Love the property. Great location near shopping and restaurants. It was easy access to Mandalay canal walk as well as the 2 places our trip down was for. Safe and quiet area and hotel was quiet as well. If we ever travel to Texas again will definitely stay here. Guest service clerks well informed about area and helpful and we’re very polite and courteous very friendly and welcoming.

Great rooms. Not bad for the price I got it for. It’s in a nice area.

The room was ok except we could not use the shower because we stand to shower and you had to sit and it could not be changed. It flooded the bathroom including toilet area. Offered to change room but was too late

Breakfast was not good because it was a charge I never had to pay for breakfast when I stay in hotels but every thing else was great

The ac stopped working in our room. Maintenance quickly came. After a few hours it still was cooling so they uograded our room. Super friendly staff. Would recommend

Amazing all around!

Thin walls, could hear kids and parents shouting from nearby rooms late at night. Our bathroom shower would pour even though we set to the tap. The hotel could not fix it despite repeated requests and multiple guys coming to check it. Housekeeping is on alternate days, they did not even clear out the trash, inconvenient when traveling with little kids.

We had a long drive right after my son's Graduation. Upon check-in we had a not so friendly front desk person checking us in. She didn't explain to us how the breakfast situation was. My son needed a towel when he got out of the pool so my husband went in to ask her for a towel and she said "no, I don't have any. I'll send someone out there to put me towels over there." We waited 29 minutes and no one came out there so I went inside and asked for a towel and she gave me one... she could've just did that from the beginning. Plus the drain in the restroom was barely draining but I let them know about that.

The pool.... Was always very cloudy. Two of the days, the water level was too low for the filter/skimmer. Dirty pool.

The woman who checked us in on Friday 05/24 at 11:00pm I don’t remember her name but she was so kind and helpful and one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. We were in town for the music festival the hotel wasn’t too far away, we were by plenty of food and right next to a Wal Mart and it was safe. I definitely plan on staying here again when we travel back to Dallas
