Beds were pretty comfy
Bit shabby furniture and fixtures and paint in our room and our towels had grass and dirt on them as if they’d been dropped. Front desk was happy to replace them. all you could smell after 8 pm around our room was weed smoking and the bathroom smelled faintly of it as well

The property has an excellent location, it is an exceptional value, and the staff were super friendly! Our family include a dog; this property allows pets and they do not gauge you for them. The pool was clean, the ice maker was functional, the room had all of the standard amenities: microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, toiletries & plenty of towels. Management even allows guests to use the laundry at no cost after staff finish work.
The property is an older one. However, it is well maintained. I cant identify anything I did not like.

The smell when I walked in the room was awful, like sour/old musky mildew. The floors had a sticky sound and I didn’t pack house shoes, so I had to keep my shoes on. The breakfast was advertised until 9am, was all gone before 8:20 — the little that was left was awful. The worst orange juice Id ever tasted.

We arrived early and when I called the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful in letting us check in early. Housekeeping was super nice.

I paid for a smoking room but when I checked in they told there wasn't any left and had to get a non smoking room.it was also advertised as having smoking available.

the room was very clean. The late evening staff (a Lady) was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast sucked. They were out of coffee when I got there and did not have time to wait. The egg were rubber. I think they were powder eggs.The orange juice was watered down and taste horrible.

Front desk associate Jan was phenomenal
Plastic toilet seat needs to be replaced. It was peeling and a little gross.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Booking.com made it miserable. We paid for 2 nites and couldn't even get into our room because you're staff would/could not send the booking to the hotel. We never got into our room until 11:45pm. We lost out on almost 1/2 our reservation. Your rep. Hung up on me and the manager, refused to call back when she said she would and acted like oh well pay again and we will try to figuare it out later. You have not answered my emails or returned my calls. You really have alot of nerve not making this right. Also just so you know It would have been less expensive walking in and getting a room than it was going thru booking.com
We will never use your company again and you really need to compensate me for the first nite. But as you don't want to answer I'm sure nothing will be done.
Your shame price and total disregard for the loss of our vacation time and money. Still have not spoken to a supervisor

the room furniture was old nasty and the bed was dirty had crumbs all over it. The breakfast was terrible they had was waffles couple of very small omelette there was 4 of us only 2 small omelette no meat.. I informed the young man there was 4 of us only 2 eggs. And breakfast didn’t close for one more hour. He seemed aggravated. The PHOTOS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE HOTEL

The workers were very helpful and nice when we needed something.
When we got there we got a room that already had someone in it so they gave us another room. We got to it and the keys that we got didn't work for the door so we had to go back a second time to get the right ones. Then once we got in the room the sheets were nasty so we had to go back for the third time and ask for new ones. Then got back to the room and they had gave us 2 fitted sheets so we went back for the fourth time to get a top sheet. The chair that was in there had multiple stains on it and needed to be replaced!! The walls were stained and needed a major cleaning everywhere! Luckily I had some cleaner in my car and I cleaned the tables off myself. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. It was just nasty all the way around, and spending over $100 for a room that was nasty was to much!

We had to leave early due to my boss having a heart attach and the hotel offered us a refund on the remaining balance without any question. When I go back to Tennessee, I will stay at this hotel again.
Absolutely nothing, the staff, the accommodation and the breakfast was more than I could have expected from a 2 star hotel. We went to deal with the death of my wife uncle. I have to say, the staff was OUTSTANDING...... This should be a 3 star or better hotel. The only issue was the ice machine that was broken down at the end of our building, but I didn't mind walking to the other building to get ice. Management was very helpful when I needed them.

I enjoyed how Jan and the staff were always making me feel at home
We were supposed to check in at 3:00. We arrived at 4:00 our rooms were not ready. The rooms were not cleaned as I would have wanted. I know the floor wasn’t cleaned just a quick sweep. I don’t know when the lamp shades were cleaned. I believe the people in-charge should do a thorough inspection. With a small amount of work I would stay there again. I understand that it’s hard to get help at this time. I think more staff would have made a difference.

It looks good but they could have done a few little things to help it. the electrical out let’s and covers couldn’t hold cords and were broken. paint wasn’t finished up very nice. If you’re going to remodel, you might want to pay attention to a little more detail.
