The rooms are pretty typical for Embassy. Clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The best part was the beautiful pool area! Huge and tropical with a pool bar.

The customer service was good. The quality of the room was less than average. It smelled like old cigarette smoke. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. Their were stains on the furniture. The restaurant at this location was very good.

My stay was great. This is the third or fourth time i have stayed here.The room was comfortable and alwats kept clean. The front desk personnel was attentive, especially a young woman by the name of Neiyarlis (i hope i have the spelling correct)

Good hotel near the airport. The suits are spacious with a door making it one bedroom. Only rain shower (no tub) so not good for infant. The breakfast is basic but good enough (Omelete made to order) scramble eggs, potatoes, pan cakes. Overall a good hotel to stay near the airport.

We loved our stay at this place! Even though it wasn’t technically a resort, it felt like a resort like stay at a more affordable price! We loved the pool, pool bar, happy hour with two free drinks they did each night, and the delicious breakfast buffet! The rooms were also super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the San Juan area. Also, the beach was just a short walk away. The beach chairs and umbrella this hotel provides made for a very relaxing time on the beach!

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was renovated. One perk we enjoyed was it was a close walk to the beach. We had dinner one night by the bar and the hamburger was really good. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed here many times, but this last trip didn’t go so smoothly. First, half the power in the room went off after trying to turn on a bedroom lamp. Then close to midnight the ceiling started leaking and we had to gather up our things and move to another room. Staff was great, but facilities let us down this time. Also, in the morning at breakfast coffee was cold and juice machine was not working. Tried to get a hot coffee at The Eatery but their system was down.

Embassy Suites was a very nice place to stay for our business trip. The hotel was conveniently located, clean and the staff were very helpful. Our only complaint is that the hotel wastes too much energy with excessively cold air conditioning. The temperature outside was only in the 80s, but the lobby and eating area was so cold there was condensation on the windows. Also our room temperature when we arrived was 62 degrees. We turned off the AC. Running AC at such a low temperature wastes energy and actually makes people uncomfortable. The hotel could save money and the environment by not keeping the indoor AC so cold. Otherwise very nice. John

I genuinely enjoyed my stay. It waa great for my family. My only complaint is that they need to do away with the carpets. This hotel encourages pool and beach activities without so much as a balcony to hang clothes to dry. Once the AC is off the mildew smell is on. Fresh omelets were a plus to their continental bkfast.

We stayed here almost 10 years ago and it literally hasn't changed since. Rooms were the same and there was some water damage to the room. They are undergoing renovation. Looking forward to a new look. Would love to return.

Please note the following details about my recent hotel stay: This hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Upon checking in, the front desk attendant assured me that the noise from the renovations would be minimal. However, there was an excessive amount of noise coming from the room above, with high decibel levels. The drilling and demolition work started at 8 am every day and lasted until 10 am. When I asked the front desk attendant if the drilling could start after 10 am to minimize disturbance, she informed me that the renovations were on a fixed schedule. I expressed my concern about the early morning noise disrupting guests who were still sleeping, but the schedule couldn't be adjusted. In addition to the noise issue, the pool was not well maintained. There was debris floating on the surface, including pineapple remnants from drinks and unsupervised children behaving recklessly. Unfortunately, I developed a rash after using either the hot tub or the pool, making me regret my decision to swim. On a positive note, the food at the restaurants was good, and the staff was friendly. While the property has potential, it is clear that maintenance is lacking.
