even if we were ordering drinks. We had to go elsewhere for everything. Not to mention the countless trips to CVS to get the simplicities, like water! You really have to get your business together. We will not return.
3.6
No hot watsr even after letting it run for 20 minute. No servicing the room even with charging an extra fee. Should be priced around 100$ a night!
3.6
Very nice room but there was a loud knocking sound out in the hall all night long that was annoying. Other than that, our stay was great.
3.6
The room was clean and comfortable.Had a small fridge .Wish it had a microwave. There was daily parking fees, daily resort fees. And if you want to do the extra stuff at the resort there were charges not a fan of having to pay daily parking after spending $500 dollars 3 days.
3.6
The hot water in the shower took 10-15 minutes to get warm and the bed was old and completely collapsed in the middle.
3.6
Was able to check in an hour early, that’s always nice after a long day of travel.
There was a small mini-refrigerator and coffee maker with coffee, etc.
We were able to use hotels.com credits for this one-night stay. So the room price was very inexpensive at $45 for a Sunday night. However, expect to pay over $30 for resort fees and $20 for self-parking.
On the bad side, the shower never got hot. I will be telling the front desk so they are aware.
There was a balcony, but door was sealed shut. This was probably for safety, since we were in the 11th floor.
Overall a nice property, we would come here again.
3.6
Parking is lame. You pay big money for room and then another 25$ self park 35$ plus tip valet.
3.6
Front desk was super rude bell man was super rude. Bellman waived me off and told me to talk to the front desk if I needed anything. Front desk was really rude older white lady was not professional at all. Will not be coming back to this hotel. Really had my hopes up
3.6
Tiny pillows, no comforters in the room. The blankets were flat sheets in duvets a bunch of flat sheets in the duvets. That was it.
3.6
Everything closed early, all the vending machines for water or sodas were empty on several floors and tried to shower at 4am and we had no hot water in both rooms
3.6
I like the place. But I need to pay for parking.
3.6
When I was looking to reserve room nowhere did I see there would be $20 a day parking fee. After I made reservations an email was sent to me stating fees that would be collected at hotel. Why wasn’t it disclosed to me before is booked room? The room and hotel were very dated and old. There was no circulation in room unless A/C is turned on if not room gets stuffy. Windows do not open up so be aware.
The lighting in bathroom was dark because light bulbs were out and some of the plugs did not work. No microwave in room. The cafe de sol carpet was disgusting.
The room looks nothing like the picture they display on website or on hotel.com
3.6
All went well. Hotel is showing its age a little, but good stay overall and staff were helpful and friendly.
3.6
Everything was great. good restaurants. The only complaint I have is you have to csll every morning for room and they don't speak English sp hard to communicate. They were supposed to vacuum every day but they did not.
3.6
Good sized room with a large bathroom and shower. The only downside was the toilet wasn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom with a door. Room was clean, check in was easy and overall service was friendly. Location is within walking distance to other casinos, restaurants, shops and the Heavenly Gondola. Room service is on demand, which we didn’t use. They charge for parking, but if you get a casino club card it is 50% off. Besides losing some $ at the casino, everything was excellent.
3.6
Room and casino were clean considering the age of hotel. The hot water valve in bathroom sink did not work but other than that............we enjoyed our time and the pool
3.6
Where do i start for 1 our room none of the plugs in the bathroom worked, the air also did not work it was hot a stuffy. Needed to be cleaned better. Also the game room they charge $10 per person which it should be free to guests. It is not worth the money and cornhole board was broken and bags were missing. Please do better
3.6
Our stay was great and we gave Bally's 5 stars. The only thing you might do is add soap for washing our hands, the room did not have bar or pump soap.
I asked a man that had service cart and was told that they don't provide soap, so we used the shower body soap.
3.6
Property was conveniently located and reasonably priced. The location felt dated but had services like restaurants, clubs, cafes, and gambling machines and tables. Rooms were dates and not cleaned well. We found candy wrappers next to our night stand and brown stains on the comforter. One bed lamp was not working although I swapped light bulbs.
The Ciera restaurant was spectacular, both food and service.
Staff overall was attentive and polite.
3.6
The room safe in our room did not close, our friends across the hall had a problem with theirs as well. We waited for an hour for security to show up to help us solve the problem. They said our safe probably need a new battery and it would take approximately an hour for someone to come fix it. We chose not to waste two hours of our day waiting! Most of the outlets in the room did not work. No hand soap in the bathroom. On our last day, the maid walked into our room at 9 am unannounced even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. The door on the fridge cabinet was broken and did not close. At the rates they charge, we expected a better experience.
3.6
The room was very clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Service was good. Aside from a few complaints, 1. We asked for a non smoking room but it still had a mustie cigarette smoke smell. 2. We contacted front desk to request more coffee and clean towels, never received. Hotel is outdated.
3.6
So we checked in and they give us a room and it was absolutely disgusting! PERIOD! The toilet seat was nasty. Eventhough they did come that day to change the whole seat after i was sturn about the situation, it was absolutely ridiculous to be in the situation in the first place! The room itself was just gross! Stained towels! Dirty walls! Alot of the furniture was chipped! I cant phathom how anyone that works at this hotel is ok with letting their guests stay in a dirty room! I've noticed at this location also that they are rude to people who are not from there and they put you in the horrible rooms when you book through a site and not with them directly!
3.6
Super clean rooms with a huge shower! All the staff was super friendly it was our first time and we'll definitely be back!
3.6
It was a very convenient and easy way to spend time at the lake and to coordinate with my family.
