All preconceived notions of this place were thrown out the window immediately. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The bathroom renovations are impeccable and the cleanliness inside and out is unparalleled. They are working hard to obliterate any and all issues from years prior. Even the vibes and behaviors from the other guests is so much better than it ever was. This place has really stepped up their game and i would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area--especially considering the proximity to so many restaurants and stores.

Reservations were for a king room acully got 2 double beds and told they were sold out even though they called me at 5pm to see if I was coming, found beds to be at least 20 years old. Trash on the floor in the corner next to my bed, you have to turn sideways to get between bed and wall to get to the bathroom.

Shower floor was dirty, towels were stained. Forgot my AirPod headphones in my room and they were taken from room. I could see on the Apple app that someone had taken them home. Not staying at this property again

First of all I paid $234 which included the $10 protection to cancel at anytime. I was not able to cancel and didn’t even sleep in the room. We walked in to the room and it wreaked of cigarettes (I am an asthmatic and 8 months Pregnant). The bed was pushed up so close to the bathroom door It was a struggle to even get in there. The bathroom was disgusting it looked like it was not cleaned in weeks as well as still under construction. The tv screen was cracked and could not be used. The walls were gross and dirty.

The room was absolutely horrible. Bathroom was nasty, the bathroom door was broken at the latch with the screw for the handle barley screwd in, the light on the wall was hanging half off, the coat rack was hanging half off the wall, and curtains had holes in them.

Honestly the room was terrible, the room stunk like cigarettes, the bed covers had burn marks and holes as if someone was to ash a cigarette on it. The bed had stains and in the window part had ashes on it. The towels had red stains on it. We didn’t even end up sleeping in the hotel we slept in the car parked infront of the hotel.

we rented 2 rooms. Redoing rooms but poor workmanship. New floor but threshold to br had gap and nails sticking out. Reported a very strong chemical smell, told to open window. No hairdryer in am and no one at front desk. Not grab bar in shower and it was slippery. faucet was loose in shower, sink faucet sprayed you no aerator. Old spring beds, dirty chair. worse room ever. very disappointing

they falsely advertised the condition of the hotel and what their amenities were. the rooms were god awful and they refused a refund after checking in and refusing to stay in the dumpster of a hotel. the light switches were hanging out the wall wires were exposed the ceiling was peeling and the floor was curling up. defiently a horrible place. when housekeeping came to see the room after they yelled as i was leaving saying i used the bed and bathroom. it was a nasty horrible experience

The overwhelming smell of smoke in the "non-smoking" room was unbearable. We did not stay. Staff was not very friendly. Waited over 20 minutes to check in.

Staff was friendly upon check in. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe in the room and area. However, there were issues with cleanliness. The shower curtain had mold across the bottom. I found dust and hair on a towel and face cloth.

It was very noisy all night long. When I arrived the parking spots in front of my room were taken by migrants sitting in there vehicles for hours just hanging out, drinking. There were a bunch of them staying in the rooms around me. They played loud music all night and partied until almost 6 a.m. I had 2 rooms side by side. We were all surrounded by noise. None of us got any sleep. It was horrible. I felt unsafe. They were drinking alcohol and sleeping in there vehicles in the parking lot too. I was with my kids. Very disappointing. My trip was ruined because of this.

We got a room that smelled like smoke. We ask for non smoking. The room was poorly situated. Remove this hotel from your list. Our price was way above range for the room.

When we received the room at this property, it looked descent and clean. When we arrived at the room, the area looked like a room where they have killed people. It was horrible! The room smelled like rotten bananas, the beds where very cheap, pillows had stains on them and the bathroom was horrible. When I call the front desk to ask for a cleaner room, because I was not going to have my kids sleep there, his response was that that room was the only one they had with two beds. I had to cancel my reservation and try to find a hotel last minute. I still have not received my refund.

The room was very plain and simple. It was basically clean however, the shower curtain should’ve been a replaced months ago. My main complaint was there was no Internet reception. I went to the office multiple times and they kept talking about an access point bottom line we couldn’t get online with any of our devices so we were frustrated With that. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.

This was one of the dirtiest rundown places Ive been to in a long time. Pictures are misleading. My room was not cleaned properly as the mirrors were gunked up, stains on cutains, bed linens were all wrinkled and half assed beds made, dead flies even in sheets overall not maintained. Gave me a smoking room, when I mentioned no they said they were booked and last one left. Room on a discount was $180 cheapest in the area during that weekend. Was more of a pay by the hour hotel room should have been no more than $50 due to the condition. At least TV worked. Next time I would sleep in my car than stay there again.

renovation in room next door till 9:30 pm and then woke us up at 8 am next morning. dirty/ had to bring our own sheets and blankets . probably got the worst room because we were right next to construction. staff knocked on our door an hour before check out for no reason . smelt like cigarettes. spent 200 dollars for the worst stay

My wife and I booked for a vacation, and then faced a family emergency requiring us to immediately drive back from MA to OH. We explained the situation to the hotel, but we were told there could be no exception to the late cancellation policy of charging 175.00 as a late cancellation fee. The manager stated he was unable to remove the fee, because the fee is charged by Expedia. He claimed Expedia was lying when they said he refused to exempt that policy. We got a different story from Expedia. Because neither business agreed to do a conference call, it was impossible to discern who was telling the truth.

The room was clean. The bathroom has been all done over. It was convenient for what we needed. It has malls right across the street that have very good stores. And it was a very good price.

-bedbugs -rude and unprofessional front desk staff -dirty beds!!!!! -towels were all stained -smoking room disguised as non smoking -police officers called to the hotel, explained this hotel is known for prostitution and cash by the hour transactions -Expedia should run from booking this hotel under their name!!!!

Clock/radio: inoperable (could not set time/alarm) 👎 Staff intercommunication faulty (halfway thru stay, asked for full housekeeping ---which I assumed included changing bed linens. Just towels and trash, bed never touched.) 👎 No follow-up to assess room damage I noticed prior to entering: a window screen was torn... not by me, which was why I brought it to staff's attention. 👎 No hot water for showers on 4th night, restored by next morning 👎👍 Vending maching malfunctioning (didn't dispense certain items--which were clearly visible inside--- claiming to be "Sold Out") 👎
