There were blood stains on the sheets and vomit still on the floor, there were nails just loose on the floor (I checked in with dogs and a child)

Bed was just OK comfort wise and sheets/blankets very wrinkled. Furniture scratched and tile floor in bathroom dirty. Carpet in all hallways wrinkled.

Not a bad place just understaffed so makes getting things done almost impossible

Couldn’t get towels when we went swimming so kids had to drip dry and put room was suppose to be ready at 3 and when we got there at 430 was told it would be another hour because they were short staffed so we waited and thankfully it was about a 10 min wait

I would not stay here again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when we had an issue with our room.

Our room was filthy. When we went to our room, it was evident it hadn’t been cleaned. There were stains all over the curtains, carpet and bedding. There was urine on the toilet seat. When I pulled the covers back there were hairs on the sheets. The hotel is in need of updating throughout.

Very good and comfortable, This property would be one I would stay at again

Breakfast was ok, bur I would have liked a meat option as well. Full disclosure, it was toward the end of the breakfast period when we came down.- but I saw no evidence there were meats on the menu

Nice clean facility, just need new staff.

Location was great. Facility was clean and the rooms were clean as well.

Front desk employees were not friendly at all. When asking for something, extra towels, etc. they acted like it was an inconvenience for them.

It was nice but a handy cap room should not be so far away from the elevator.

Breakfast was nice and convenient.

They sent me a text and said house keeping would only be in every 3 days so I left some things out I normally wouldn't have on the first full day and when we got back house keeping had been in the room, took our dirty towels but did not leave clean ones to replace them. I went to the front desk to get wash clothes and towels and asked why they would send a text and then go in. I requested for them not to come in the rest of the stay they said they would note it and the next day they was in the room again.

Staff was nice clean rooms hot breakfast plenty of smoking areas.

Deposit was not returned in full the 50 deposit only $25.50 yet there were no charges for anything I tryed talking to the general manager about this she was n very rude dismissed me without even so mutch as looking into the matter. Told me to call my bank when its not my banks fault that they only released $25.50 of the $50 deposit. It there's because they keyed it in wrong or something idk all I know is I was charged any extra charges so should have got the entire $50 back n i did not .. stole pretty much $24.50 of my money. Somebody did.....

If they could fix the front desk attitude and the shower issue it would be a great place!

One of few hotels in area that had two queen beds and fold out couch to comfortably accommodate us.

I walked in to see if any available rooms. Desk clerk acted very inconvenienced and at one point after a lot of loud dramatic sighs I actually asked her do you have a room or not, my family just needs a place for the night if you don't I get it well look elsewhere. She was like well I guess I do and seemed like she didn't want to make the company money and book a room. Fast forward to next morning and very little pressure out of shower. Water temp was all over the place and at one point water STOPPED coming out of shower head. I had to wash the shampoo out of my hair in the sink. When my husband talked to the front desk we were told well when we are full and people want to shower at same time that's what happens.

Not bad at all

Location surrounedd by a lot of resturants and stores, Very convenient to wher I neede to go, vey nice atmosphere, I would reccomend it.

Breakfast has alot to be desird, should have a little more variety and should accomodate all dieste, vegan , non diary etc.. Breakfast unfortunately would get a very low score, otherwise the rest was very good.

Breakfast was great!

The lady at the front desk during our stay was completely rude and made us feel like we were putting her out because we asked for towels. (We had a suite with five people and there were only three towels in the room)

The room was very clean , the breakfast bar was good with lots of variety. The pool was clean and the grandkids enjoyed it.

Staff very friendly. Nice Lobby. Great breakfast & coffee. Great location, near shopping & food.

Floor in room was sticky. Refrigerator ran, but never got cold(we stayed 2 nights). Curtain did not completely cover window, so very bright lights shone into bedroom all night long. Charging ports on lamp did not work. Mold on ceiling above tub.

worst’s 20 minutes I’ve ever spent

nothing it was nasty we wasn’t in the room 20 minutes and checked out and went to a thousand times better hotel. I wouldn’t take my dogs to that place, and they had the nerve to charge me for a night I didn’t even stay. I want a full refund.
