Dirty underwear & another garment found behind table. One bed had a stain on the white sheet. Lady from front desk brought us a clean sheet and gathered the dirty underwear. I was told to leave the dirty sheet outside my door and she would get it later. When we checked out the next day the sheet was still by the front door. The price I paid was way to high for the hotel being gross. We will not be staying there again.

Very nice

Wish the ice machines would have been working on all floors a little inconvenient to go to other floors.

Staff did not change the dirty towels we let on the floor. Thieves were stealing Cadillac converters off vehicles in the parking lot need to hire security service. Next tournament we will be staying somewhere else.

They were doing a little renovation. It’s an older hotel with the old style window/wall a/c. The room would not get very cool even with the A/C cranking. The room smelled strong of bleach.

Room was hot and had an odd smell when we arrived at 1am. I cranked up the AC and it the temp never got better. The road noise was terrible on the road side of the building. The pull out couch was covered in a Saran Wrap like Plastic and tilted, making it uncomfortable. The tiles in the bathroom moved when you walk on them. Nice staff though and it was a place to sleep for the night. I would not choose it again.

The outside was dirty and the rooms dirty. Our sheets had a huge brown stain on them. I guess they dont change bed sheets…. Disgusting we all had to sleep in one bed too tired to even go tell them. Since we had just drove all the way from florida

First room had a broken door lock. Second room had a busted, junky old dehumidifier. Half of the buttons were busted on A/C system.Half the hotel was closed off for repairs or something. At least the sheets were clean.

The hotel stunk, I only booked because of the indoor pool but it was closed.

The property was nice. I just didn't like that the hotel could not accommodate the room size that I booked online through Expedia because I was told that Expedia overbooked the double rooms. It would have been nice to (1) only pay the price of a single bed room and (2) if someone would have contacted me about the overbooking before I arrived so that I could have made different arrangements.

We arrived to find out the WiFi was not working and they did not know if they would have it fixed. The front desk stated that maybe we could get a room at the Comfort Suites next door. The INDOOR pool was broke and that was one of the main reasons we was staying there. We had teenagers with us and needed to do something close to hotel. The breakfast was a joke. It was a Jimmy Dean Prepackaged Sausage biscuit and orange juice and coffee. The Biscuit was cold and needed to be heated up. Went back to room to heat up and realize that there WASN'T a microwave in the room as it was advertised. There was one in the entire hotel downstairs next to the front desk. The clerk failed to inform us of this and when I mentioned the microwave was not in our room he then mentioned "Oh yea I know it's right over there." It would of been nice have been told that before having to make 2 trips up and down.

Place was clean and decent, definitely is not worth the price. Front desk had rude service, they were charging me twice when I had already prepaid, when I go to ask why they are charging me twice the guy was very rude and didn’t really explain. Just kept saying I need to be pay even though I already showed him I prepaid. He nearly said he couldn’t care less. Probably won’t stay here again. Was my first time in Beaumont.
Place was fine not much odor, bathroom was kinda sus but other than that. Was meh

The property wasn't up to usual building standards. As a construction professional, it looks like the hotel was hastily constructed. Sloppy work and sloppier paint. When I arrived at my room, the lamp and television didn't work. When I went down for breakfast, nobody showed up to prepare it. When asked about it, the staff said they weren't serving due to Covid-19. Understandable, but why couldn't they have said that at booking or upon arrived so other breakfast plans could have been made? 5 days after my stay, they billed an additional $20.00. For what? Very disappointing.

This hotel advertised a continental breakfast. There was NOTHNG. Just coffee and Luke arm water for tea Everything was closed with no seating anywhere in lobby area. The staff said all breakfast has been canceled since COVID started. we want somewhat of a reimbursement. The only good thing about Fairfield is they use Paul Mitchell soaps and shampoos.

Website misrepresented actual amenities.
There was no electricity (yall need back up generators to provide your customer during these situations), no wi-fi, no working television, pool was closed, no free breakfast. We feel like the hotel was price gouging due to the Hurricane Delta. $189 plus tax. We left at 815 as did many other customers. We are requesting a full refund in its entirety. We will be disputing the charge with our credit card company.

The hotel was old and in the room the wall had a lot of water stains. The front office clerk for the evening was really polite.

The was the absolute worst hotel.com experience I have ever had. First off I booked the room to stay during a Hurricane. I was concerned to stay at home due to a tree I believe would fall through the house. So the day before my stay I get an email from the hotel stating they are not allowing guests in the hotel due to the approaching hurricane. I called the hotel and they confirmed the were not allowing guests to stay. So I asked , so ther won’t be anyone staying there? And the manager tells me, only Entergy and Exxon Mobil employees. So basically the canceled my room to sell it at a higher rate. Disgusting.

I solely picked to dtay here for the indoor pool for my kids which was out of order due to remodeling the whole bottom floor was under construction which I was not told prior to my arrival. The actual room I was in was less than desirable.
3.4
They where remodeling, amenities, pool, exercise room, and business center all closed. No heads up until after the cancellation period

Good quite The exercise room is under repair
