Overall good, clean and comfortable. Internet difficult to access, raised toilet seat not provided as requested. Beds are rather high everywhere I go. Mostly good though.

We were there for my sons medical appointment. We stayed two nights. Beds were comfy. Kids swam. Enjoyed pool.

The stay was good! The hotel was overall pretty busy which made it difficult to use their amenities. Their hot tub was also not open which was disappointing. The breakfast was good it had everything you would need and it was great the offered the coffee early.

Good facility, gym n small pool n all Breakfast is a likited menu but sufficient. Loys of shopping n dining across the road. A huge strip mall quarter mile away.

We were vendors at the Good Neighbor craft sale. We stayed two nights. The motel is only 6 minutes from Fireman’s Park making it a great location. Also many great places to eat in the area. The motel, breakfast and pool areas were clean and appealing. The staff were nice and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights helping my daughter move, and we needed to fill the room with boxes and a bike and other things during the transition. Everyone was nice, and it worked well. Breakfasts were better than I expected, too.

Clean and pleasant property. Quiet and safe feeling. We were able to park our big moving van without concern (thank you) and enjoy a peaceful night of sleep without incident. Pleasant and helpful staff and nice free breakfast.

I love Fairfield inn. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel. I especially like that there were no perfumes to send the lobby or the rooms. It also had no chemical cleaner smells, yet the room was very clean.

Great facility, location, and service. The location just west of campus and downtown Madison suited us well. Starbucks and a Five Guys burger joint were literally next door for early morning and late night dining.

I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a very long time. Everything was clean, the room was just the right size for me and my daughter and all of our stuff for our weekend trip. The only thing my daughter wasn't pleased about was the taste of some of the hot breakfast items. I can see that in the pool room there appears to be a hot tub that's boarded up. I hope it's fixed soon because I would love to come back and enjoy it.

This hotel had the worst breakfast I’ve ever had while traveling. There were no forks. NO forks!? Someone took the time to TYPE a sign saying “No forks. Sorry for the inconvenience.” But no one went to the store to get forks? Watery scrambled eggs, potatoes, and undercooked bacon. No water. No juice. Very green bananas. Even the oranges were kind of green. It’s too bad The breakfast left such a bad impression because the room and the rest of the facility were very nice.

I liked most everything , everyone was pleasant. The laundry unfortunately broke down prior to our last 3 days and apparently the vendor couldn’t attend to it until the week after we left

3 couples on a road trip. All 3 rooms were nice and everyone commented on the comfy beds. Staff we encountered was all friendly. Only negative comments: hot tub has been removed, pool only. Also, the breakfast options could be improved.
