Arrived and there were people hanging out in front. A guy snoring in a chair. Check in ok. Went to our room there was a large spill in front of our door The room had a spill on the floor, the bed sheets were dirty. Slept on top. I found a room attendant next morning asked for new sheets to be placed. Which she did. However, did not clean room for 3 days, empty garbage at all. We had 1 towel for 2 people. The shower handle fell off when we used it, shower doors not sealed so water all over floor. Changed our towels and took dirty ones on 3rd day. Left us 1 towel again. The spill out front of door was not cleaned up till our last day. The piece de resistance is they had bed bugs. My husband is bit all over. And now comes the decontamination of everything.

Well the room was not very clean and did not have towels. We asked for towels and never received them. We eneded up going to the store to buy towels. The couch cushions were dirty and stained. At night there was a lot of noise from the homeless people hanging around the parking lot. There were homeless people in the stairwell. The hotel could be a good option if the safety concerns were to get addressed. The breakfast was good and that was about it.

For the price, this motel was great. It had newer rooms that were freshly painted and clean. It seemed like an older place, but it was fixed up and felt safe. This is still very much a discount motel though, it just looks nicer. The downsides: slow internet and bright lights. I was getting less than 10mbps. Also, they switched over to plantstion style shutters in the room, which look nice, but allow a lot of light in at night. The motel uses super bright lights outside for safety and it bleeds through the shutters. I would wake up in the middle of the night and think it was 7am only to find out it was 2am.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel needs maintenance upgrades. The breakfast area, none of the juice or coffee dispenses were operational. The front door to the hotel check in did not close completely. The whole hotel had a very chemical fragrance.

Great experience and rooms are big and comfy. Loved the mini kitchen and free breakfast just sucks they didn’t have much since they ran out of sugar, creamer, coffee they only had de-cafe and only egg whites. They said their orders didn’t come in which I understand but I drank the de-cafe would have liked at least sugar. Besides that great places to eat nearby which we did for day 2 and 3 for our trip.

The pictures posted on Hotels com website were not as experienced or room we stayed in. The couch was very very old and dirty. No towels in bathroom and the floor tiles were bumpy. Outside area was not well maintained, as pictured. Very disappointing for the price i paid!!

Coming into the hotel to check in, all we saw were cop cars driving around the building multiple times. At time of check in, it was more like we interrupted the guy at the check in desk. Not friendly. Breakfast was blame with no flavor and the machines for juices and hot water/ coffee were out. Not really recommending this location.

The room was fine, stay was fine. The included breakfast was not great. Powdered eggs, microwave bacon, juice machine and coffee machine were out of order, bananas were all brown, little tangerines looked bad. I didn't expect a lot, but some effort would have been nice. Hubby enjoyed the waffles, though. Have definitely had better at a Best Western.

On Sept 28th, we arrived at hotel about 3:30pm; however, the room not ready until 6:00pm. The manager told us they are short of people to clean rooms. Another 3 groups of family were waiting at the front desk. Besides that, there were not enough towels in bathroom, when I called the front desk, the guy told us to bring the towel to our room, but he never showed up. Overall, inefficient management and bad service.

The check in staff was great and the room was cleaned daily. You will have to ask for additional towels as the rooms only come with one towel. The blow dryer outlet in our room did not work. The breakfast often ran out of food before the end of the scheduled time - which was particularly noticeable on Saturday when several guests were shocked to have little to eat. Also, a family member whose room was next to ours had no curtains which caused the room to stay bright all night long. There are some folks who wander around the property - particularly by the side parking lot - who did give us some concern. It was a decent enough hotel particularly for the price. Oh! The pool did have a way to lift handicapped people into it so that is good if you have a family member who needs ADA facilities.

One towel in the room. When i called for more towels we were toldxwe gad to go grt them ourself. Pool was filthy. Hot tub was not working. Air conditioner was not working and it was 115 degrees outside. We were supposed to stay there at the end of our trip but we canceled and stayed somewhere else.

Overall the facility is very attractive, but the management of this Best Western leaves much to be desired. I have had very good experiences at other Best Westerns, and will continue to consider Best Western in future travel plans, however, I will never stay at this facility again. Best Western Corporate leadership needs to thoroughly review the management of this facility. Recommend a “secret traveler” or equivalent, to obtain effective insight into what travelers experience at this facility.

No towels of any kind in room.When questioned said it would B 10 mins.3 hrs later went back down ,got 1 bathtowel 4 a 2 day stay.When asked about hand or faceclohes said they diont have those.Pool was not cleaned.Included in PRICE breakfast i guess didnt include BUTTER OR COFFEE CUPS cause they had neither.Outsde stairwells were DISGUSTING & reeked of URINE as did elevator.Outside patio with TV s couches & tables was a nice touch except 4 the human excrement & trashbags of clothing.Looks like they let homeless people live there.WORKERS ARE TOTALLY INCOMPATENT & CLUELESS...U SHOULD B EMBARRASSED 2 ASSOCIATED YOURSELF.PICS DONT UPLOAD.

“Get what you pay for”, well in this case not even that. Room we booked was unavailable, so settled for a room without sofa bed. No towels in the room, only got three total towels for a family of four and one was floor towel. Every trash can in the compound was full so guest are leaving trash on tables. Hotels.com customer rep couldn’t provide solution for room downgrade at the hotel. This just the short version, way more to mention….

Room only had 1 towel provided. 2 people were in this room for 3 days and only 1 towel was provided. Breakfast was not what the photos show. When I went at 7 am on Wednesday all I saw was eggs, Waffles, and bread for toast. Drink machine was not working either. I was not impressed at all.

We checked in 40 minutes late, our room was still not cleaned. We asked for a late check out and we were harassed continuously until we checked out, by staff-someone even tried to enter when our deadbolt was set. No coffee cups at all for breakfast, no food was available at all. This was not a great experience. And littered all over the grounds were people on drugs, doing them in the their cars passed out around the grounds. Unacceptable.

We actually had to leave a few hours after checkin due to safety. We were followed from hotel lobby as we were walking to our room so did a detour back to outside seating area. Continued to be watched and stalked. Very shady men just hanging out in parking lot too. We finally quickly grabbed our bags and tan to car. Then dropped off key at front desk. Did not feel safe at all. Room at hole in wall, sugar ants on counter, strong smoke scent and really really run down. I am sure we were charged for room but the quick exit was worth a good night sleep in a safe area.

There was no Wi-Fi, and if it did hit, it was extremely minimal. Could not do any work. There were no towels upon arriving, and the towels did not show up until the day of checkout, which was 3 days later. Said that they were just out of everything. Do not recommend.

The rooms are never the cleanest. On several occasions I have found paraphernalia in the drawers or under mattresses, I travel with my own sheets because I don’t trust hotel bedding so I tend to find lots of things from moving things around. I assume this is the reason the lighting outside is brighter than daylight when your trying to sleep flood lights are beaming from all directions.

Clean room, nice helpful staff. the wi-fi would go out every 5019 minutes all evening and all morning. made it impossible to do any work. called the desk several times and they apologized but were unable to do anything. if you require wi-fi i would consider staying elsewhere. also the pool was supposed to close at 10pm and at 11:15 families with screaming kids were still out and about. The spotty and nearly inoperative wi-fi is a deal breaker for me.

Not what I'd expect in a Scottsdale hotel. NO TOWELS were available as, I was told, guests steal and defile them. In the morning they were able to give me one towel, which was actually a coarse bath floor towel. TV only had a handful of channels working. Transients apparently frequent this southern Scottsdale/Tempe area now. So sad. Overall not a great experience.

Staff was welcoming and provided attentive service upon request. Towels were stained and bathroom tub had long hair on shower curtain and floor. Noticeable per hair on bedspread. Room had heavy Tabasco smoke scent.
