Generally, I enjoyed staying here during Thanksgiving week. Restaurant for breakfast was nice and convenient, and hotel is walking distance to the Fisherman’s Wharf and many restaurants and sightseeing activities. Main downside was its location next to the In and Out, which could be loud at night as they called out orders. Bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Terrible parking fees.

Very clean, friendly staff great location just disappointed that by 4 PM. The room was still not ready and could not check in to park my luggage. I believe in checkout times and I believe in check in times possibly they need more staff to get the rooms cleaned and ready For 4 PM check in

Overall great stay friendly staff and clean. Only feedback is that breakfast was not included. Most Marriott’s I stay at include breakfast.

My daughter and I stopped here during our road trip. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. They gave us a map and some recommendations which was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but we looked directly into the parking garage so we could not open the drapes. We were disappointed that the cost of parking was almost $60 and the garage was pretty shady so we parked and ran to the staircase. Alternatively, we could have paid for valet for around $65 but I couldn't make that decision because the front desk didn't know how much the garage cost.
Would stay again but would find alternative parking and ask for a view.

Convenient to South End Rowing Club for Alcatraz swim. Not happy about extra hidden charges. Other than that hotel situated in a great place. Check in /out easy. 3rd time staying here worked out for out team of swimmers.

Wonderful location for the harbor tour.

Good place to stay, kinda noisy down in the alley area because of the close restaurants but it was fine by 10-11.

Loved the location. Short walk to all that Fisherman’s Wharf has to offer. Staff was great as well! Our room was clean but did have an unusual odor that could use some attention. Air freshener helped keep the odor at bay during our stay.

Was so happy with the stay. Room was clean and spacious. Walked to dinner by the piers. Has a great pizza shop across the street for a midnight meal. Very nice valets and employees. Will stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Super comfortable bed, a/c was ice cold, house keeping daily. The breakfast restaurant on floor two was reasonably priced. and tasty. The location was 2 blocks from Pier 39, and a half block from public transit ($5 per person for an all day pass). Super close to the Warf and Ghirardelli square. Every hotel worker we met were friendly and helpful. A lot of food options on the same block. I’d recommend the pizza spot across the street. Only negative is having to pay over $130 for two days of valet parking.

Absolutely perfect location for our trip. Me and my 2 kids enjoyed our stay. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy and seamless. I'm thrilled with my choice of staying on this block in the fisherman's wharf, it is so close to everything and has such a great amount of options instantly. The beach, Buena Vista Restaurant, Pier 39, Italy town, ChinaTown... All walkable. Pick this hotel for your family!

Due to the safety issue around S.F., location and safety was my top priority this trip.
And this hotel was the best choice.
Since I traveled with my car, parking availability was a plus even though it cost me around 85 including taxes and tips. However considering car break-ins happening these days around this area, the hotel offered what I needed.

The Staff was fantastic. The rooms were average at best. They need some updating. I realize the location is allowing the price charged but some people might decide to stay In another part of the city. My thoughts only.

We chose the Courtyard because it's located within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf. Aside from the location, the hotel was mostly forgettable although it wasn't a bad stay. We had been traveling abroad so we had a lot of luggage. It seems like help with the luggage is part of a bygone era in the U.S. so we got it done on our own. The room we stayed in was clean but had a musty smell like it hadn't been opened in quite some time. As it turned, out we couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Fortunately, we were able to open the windows & it was a cool evening. The staff was friendly & helpful with information so that was nice.
