I spent an hour at least cleaning my own room as soon as I walked in. There was mold in the AC vent, the intake filter was clogged with dust, the microwave and fridge were greasy and gunky. Climbed up on an end table to get the massive spiderwebs out of the corners on the ceiling. Seems like they basically only clean the toilet exclusively. Sheets seemed clean but mildly stained, and it’s pretty clear that the room hadn’t been updated since about 1996. Even for a desperate cheap stay, I wouldn’t go back.

It's noise people drinking alcohol on the parking lot and too many people in rooms

A lot of mischievous activity in parking lot at nights. Loud music and pot smoking. Felt like we were watched by management often. Room was ok but bathroom needed a lot of help. Mattress was very hard and pillows flat. Management did call the next day and offered to switch rooms but it wasnt worth it by then.

The hotel was very dirty. Behind the door in the bathroom had a solid inch of dirt/dust caked up. The bathroom tiles were broken. The washer pressure was not good. There was one barely half roll of toilet paper, no additional. I had to get my own. The bedsheets were stained up. The one bed was so creaky and busted that every time I had to get out of bed, I woke up the other person in the other bed because my bed was loud. The fridge in the room couldn’t be turned up over a ‘2’ on the fridge coldness scale because it would rattle the whole dresser unit. Only about 6 channels came through on the tv. All the others were fuzzy. I was disappointed in the room for the price point.

The entrance road to the property was not well lit at all. It made me feel a little unsafe. The bathtub was in very poor condition, and I would never have used it to shower.

Customer Service was very nice. However, Hotel room was damp-feeling though. We needed a dehumidifier in there. And the temperature controls do not work from the wall thermostat. You have to use the controls on the actual device to control heat or ac even though there is a sticker on it that says to use the wall thermostat. BIGGEST THING TO NOTE: last days as I was taking all the pillows off, i found a BED BUG so you have been warned. Not good to know we were sleeping with them over those two days.

I didnt like the fact that they said i had a non smoking room but as soon as we opened the door, the smell of cigarettes n ash tray just hit us in the face, it made my hair n clothes sink just from being in there. The bathroom was filthy and needed a deep scrubbing, it was definitely nothing like in the pictures for advertisement, not worth the price to stay!

The stay was ok. The lobby is under construction so finding the correct entrance was a bit confusing. The young clerk was training, but did his best to make sure things were done correctly. This is a budget motel. We got exactly what we paid for. The exterior of the building could use an update and the rooms could use a remodel, but our room was spacious, clean, and fairly comfortable. There was great water pressure in the shower and the property is located near restaurants and a gas station. There wasn’t any noise or drama from the other guests and overall, we had a pleasant night.
