We traveled far from out of state and were very tired and looking for a place to rest. Both individuals at the front desk for arrival and check-out made very minimal eye contact and didn’t offer a warm welcome. As we were unloading our items into our room it was warm. The side door entrance card reader was broken which would explain the door being propped open by a wood chip; though there is a clear sign from management not to do so. The parking lot was filled with guests smoking and children on their bicycles. Our bathroom didn’t have a vent cover and the dirt and dust was visible every time the bathroom was used. Though the beds were comfortable which was a plus for the hotel. When we were low on TP the employee supply area wasn’t well equipped with such necessities. The following morning was even worse in terms of cleanlines as the hallway was lined with hot Cheetos and tortilla chips. Would I stay again? I would but only after a thorough inspection of the room.

our room was not ready when we arived. The whole place looked dirty and not maintained as well as other Baymonts we have stayed in. We requested a refund and went elsewhere for the night.

Well I had no television for the first 3 hours due to the fact that the employees kept on forgetting about me , I feel asleep and woke up for breakfast @7:30 am and they had no milk for the cereal . No fruit , tried for 3 days to get my room serviced . Never happened

I arrived just after 7 pm and was told by clerk at front desk that "No rooms are available." Clerk was less than enthusiastic and not friendly. After recovering from my initial shock, I inquired further since the room was pre-paid in full. Clerk reiterated that none were available. I calmly stated that this was not satisfactory and is clearly your hotel's fault, not mine. She reluctantly agreed. So, I asked what is going to be done about it? She did some more checking then stated, "We would have to clean a room for you, and that will take about 45 minutes." I accepted that statement and she reluctantly made a phone call. I exited the hotel and waited in my car.
I returned close to 8 pm and saw a different clerk at the front desk. She asked and I gave her my name. The first clerk entered, did not look at me, kept her head down and told the 2nd clerk what had transpired. Then she left since her tour had ended at 8 PM.and it was already after that time.
The second clerk was much friendlier and checked that the cleaned room was now available.
Some room furniture was a bit worn but ok. The rest was ok after that.
It seems like the first clerk was more interested in leaving her post after her tour than she was in providing expected check-in service.

Well i wasnt as happy as ibwas before. The front desk girl wasnt very friendy. I had to leave n get change. When i came back she was out getting hair braided n didnt come in to help me til she was done. The fillowing morning she tells me she charged my card 40 for my dog without asking me which put me in the negitive.
My room hassnt been cleaned since in ingot here. They are rude n dont really car about their guest. They closed the pool 15 min before they were supposed to, so i couldn't go in pool.

I won't be back.
1) my key was never programmed correctly. The first night after check in it didn't work. I paid for 3 days UPFRONT and had to have my key programmed every night. My key also never worked to enter from the outside door. I am always carrying a bunch items, it is big hassle to return to the front desk each time.
2) Breakfast was lacking. NO fruit at all. The last day there was no hot food at 822am. All the crocks were empty. Also no waffle batter (I don't use that)
3) Room was ok, but it definitely had tired furniture.
4) in the hall outside my room, the ENTIRE time was a random rug that was a tripping hazard.
5) Outside the back door to the parking lot (near the pool) was an enormous pile of dog pooh. It was there at least 2 days.

Bed bugs found the morning we woke up. Several bites on my son.

First room had a mop bucket in the middle of the room and nothing on the beds - just bare mattresses. So they moved us to another room. The dead bolt was broken and the A/C didn’t work. It was hot so we opened the window but there was no screen on it so bugs could get in. It was 11:30pm and they said that was the last room they had so we roughed it out and got through the night. In the morning the tub wouldn’t drain so it filled up as we took our showers and there was barely any warm water. Only positive was the lady at the front desk was polite and apologetic but we won’t be back.

The hotel room was so dirty! The floor was sticky. I wore shoes in the shower it was so gross. The towels were dirty (stained with black, make up, etc.) The bathroom ceiling was cracked. There was no Kleenex in the room. The night staff was more interested in smoke breaks then helping the consumer. The pool was so dirty. There was hair all over the pool area and in the drains. There were no towels available to swimmers. When I asked the front desk person for a fork they said they didn't have any, yet they serve complementary free breakfast. They had forks....the worker didnt want to deal with getting one. I highly reccomend NOT staying here!!!!

My husband and i were in town to go to an appointment at the VA the following day. We arrived to a very unprofessional front desk associate wearing a tshirt and sweatpants. She couldn't find my reservation and claimed i never paid even though i showed her receipts. She said just because i paid the site doesnt mean she has the money and its not her problem i had to call hotels.com and figure it out. I used rewards so i was not going to pay full price anyway. I tried to explain that the card she said she had on file wasn't even my card number i used and she wasnt in the right place on her computer because the only info she had right about my reservation was my name. I finally left to call hotels.com when a guy came rushing out after me and told me to come back and thats when the woman said she suddenly "found me in a different screen" and this wasnt her work shift she doesnt normally check folks in. if i wasnt already upset the lobby was very dirty and strongly smelled of marijuana. I don't mind those who smoke but this was worse than a 70s hippie festival! When she was checking me in she then proceeded to tell me that the elevator was broken & our room was on the 3rd floor. I said my husband has mobility issues can you give us a lower floor and she said no they were full. The parking lot stayed empty all night!! Our room was dirty, our shower head was broken and there was no water pressure to the jetted tub. Frosted over minifridge and plastic in the sheets. Nope. Never again!

Wasn’t the best experience after being to this hotel before. Had to wait to get into room. Keys didn’t work multiple times and we were on 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it took over an hour to fill high enough to use. Vending machines expensive, only take singles and the front desk had no change to give.

Booked online about 4 hours prior to arrival and was told the hot water was not working on arrival. While standing at customer service was notified by another guest that the hot water had been out since early morning. Not sure why you would still take reservations knowing there was no hot water. Had no other option for a different room due to time of night and all hotels were booked. Got in our room floors in room were dirty, gum stuck on the floor. Bathroom floor filthy. Towel rack broken fell off the wall. Tv broken. Went to customer service desk to ask about tv and front desk attendant was out in his car smoking weed.

Our first room we were given the door was off the hinges and couldn’t close or lock. They were very accommodating and changed our room to a room a few doors down. When we got into the room the window was completely open while it was snowing outside and and freezing. It was already 11 at night and we had to have the kids up by 7 for wrestling. Tried to turn on the heat and it kept blowing a fuse. Finally got the room warm around 2am. Then the hot water was out and nobody could shower. Needless to say a very disappointing trip.

The building needs some improvement. The windows were drafty and there were some broken tiles in our bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning crew could have done a better job as we had wadded up paper towel left on the bathroom floor and the floor around the bed was a bit dusty.

I checked in around 10pm on Friday night on 3/16/2024 there was hair all over both beds, the tub was dirty and clogged up! The floors were dirty. I need to be refunded! I showed pictures and videos to the front desk staff. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my dog!!!

Room had tiles falling off and the tub took over an hour to fill. The hotel had no ice in any machine. The pool was advertised as heated but the element was broken and laying next to the pool. The person checking out in front of me was also unsatisfied. If I thought I would have been able to get a refund in time to get another hotel I've probably would have but I knew a refund would take days and that would cut my vacation fund down quite a bit.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive! However, the room was filthy!

They had no towels so my family had to use the same 2 towels. The pool was horrible there was an out of control teenage group cussing in front of.my 9 and 12 year old and there was a bunch of luttle kids there. Managment was no help. The toilet barely flushed the bathtub barely drained i cut my finger on something moving the curtains. Next time i will pay the extra for a better hotel. I wish i would have taken pictures and videos and i wish to God i could get a refund but ill just mark it as a lesson learned

Clean and comfortable. Good price with a convenient location. Rooms are good though show their age, but they don't smell and don't have bugs, which is hard to find in this price range.

Overbooked had reciept for 2 queen beds and only had a king and there were no rollout beds availble staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but nothing else was available
