Bedding was an issue. The fleece blanket seemed very old. Bed and pillows were comfortable, but new blankets would help. Room and bathroom seemed clean. We were next to the washer and drier and the drier had a very loud item in it we could hear it tumbling while trying to sleep.

Our stay was very pleasant. And many thanks to the check in guy for giving us an ADA room which was a big help. The bed was very comfortable, and the tub was wonderful for soaking in after long hours in the car. My only complaint with the room is that the air conditioner was very noisy. The continental breakfast options were slim but enough to get you going in the morning. Overall I would recommend this hotel. A comfortable clean place to lay your head when traveling.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! There is only stairs in the hotel. Receptionist watched me load their trolley and wheel it 9 feet across the lobby to learn there was no elevator. I asked receptionist why she let me load the trolley knowing I could not use it. She snarked a reply at me. My room AC was not on. It was 112F outside and 110F inside the room. Turned the AC on full blast for 5 hours and only got the room down to 89F. I called downstairs to see if all the rooms were the same, or if it was just mine. They sent up maintenance. The man who came was the only good part of the entire stay. He was friendly and made jokes and admitted the room was hotter than hell. He ended up brining me his personal box fan to use over night. I had a “suite” The fridge wasn’t cold. The TV was small and across the room , so you would have to sit on the dirty couch to use it. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Oh, and my room was next to the in-hallway washing machine and drier which people used the entire night long washing what could have only been a soccer teams worth of shoes.

The check in area is super nice. Cameras everywhere, but when you get to the room, poor quality things are outdated all scratched walls, not fully painted sheets, outdated and wrinkled. I came in June and It took the AC 45 minutes to finally cooled down the room. Restroom was OK

Customer service is off the charts great. Everyone is nice and friendly and greets you almost all the time. The place is clean and breakfast isn’t too shabby. They can upgrade their plug-ins Inside the rooms so that we can plug in iPhones iPads and any other device. Wi-Fi is not that great with disconnect issues and even just connection issues. Out of a possible 10 I give this place an 8. Again, Service is off the charts great

Had ask for quiet room and 2nd floor. Guy in reception said yes; he was giving me room requested , but when I said a had a small Yorkie he said sorry and that he had to put me in the first floor. And charged me $15 more for pet. Which I’m ok with the fee; little did I know that the room had a pee smell and dirty floors . It was late and I was too tired to look somewhere else. FYI No coffee maker in rooms . Window curtains falling apart . Bathroom needs some TLC . I will not use them again.

Photos of hotel are outdated, this property is not accurately represented in the photos. Our room had a broken lampshade, the toilet barely flushed, and the hotel itself smelled awful. On the upside, the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. We went for cheap. It was not really our style. Hallway carpet is always my indicator. It wasn’t great Room was ok and bed OK. Bathroom decent except shows me head was quite low. If you’re over about 5’8” you’d have to bed over to get under the water. Ok for a quick over night stay.

The staff was excellent, the hotel wonderful. The only thing that was extremely disterbing was the people that were in the room next to us was very loud and remained that way all night long. I have never heard people talk as loud as them. When asked to tone it down they simply got louder.
