This hotel was crazy cheap and I was nervous about the quality but it was clean and the bed was super comfy. 10/10 absolutely recommend

Comfortable bed, nice staff, quiet. Basically clean room, but I had hair on the bathroom floor which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I was told breakfast was until 10 but when i got there at 850 there was really nothing there. I still think it was good for the money.

The front desk clerk went above and beyond helpful. We had a situation with a different hotel on Friday night and couldn't stay there. Called here and explained and told him we couldn't check in until somewhere between 11-12 that evening. He made it happen and was very helpful and nice and accommodating

The service there was fabulous. They let me park my bike right in the lit entryway by the office. Just a general people in that area are a Little hoodish. But if you need to get something done in the area, perfectly fine place to stay.

I had accidentally left my coat, that meant a great deal to me, and the staff went out of its way to locate it (as it was 12 hours later and I was back home in Ohio), and then helped to get it shipped back. They could have very easily told me it was lost… but they didn’t. Much appreciated!

The breakfast area was very messy, sticky floor, etc. Although the rooms were nonsmoking they smelled of past cigarette smoke (need a air filter or something.) Plumbing was loud. But nice staff.

It was a place to sleep, bed was comfortable. But was not clean. Broken furniture too.

Arrived and there were people drinking alcohol in the parking lot, the room pictures were misleading, I thought I was getting more space than what I was shown with the actual room. also someone had let loose their pitbull, who decided to sit at the front door and bark and growl at anyone who came near the door. Also I read something about a complimentary breakfast, but was not told where or how to find it. 2/5

No one available to check us in. Waited well over 5 min after using the phone designated to call for service (no answer). First room smelled terrible. Asked for different room which didn’t smell but employee never came back with a room key. Went back to desk three times (until 10:00pm) and no one was there. Asked for key at breakfast so I could return to room & get things out…was initially told I don’t need a key. Breakfast was skimpy. Waffle batter cups didn’t fill machine, one yogurt in fridge (there were 2 of us). Tables weren’t cleaned off.

The walls were thin and could hear the people next door talking until midnight. One of our beds had a noisy metallic sound whenever getting into it or even moving the wrong way. We reported this in the morning. The check-in guy (the same guy checking out) was not friendly or helpful. The outside entrance to our wing smelled strongly of cat urine. inside halls smelled "old"

when we got there to check in the guy was on the phone taking care of personal business. I had to wait for about 8-10 minutes for him to finish. The first night we were there the toliet got plugged up and the water was everywhere. We went to the front desk and they gave a plugger. That didn't help so then we had to go get a mop and bucket to try and sop up the water. We had to use our towels to keep the water from getting on the carpet so when we asked for more towels we were told they did not have anymore until 9:30 the next day. So no showers that night. The next day while we were gone someone cleaned up our bathroom and left us clean towels. The Beds at this place are so high you have to be 6 feet or more to get into them. The breakfast sucks. waffle, juice muffins cereal and toast is the choices for the day. I do not know who wrote the reviews but it had to be family and friends because this hotel is not 8.5 stars. They have a lot of construction people at this place. This is my last time at a Super 8.
