Initially disappointed that there were no real dining facilities, however you were able to bring in your own food and drinks , which was great for the budget. Bar closed at ten o’clock but you could sit and chat and consume your own victuals at your own leisure. Big shout out to both Savannah and Meda who were both helpful and welcoming

Perfect location if you are in SF as a tourist. No need to get a rental car as so many of the sites are walkable. I’m hard to please yet have no complaints. It’s an older property that has been completely renovated and it is so well maintained and clean. It smelled nice when we walked into our room and it was so clean. Perfect one night stay for my daughter and I. We felt very safe and every single staff member we ran into were so incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and had a lot of amenities covered under the destination fee (bike rentals, game center etc.) parking was good if you have an oversized vehicle, but was expensive. Upgraded to harbor view but it was barely visible above roof lines of other buildings. Not worth the extra charge. Also, we were backed up to a building with a loud compressor. I would stay again, but request another side of the property to avoid the noise and not upgrade to view room. The bed was super comfy and the property was easy walking to lots of places.

This was the most family-friendly place we’ve stayed at and the staff was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The room was fine. The property was located right above the water. I did not realize that it was extra to park. I had 2 cars and with the taxes it added another $104 for 1 night. bummer. Just be aware

We really enjoy the Hotel Caza. Excellent condition and very clean. Staff is very nice cost is reasonable with the exception of parking. Very expensive. Kind of outrageous really.

We have been at Hotel Caza before, but this trip, i realized the room is entirely too small for a family of four. And having the rec area for the kids is grrat, but they chatge $65 rec fee to use it. Parking is an additional cost as well, and considering we were in a tiny room, with a tiny bathroom, facing an alley, we question of we'll return. You can't beat the location, but we will most likely explore other options next time.

Stepped on a screw that was laying on the floor. Old food lying under the TV stand. Gross. Sheets smelt like body odour.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Early check-in was a real treat that you just don't see anymore. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. Quiet with great staff, incredibly friendly people throughout the hotel. Plenty of activities in the lobby including milk and cookie hour each night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice location to visit San Francisco.
Rooms are large and calm.
Parking available.
Breakfast and food options available but extra cost.
The games available are also nice even if you pay a premium package at check-in for all the services including renting of bikes…
Disappointment on the rental bikes, only two were available !

This hotel is excellent, friendly staff, great location near Fishermen’s Wharf, spotless clean, large rooms with nice furniture.
And all for a reasonable price.
Public transport is easy, bus 30 to downtown, bus 28 to Golden Gate Bridge and the historic tram line F brings you to the ferry building and along Market street.

This was our second stay at Hotel Caza, which is a really nice place, it seemed a bit less pricey than some other places in the same part of SF and is a great location for touristy stuff in the city. It has no free breakfast and be warned, the parking is an extra cost and is not included in the price of the hotel, and a great deal of extra money, about $70 per day extra. It does have a bar on site, a lot of games and recreation facilities on site, a nice outdoor pool, but no hot tub, and the rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. It is clean and the staff are very nice. You can walk to Fisherman's Wharf, to catch a cable car, and there are many restaurants and Ghirardelli square within walking distance as well.

The parking was confusing as the room key was supposed to be able to be used to get in and out, however,
it did not work. Nice place would stay again.

Looks older on outside but it was a good place to stay for a quick trip. Check in was ok had IT problems but did give a credit. Staff was pleasant . Good place for a short stay very convenient to walk to and from Ghirardelli or Pier 39! Would stay again

This hotel was clean and in a great location - walkable to the wharf and pier 39. It is older and nothing fancy in the rooms. I did pay a little more for a bay view, but just got a brick wall view with a tiny ocean peaking out. It didn’t matter though because we weren’t in the room much. I’d stay again.

Our family had booked 2 rooms and we were pleased with the value and accommodations. Only "gripes" are more lighting is needed in bathroom. And a hand-held shower would be a great addition.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The pool area was lovely. And everything was clean. That said, the property is very understaffed. We had a k cup coffee machine with no k cups or decaf available. The staff did their best but for individuals with caffeine restrictions it was very problematic. The bar and small market were only available at odd times closed midday and at 10:00pm so our group could not get a cocktail after the theater. Our friends room had no refrigerator and the water pressure in their shower was extremely low. This was not our experience in our room. Still a good deal for the money.

Excellent hotel near pier 39. It was my wife’s birthday and we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Convenient that it had underground parking and the room we got had a nice view of the bay and Alcatraz. Front desk was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival I waited over an hour after check in time because our room was not ready. We had traveled over 6 hrs, we were tired and wanted to eat. I had my 2 children that I wanted to change and get them ready for dinner. We got tired of waiting so I had to change my kids in the lobby bathroom. The room that I rented was not available so I was given something smaller. I am very unhappy with the service, the way the hotel was unapologetic. The room was not clean. The hotel overall very mediocre.

Great location and awesome staff, sadly let down by the lack of double glass window, you could hear the city truck service at 3am every day

Great location. Breakfast across the road at 8am & Board & Drink (?) highly recommended. Loved the easy access to public transport- we used the bus to get to Golden Gate Park & Bridge easily. Around SAN Francisco we used the tram & cable car services. Easy walk to Fishermans Wharf. Will stay again.

Loved the convenience of the location of this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had a leaking sink and the tv didn’t work and they got in it and fixed it asap. The cleanliness was acceptable but not great. The amenity fee that you had to pay daily was ridiculous. We didn’t see or use the bikes, the cookie time at night was literally a pack of Oreos. The game room that they supposedly have was boring and half of the games were incomplete or broken. I don’t know what it is you’re paying for, but it definitely was not worth an extra $50 a day, I found that a bit of a joke. The best part about the hotel was the location and how convenient it was to get to everywhere we needed to. It
