Good place to lay your head. The staff is some of the friendliest people I've met while traveling. One small negative though. The coffee is horrible. Please maybe think of upgrading to Keurig coffee makers in the rooms. Other than that, it was marvelous!!!

I rented this room for my senior parents when they went to see other family at short notice. The hotel is pretty run down and needs to be updated. But it was somewhat clean. There were NO BLANKETS. The bed had a top sheet and the thin, threadbare bedspread that no one uses because we know they dont get cleaned all the time. They asked for blankets and was told they don't have any.They had to buy a couple from Walmart. It was very loud from the surrounding restaurants, etc. They heard motorcycles and horns and loud music most of the night. I guess I didn't do my homework enough, but assumed the rooms would have some soundproofing. Breakfast is the basic continental but no milk for the cereal. I called the front desk to be transferred to their room because my mom didn't answer her phone. The lady didn't speak English well and kept giving me the price of a room. Several times even then she hung up. I called back and finally got through enough to be transferred. That's very frustrating and rude. My parents finally got frustrated enough and left late in the evening. They asked the desk clerk to look over the room to make sure everything was fine and to get back their deposit. The clerk said the room looked better after they left than before. You definitely get what you pay for in this case. I would avoid if possible or wear earplugs and bring your own bedding.

If you like thread-bare towels that should have been replaced years ago (that are so dirty that bleach cannot remove the toughest stains), tons of freeway and street noise, bed not made each day even thought the towels are exchanged, mildew smelling room and water damage in by the tub, this is the place for you. This one is on me as I ignored the adage: you get what you pay for.

The people are very friendly there! I had a little trouble understanding the TV, but that's normal for myself. The property was WELL MAINTAINED, and very primp. I appreciated that, and the rate was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t know what to expect until I was greeted by a friendly staff upon check in. Check in was super easy and fast, my room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The whole property was safe and clean, I will definitely stay here again. Now just waiting for the $70 incidental charge to fall off of my account.

DO NOT STAT HERE!!!Huge Roaches (like 4 inches long)in room. Within 3 hours of checking in we began seeing them. Grabbed our luggage and loaded up to leave. Went to desk and let youg lady know we were leaving and why, told her we wanted our money back. She offered another room and we declined. Was going to another hotel. She had to let manager take care of next day. Fast forward Made several attempts in resolving with property and to get money back. They have refused, said I was offered another room and declined and left the property!! This picture attached does no justice in regards to the size of them. The other one ran under the bathroom sink after spraying it with hairspray. Not to mention the area around backside of motel where room was located was very sketchy. Groups of people sitting outside of rooms on curbside. Just nothing but smoking and staring at guests.

There was no light in the hallway of our room. Also the curtains had gaps so you could see in window which was unnerving due to bed being so close to window.

Cleanliness was good. Our room didn’t have a working television. We called front desk , they couldn’t get it working. Breakfast was very slim.

Clean and welcoming lobby. Staff was great. The breakfast was pitiful. Waffle maker, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, bananas, juice, coffee. Would like to have had some protein! Needs improvement on the breakfast selections for sure! Towels need replacing. Our wash clothes were obviously old. Thin, brownish-white and tears. We found roaches crawling in our bathroom. It was an acceptable stay for one night but we will not return.

Tub shower in bathroom had a very awkward slant making it very difficult to stand on. You felt like you could easily fall. If all the rooms are the same, they would be better off installing a walk in shower to replace.

Sign in staff was great. Gym had no treadmill which is what my wife uses most. Breakfast was sub-par as what they offered was poor quality, cheap, and unappealing. Room was good but only had towels for one person, and toilet seat and cover were disconnected. Toilet paper roll would fall off holder every time you sat down (bad design and placement). Great view of parking lot and retaining wall!

So uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were lousy. To tske a shower you need special instructions to operate, these are at the front desk not in the room. The floor was sticky.

The room was easy to get in to, as I had requested a room on the first floor. It was clean and comfortable and had the most interesting shower setup I had ever seen. You have to pull down on the bottom of the spigot to turn the shower on. So unusual... would definitely recommend this place

Phone rang 5 times between 2300 and 0300 EDT until I disconnected it. African immigrant at the front desk refused to accept responsibility for the glitch when I confronted him the next morning at checkout. Another guest told me that they had the same problem. Apparently this motel has a training video called Sleepless in Bowling Green.

Overpowering smell of mold when we walked into the room. When I alerted the front desk, their response was to spray super strong chemicals all over the room to cover up the smell, which didn’t work but did make it harder to breathe. My son has allergies and had to take medicine because of the mold and dust. Had to call the front desk for the WiFi password but the phone was not plugged in. Had to search around for the plug and plug it into the jack. Then the phone was making a garbled ring every few minutes so we had to unplug it again. So obviously they know the phone is. Roken but instead of fixing it they just unplug it. Sheets were very wrinkled which made it feel like they weren’t clean. TV hardly worked — as though it had a really slow connection. Furniture and bathroom seemed clean otherwise. Overall an unpleasant stay.
