Happy hour at 5pm was a bonus. Breakfast….stuck to the fruit and coffee….the cooked stuff not very good. Not eco friendly. Throw away single use plates, utensils and drinking vessels with no recycling.

This is my first time staying in a Hampton Inn & Suites and it truly surpassed my expectations. I thought it was going to be just an okay hotel but I was far from wrong. It’s a great non rowdy hotel with the average guest in the 30ish range which for me is perfect because I like a quieter atmosphere. The pool area is fantastic and spacious with a great bar&grill. The daily breakfast is great with plenty of variety to choose from. I loved the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. The drinks and snacks in the afternoons were great and came in handy. Overall I’m definitely satisfied with my stay and I WILL be coming back.

Love it! Easy walk to beach and many eating places. Everything was great. Staff went out of their way to make my trip a little better. Rooms are clean but could use a little refresh. Food at pool bar was the best!

On the first night of our stay the a/c was working. The employee gave us a hard time but finally decided to change us to another room. On the second night the a/c stopped working at 4am but didn’t reported it because we had an early flight. I didn’t like the $16 parking daily fee. There was no security plus was not informed prior to our arrival neither during check in. Location is convenient but I won’t stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful, all the areas of the hotel including rooms, and lobby’s very organized clean and very comfortable. All hotel stuff amazing helpful and kind. Except for the two front desk employees very rude, nastiness, not a positive attitude, unapproachable, I said good bye and thank you for everything 3 times and they both ignore me completely. They also charged me extra for the parking areas which is did not use. Their names are Stephanie and Jessica. Please make take care of this issue … the hotel experience and customer service can be easily ruined for this kind of employees. Thank you, Monica Ospina

The property was clean, check in was fast, didnt have to wait until 4 and the rooms are very clean and big. Not to mention the free breakfast and happy hour from 4 to 7 . We loved the swim up bar as well as free towels and umbrella for the beach which is walking distance. I cant wait to visit Puerto Rico again because we will be staying here.

Just stayed for a night before our cruise. Close to restaurants and the beach was a few blocks away. Breakfast was good and they gave the ladies roses for Mother's Day. It was a nice hotel.
