If only consider with room size, it worth for 4 star. Once I went into the room, it seems back to 20 years ago, all plastic item becomes yellowish (switch, freezer, a/c control….), and can’t imagine the freezer have to manual power on, so I will rate it for 2.5star only. Besides, for the rooms behind elevator had a horrible noise which due to high speed of elevators, all potential customers please reject these rooms.

I have the best view ever in my whole entire life. It’s corner room with water view. My husband and I are be able to see the full rainbows. It’s so much more than I could ever asked for. Thank you …. It’s truly “a gate to touch the stars”…❤️❤️❤️

Good hotel with beautiful sea view. Room is a bit old but very clean and spacious. Best buffet breakfast with vast of selections with high quality food. Friendly reception staff and easy access to stores.

Close to train station (3-min walk), grocery store, and shopping mall. Only 3- mile taxi ride to Kansai Airport. The hotel furnishings are dated and could use a remodel, but the hotel room was huge compared to most rooms in larger cities. Overall, a good overnight stay!

Excellent view as the room was on 40/F. Perfect location for shopping. Very convenient (3 mins walk from the train station; 10 mins train ride to the airport; 40 mins train ride to Namba Station)

The inner condition of guest room was aged and outdated, with slight bad odor. The staff were very helpful and polite. The free shuttle bus to KIX was excellent.

Very nice property. Very close to Rinku station and walking distance to Seacle, Trial and the Rinku premium outlets. Also one station away from the Kansas airport so it was an easy ride on the train to get to the airport even with multiple luggages.

The hotel is a bit old (outdated) and looks like it needs an upgrade for the carpets and beds. However, it's clean and very convenient because as soon as you step out of Rinku Station, the hotel is just a few meters away. Their reception area is on the 1st floor. We stayed on the 46th floor, the elevator is fast, and the view from the top is beautiful. You can truly appreciate the beauty of Kansai even more.

Close to the airport, hotel has the shuttle service to Kansai Convenient location to many shopping places & convenient stores Room is spacious, it’s comfortable with 2 beds. It had also enough room to put big suitcases and be able to move around. Bathroom was really neat and clean. Toiletries are there. Comfortable bed. I have stayed at this hotel so many times, the breakfast buffet is very good. But this time i was a little dispointed because they gave me a room next to elevator which is very very noisy and I could not sleep at all.

The room at 49th Floor had a magnificent view of the bay on the west and the mountains on the east. The hotel is also one station away from the Kansai Airport. I decided to stay here as I needed to catch a flight back to USA on the next day, but my whole family got very impressed with the view. The hotel is easily accessible (by walk) from the Rinku Town railway station and also the Rinku Town outlet mall. Overall experience was superb.

We were situated in a room adjacent to elevator. All day and into the later evening it sounded like a freight train going through the walls. Very loud and disturbing.

This hotel has shuttle bus to Kansai Airport which it is so kind for people who has early flight. The amenity is a bit old. I think the hotel would better replace the mattress.

Easy access from Kansai Airport-only one stop away on Nankai Electric train (Rinku stn). Take exit #3 to hotel entrance. Proximity to the station allows easy travel to other parts of Osaka. Very safe to walk to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle and the Premium outlets where there are many reasonably priced restaurants and a food court to choose from. Convenient to have Lawsons in the station for drinks and snacks because the Hotel restaurants are expensive. Hotel rooms are clean but old and worn but still very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am in the area.

We got a high floor spacious corner twin room. The view was stunning, we could see wide range of view; beautiful even we just stayed one night and was rainy and cloudy. We booked breakfast as well which was served on 54F, where we could see the KIX airport as well and was a luxury feel location.

Very basic hotel at a convenient location, near to premium outlet. The room is quite stuffy despite aircon turned on. Requested for late checkout, paid extra to keep the room till 3pm. But reception called at 2.15pm and asked me to check out. Thankfully, we stayed for only 1 night.

Good location if just needing a hotel near Osaka airport, just one train stop and easy to find with the hotel being well signed when getting out the train station. Hotel lobby very quiet, room was quite nice and not too small for Japan standards. Well appointed rooms. Breakfast was fine. Train station right next door so getting into Osaka(Namba) was easy. There is an outlet shopping area just a 10min walk with some eating options. Would stay again if needing close hotel to airport. Good value for price paid.

Once we got past the inflexibility of check-in prior to 3 pm, all was good. Check-in was fast & efficient. The room had a magnificent view and was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.
