The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was exceptionally clean. I would stay here again.

Stay was adequate. Trash cans outside front door were overflowing with trash which was also on sidewalk. This condition existed from when I checked in yesterday.

A very quiet hotel off the beaten path but clean and functional

This motel was very cute. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are dated and but everything was clean. My only complaint was that there was no coffee either in the room or anywhere else in the morning. Otherwise it was exactly what you would expect for your money and got the job done.

The place was dirty.

This place was horrible, I would never stay there again. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was hot! The window opened, but there was no screen so I chose to keep it closed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no stopper in the sink. There was the space for a mini refrigerator, but there wasn’t one in the space. There were also sweat stains on the pillow. Gross. We got in late and left early. There was no one at the desk upon leaving, just a box to put keys in.

I chose a budget hotel so that I could use my dollars for the more fun things. I was only a short jaunt to Mystic, Dubois beach, Hammonasset State Beach, Misquamicut State Beach, and Rocky neck. I drove the coast, ate at the delicious restaurants and then made it back to this little hotel The rooms were clean, the bedding was safe, the young man at the front desk answered all my requests with a cheerful personality. Check in and out was easy and quick. For a low price this place met expectations!

Amenities are bare bones. Pool was closed. No more breakfast although they still have pictures. No maid service during a 3 night stay. Evident management is cutting corners as much as possible. Rooms are dated. Pictures are old.

I liked how the hotel was tucked away from everything. I didn’t really like how old the rooms looked on the inside. The cleanliness was fine but could need some room for improvement. Overall, no issues that affected me or my partner.

This hotel has alot of potential lived here my whole life never knew it was there. Its clean they are friendly but on expedia and online it lists that they have a pool and offer breakfast. Pool was empty and covered and not anywhere near working condition and there was no breakfast offered not even coffee and the ice machine was broken i i did nit see a fitness center?? Great for a place to sleep or a quick stop but nit for a long stay with family unless ammentities are in working order and there. This is a busy area and had i been traveling with my daughter who is a pool kid would have been dissappointing.

The hotel was very old. Seemed like a hotel that a company no longer wanted to maintain so they sold it to this company. Able to find building due to signs. Hidden from view of any roads. Building needs complete remodel. Only 4 cars in large lot with large building. Would not recommend to anyone.

Really run down, ice machine broken. Pool is closed and liner falling off. Everything is unplugged in your room. AC and refrigerator need to be plugged in and take a while to get to temp.

Refrigerator in the room was unplugged...same with the heat. They were technically closed, so there was no breakfast. Mirror in the bathroom had black circles all over it. I cut myself and needed a bandaid. Was in the lobby and had to call for a bandaid. The woman who answered the phone asked which room. When I said we were in the lobby checking out, she said, "Oh, then I guess we don't have any." before she hung up. So I had to keep some toilet paper on my cut until I could get a bandaid somewhere else.

When I arrived there was not anyone to check me in, they simply left a note to call them and when I did I was told my key was on the desk waiting for me. Later that evening (around 7 pm) I tried to take a shower but had no hot water at all. As I was checking out I was told that if I had called them directly instead of using Expedia, I could have gotten a cheaper rate.

The rooms tv didn’t work and when you sat on the bed the box springs went to the floor causing you to slide off because it wasn’t on the frame and we were given another room with the same problem but not as bad my in-laws room was cold, the thermostat would not go past 80

Place needs some work. Bathroom leaks marks, ice machine was down, no pool as advertised, and it has a weird smell.

Dirty had to wipe everything down. Floor lamp was broken and it could of started a fire. Serving coffee from the bathroom. Stains on bedsheets. Smelled very weird through hotel. Cracks and sinks falling off. Dont reply wright away. To get into the building you have to pull open the sluding doors. They said things to do in walking distance, that wasn't true either. Very disappointed. Also going to make sure we didn't get charged twice for the room. Shower had no hot water. Something was constantly running in the bathroom. Never came with a tv line up.

From the pictures you would think it was a decent place .
Once.i arrived what i first saw was what looked like an abandoned hotel the grounds were completely over grown. Inside smelled heavily of curry and room was dark dismal outdated damp musty . I picked up my stuff walked right back out, lost my money on the room and went up the raod to the raod to the sleep inn.

Upon pulling up I thought it was closed… the outside gives a very bad impression. I paid $272 dollars for 2 rooms that smelt horrible, thought there was a pool it’s caved in and it’s summer so that was a lie. One of the beds blankets had cigarette hole marks in them. Thank god I brought my own cleaning products for the toilets they were nasty we had 3 little girls with us and didn’t let them take their shoes off. Between our rooms we shared 1 roll of toilet paper the lamp shades were broken and cracked the dust in the back of head board was gross again I cleaned that myself I slept ok because I was tired. It was a waste of money the pictures make it look really nice but it’s not. The front desk was nice she was younger we asked her for towels and she gave them to us the towels that were left in the room were stained. They accommodated letting us change my room to have the joining rooms so the girls could be together but that’s really the only thing nice I could say about this hotel.

There were signs that the cleaning was lackluster - the cap to a disposable razor and a piece of plastic in the corner of the room and the bathroom looked a little dirty too. Kitchen still closed due to COVID and the pool may have been closed also. It smelled like pot by the front desk immediately after I checked in. I needed plastic ware (forks) and the front desk guy asked me to follow him to his room to get them. Nothing happened and he was very nice about it but it made me feel really uncomfortable.

Advertise they have a pool and don't!!! I spent $70 more than I pay elsewhere because they say they have a pool, that was the main reason I booked here!!! Would like some kind of discount!!!

Pool was offered on website although the pool was not working as the staff said for years. The bathroom was full of ants I mean covered. The fridge was not cold and only breakfast available was juice. Receptionist was sitting on couch with no shoes on watching TV.
