All of the linens were dirty, all furniture was broken or missing completely. Security doors propped open. Smashed windows stored outside entrance doors next to a random pile of bricks. Facility is used as local homeless shelter

No mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in room. Cockroaches in room and horrible smell in hallways and at front desk. There's homeless people living there. They should just keep this place running for them and not for the public.

Front desk put me in a room I couldn’t open the door, it was broken, then didn’t give me a refund or put me in a new room.

Their was such a Bad odor in the entire Hall in building H smelled like a sewage leak or Vomit next no garbage pails in the rooms sheets where stained an jus looked crusty i come from an urban environment in NYC an have lived in NYCHA buildings this reminded me of a project the way the lay out is of the units an buildings an other questionable activity will never stay in this place again reminded me of a welfare Hotel

Absolutely not a hotel or even a roach motel! Total section 8 ghetto.. cracker front desk was like boyz in the hood. Water running through the room dog breeding abuse and can't explain what else! Don't bother kill yourself or sleep in your car

I had prepaid for a room, checkin was supposed to be at 3, I arrived at 4 and the desk clerk said sorry, we have no room, I showed him my confirmation, he said they would have someone clean a room come back later. I left and found lodging elsewhere. I would like a refund in full. Dorothea R Houk

Everything was wrong with this property, from an old run down camper in the parking lot and garbage cans with flys next to our car to dirty smudged mirrors, dust balls and a broken toilet.

No comforters on beds, very bad smell like dog poop, extremely dirty. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Refrigerator and microwave couldn’t be plugged in at same time. Smh a mess

I booked for 2 nights but could not put my family through a second night so we left and went back home after first night. Beds, totally uncomfortable, flying insects throughout the room, terrible Television reception and was not aware that it seemed as though there were quite a few if migrants, or homeless that were gathering occasionally which made us VERY uncomfortable.

Stayed in the same building as that for a non-profit organization shelter.

Our room was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was broken . An there was a homeless shelter being ran in the same hall / building people all over had to go outside to find the front desk lady. Got refund an left less then 15 min . I'll book with that motel or Expedia ever again. It's your company's job to know the hotels that you're booking out and to not know an entire homeless shelter was in the motel is kind of crazy

Was not expecting a hotel so poor and cheap conditions shower caps broken stain cabinets no remote for the tv the phone didn’t even have phone cord to call reception I had to use my own phone no hair blower no Shampoo or conditioner or soap it was like a jail house I was robed for my money and never again I will booked something like this if it wasn’t for the hassle on trying to get a refund I would have move else where that same night but never again this motel should be shut down due lack of fixing and remodeling the hallway stink so bad like a wet dog I had to embrace it just never again wish I could have discount or some credit towards this make it up from what I pay is very in-considered on what people r paying on this knowing how the hotel conditions are vary sad

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is an absolute disaster. Bed bugs,roaches,rats. The room hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. The 4.4 star rating is fake. I checked in and almost immediately left. The stench of the hallway along was disgusting not to mention the deplorable conditions of the room.

This is right on I 95 easy in and out . Room is clean and perfect fit of us . We will be back soon

Please, never ever stay here. I feel entitled to write this review out of the empathy in my heart, because maybe it will save someone's life one day. All the positive reviews you see, even if they may be two stars or three, are FAKE. I repeat, they are FAKE REVIEWS. Hear me out, the place is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. I arrived here on 5-5-23 because I needed a place to sleep a few hours before a marathon I was running located in the area. Immediately, I noticed rats, overflown garbage's, cockroaches, every single unsanitary condition you could imagine, this place embodied that. The strong smell of urine going towards the room was nauseating, and I have a huge tolerance towards bad smells from working in the grocery industry, dealing with grease traps and perishables. The room was something out of a horror film: Blood all over the bathroom ceiling, burn holes in the dirty sheets, dirt all over the shower and dirty floors. Granted I payed money for the hotel and the race I was set to run, I decided to try to stick it out. Unfortunately, I did not get a single second of sleep, due to a couple staying in the room next to me who argued violently all night long into the early morning. After hearing the male strike the female and her horrific cries for help, I took it upon myself to call the police, resulting in me missing my marathon (I traveled all the way from CT to compete). When the cop arrived in the motel lobby, the front desk staff laughed and joked about it.

Room was nice for the affordable price and shower was great with good pressure and hot water.

Found bed bugs, got bit alive and found a crack pipe under my bed, do not stay here!

Its ok to stay, could be better for the price charged, it was no 45 dollars a night, so it should been better than that.

Seems like there are a number of permanent residents. The place was poorly maintained. But there appeared to be no bed bugs.

This was the worst hotel stay. The plumbing backs up, cant use the sink. The ice machine is broken. The condition of the room is poor. People smoking in non smoking rooms setting off the fire alarm at 2am, scared the crap out of my kids. You have unclogg the toilet everytime you use it because the plumbing is off.

I liked that it was in a convenient location, but the place is in very poor condition, had to force my room door open with my shoulder, there were roaches in the bathroom.
