The guy at the front deak in the evening was awesome. He was very kind but also funny. The check in process was very fast and easy. We were able to get a room on the 1st floor which made our trip even better. Hotel was big. The restaurant/bar was a very nice surprise. We ate there both days. Room was comfy. Shower was warm and good water pressure. The hotel as a while could use some updates but it looked and smelled very clean. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. Some boiled eggs. Frozen sausage and biscuits to warm up. And some runny gravy. Yogurt. Cereal and toast. Orange juice, coffee and milk.

Hotel was not bad, very worn, holes in walls, lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. Would have been fine but not good sleep due to doors outside of room openings and closing all night. No sound proof, you hear every door open in hall opening and closing. Honestly never seen hotel built this poorly for sound.

Checked in to check right back out. Pulled to the back lot where the rooms are and someone was smoking to appear as meth on the bench. Walked into the room to hopefully see better and walked into complete darkness. Found the switch in the dark and greeted by german roaches on the wall.. ceiling was falling in above the sink, and the carpets were so nasty my shoes were sticking to them. I got back in my car, went around to the front and gave them the key back.
3.1
Clean and comfortable enough, but the sink did not have a fully connected drain and would leak on the floor whenever used, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the chair in the room had a broken seat, but it did have a mini fridge and microwave
3.1
The restroom was extremely dirty, I ask for towels and was told that someone was going to take the towels to my room and never got them, next morning went back to the front desk and ask for towels again, the front desk said that as soon as housekeeping was getting there, would be getting the towels, never got them.

The hotel was okay, the restaurant and bar were very good. The service was prompt and courteous. The room was nice, the beds comfortable and wifi and cable tv were very good. The things that were a disappointment: the pool was closed, they were out of 'do not disturb' signs and our room was right next to a second entrance and we were awaked numerous times due to people going in/out all hours of the night and the door was Loud. (Our stay wasn't 1 night, it was 3.) The free breakfast was nice. The price was good and the location was excellent as it was directly off the Interstate and close to numerous restaurants and stores. We were attending a music festival in Bristol which was quick and easy to get to as the hotel was located on Hwy 11(20-25 min away from downtown Bristol). I will definitely use them again, but request a room far away from secondary exits.

Front desk looked like it was under construction, walked into the restaurant and the staff was arguing with each other. The pool looked like it hasn’t been useable for quite sometime, the emergency light light in the elevator was broken, carpet and walls outside were dirty and need painted. There was no do not disturb sign in the room, we had to plug in the tv to get it to work. The overall location is in need of major repairs. For the price I paid it was absolutely terrible. I could have stayed at a resort for the price.

This place is a dump. I would have rather stayed in a tent.
3.1
It was horrible. There was roaches in the bathroom.
3.1
Room was not clean and TV did not work. No response from the front desk
3.1
The breakfast was very disappointing. Everything seemed out of order. I feel like maybe I stayed at a hotel on its last legs. Didn’t match the pictures at all.
3.1
Fitthy inside and out. Homeless people living in the woods. People screaming, loud music.bbtoken furniture. Breakfast was a joke. Parking lot was cluttered of beer bottles and broken glass. I would add photes but it won't let me
3.1
Poorly maintained. No attention to detail. Terrible breakfast. Simple items in plain sight in need of cleaning or repair. Convenient location.Pool covered up in July.
3.1
Overall pretty good except no pool. A lot of things out of service and maintenance needs. Friendly overtake though.
3.1
Awesome staff! Very helpful and friendly.
3.1
As advertised
3.1
Amazing and friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful.
3.1
Mold in shower and shower curtain. Sink was cracked with no stopper but that didn’t matter since the water drained extremely slowly. Did not provide hair conditioner. Was in the 90’s and mid July but pool was closed for the season.
3.1
Sketchy area and my sheets had blood stains on them. The building looked run down and smells awful ! Spend the extra $30 to go somewhere clean!
3.1
The room needed maintenance. Carpet transition plate was not attached. Toilet was leaking. AC/heating unit noisy..
Other than that it was good.
3.1
The place was a literal crack den. Staff was aggressive and rude. The entire place smelled like the inside of a dumpster. The pool was growing it's own ecosystem. Everything was out of order, half the lights weren't on, there was a bullet hole in my window. Imagine a trap house, but as a hotel instead. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.
3.1
Facility was dated, but room was very clean and comfortable. The Chinese restaurant attached to it was excellent.
3.1
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was not open, the laundry room was closed with a sign on door to go to the local laundromat. The breakfast was terrible. It was microwaveable food. Nothing was prepared such as eggs, sausage or bacon.
3.1
This property was very dirty and unmanaged. The bedding had a lot of stains. The shower curtain had stains.
3.1
The staff didn’t clean the beds and there was a cockroach in one of the two rooms.
3.1
The room I was given was not fit for stay. The vent in the washroom was not working. The room had some mushrooms growing where the carpet met the concrete. There was a door that led to room 169 or 165 (not sure) which I tried to open and to my surprise it opened to the next room which I feel isn’t safe and breaches privacy. There was no room service until the third day. Breakfast was not to my satisfaction as it appeared left over food from previous days was refrigerated for us. The coffee maker and coffee were kept in the washroom which I didn’t think was appropriate.
3.1
The room was disgusting had dried blood stains all over the bed and sheets and stain, floor was nasty the air conditioner had old food and cigarette ashes on and inside of it, dried gum on the nightstand and lampshade. The stair well when we left looked like someone smeared a bloody nose all over the walls. I tried to get a refund and they would not give me a refund overall 0/10 will not recommend that place to anyone
3.1
The room itself, and the bed were just fine. Average, and clean. That's all we needed was a bed, and a shower. (and an ice machine, which apparently didn't work) a Breakfast would have been nice, but it was essentially non existent.
The police showed up just after check in as there was sketchiness in the parking lot, right next to our car! Our car was fine, but I felt the need to keep checking it through out the night. The other concerning thing for me (as a builder) was the welding/condition of the steel structures that were the "stairs" outside the rooms. They stayed up, but I wonder for how much longer as the metal is all rotted out. TN has lower standards than MS or AL apparently. Sorry, but I would stay out of TN if at all possible. Pass on through and give your money to GA or SC - the nicest people in this entire area are EASILY the police. Otherwise, sort of felt like the Bronx.

We should have read the reviews but we were on the road and booked a room there. Everything was falling apart - the place was filthy and the owners were very rude (our check in person was very nice). Baseboards were falling off, some broke off. Stains everywhere and signs that everything was not working - ice machines, laundry. Exterior has severe rusting - looked like a place that should be condemned. Wyndham should be ashamed of being associated with this property! We will never stay in a Day's Inn again.....

Their rates are cheap but beware of the $100 deposit. They were going to charge me upon check in and said I would get it back if the room was in good condition after check out. I complained that there was no mention of their deposit when I booked the reservation, the desk clerk said "we don't disclose that on third party sites." I have never had trouble with booking on this sure before but that's what you get from a hotel that also has weekly rates. It seems to have a hotel side and a separate apartment building for longer stays. It was already hot but their pool had the winter cover over it. It was not as advertised, the photos on here are not accurate.
3.1
The property is being renovated. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. You need to be a little cautious when pulling into the parking lot as it is right next to a freeway exit and people seem to ignore the yield sign.
3.1
This is an older property that needs TLC. The room was clean & comfortable. The refrigerator did not work, had defrosted, & leaked on the carpet. The pool hasn't been repaired from a leak that was there last June. Breakfast items are very limited. But it's a good deal for the price.
3.1
Only there for a short period of time so It is hard to give a thorough review. Was sufficient for the one night we stayed.
3.1
Bed was super comfy. It’s a bar in the hotel supposed to close at 1am closed early at 12. The pool was closed off for cleaning but looked like a big pool. The breakfast is just oatmeal and bread don’t expect waffles or hot food pretty much just cereal and oatmeal and toast. Staff was friendly though. If you’re staying for just a night i would recommend.
3.1
In the first place I never stayed at the hotel to be clear, secondly the hotel is in a poor condition. No light, terrible odor. While it’s true there’s class of human, having that hotel on your platform is a bad decision
3.1
I felt truly unsafe at this hotel and despite booking for 3 nights I left after reviewing the property and the room. There were only about 5 cars in the parking lot but one was half stripped and burned out. The one guest I saw looked like he was on very heavy drugs. The pool was not open and looked it it had not been in a long time. There were numerous places where the overhead concrete in outdoor walkways was crumbling - and if a new piece fell it could have hit my head and killed me. Lastly the window in my room had been shot out. It had two bullet holes in it and a partial repair. It had plexiglass installed inside of the broken glass. I left and came back the next day to ask the manager for a full refund. He was not there and I showed the pictures to the person at the desk. Although the Expedia rating was not that high (about a 6.4 when I booked) I felt it was high enough for my budget and needs for a simple room. In my view the rating should be about a 2 or a 3 and clearly a lot of bogus reviews are propping up the overall score. Management never got back to me and I just called corporate to share the details and request a refund.
3.1
This was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. Used soap from last guest still in shower. Old chewing gum in carpet. Floor at sink sticky. Dirt behind bathroom door and a used tissue on the floor. It was horrible.
3.1
The pictures are absolutely deceiving!!!!! This is like a "d r u g" and "p r o s t i t u t e" motel!!! It's so gross and dirty. There was nobody in the hotel, even the parking lot was completely empty. We literally walked into our room, and turned right around and left for a different hotel!!! Please avoid! I promise you, you'll regret it!!!
3.1
Days Inn brand historically meant clean, safe, family friendly and good value. Unfortunately, now that the namesake is licensed to independent operators, that is not the case at this Johnson City property.
In short, this property is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not a value at any room rate. Take yourself and loved ones elsewhere to avoid dirty rooms, unsavory characters lurking about the different sections of the property, and a noisy overall experience.
