This property is in dire need of maintenance. Walls have water stains. Carpets are cracked and faded. The AC unit in our bedroom leaked so much water that the walls were dripping and they couldn't stop it.
Service was slow and we had to call several times before they responded.
It is a beautiful property (particularly the outside), but it needs better maintenance.

The property is very nice but it shows its age . The rooms are old , dark, and not updated. The bathroom handles are rusty. We had to keep caling for towels.
The worst part was that i dont live in argentina. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant came to visit amd she was made feel like a delinquent . Was approached by 3 people telling her to leave . My grandson who is 2 was very upset . We understand rules ams regulations but there is humanity .

Friendly staff and professional service. We were surprised to find that they had kids animation. This kept our kids busy after a long trip. The buffet was abundant and reasonably priced.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They went way out of the way to solve problems and help us. We particularily loved Rodreigo, with his fantastic command of English. The hotel is a little run down on the interior but had a fantastic pool area. Just like a garden, beautiful.

I have been there for a business stay 3 days.
I didn't used the pool but it looked nice and it was within a nice garden at the backside of the hotel.
So if you have to go in Pilar area, there is no need to stay in Buenos Aires and go back and forward.
Below the (computer) desk is the International plugs for computer, mobile charging etc. if you didn't bring a own plug ;-)
Enjoy your trip.

It was a good stay in general terms. However, there were a couple of issues that lowered my rating.
1) We ordered drinks at the lobby bar. The place was not crowded and it surprised me the waiter took a good 10 minutes to have our order given to the bartender. She in fact gave the bartender our order when I inquired about it. She blamed him for the delay because he was on the phone. He was taking a phone order and it was her that took 10 min. to act.
2) The room was clean, comfortable and clean, but the A/C system was not working and needed to have their repair person come over to fix it which would disturb out privacy.
3) It was our anniversary and wanted a special dinner Saturday night. We called 3 times to reserve a table near the window, facing the beautiful gardens. At dinner time we were told the table was reserved by somebody else. We mentioned our 3 calls. The waiter said it was reserved by somebody important or the owner (?) of the hotel. We kept asking and then, the waiter graciously made a phone call and was authorized to allow us to use it. So....it was not really reserved for anybody specific, was it? He also remarked that the restaurant makes no promises in terms of reserving tables. Do they or do they not?
We were grateful however, I found the incident a bitter reminder of the inconsistency of rules and guidelines most places in Argentina live by

It is an old Hotel. We paid $ 300 a day for 3 people, but:1. They charge the Internet and it is very poor. 2. The Carpet in the room is old and dirty. 3. Furniture are old; 4. We had a leak in the bath 5. Staff is not bad. 6. Room is Big

I spent on night only. I was attending a wedding in Pilar city. It was a pleasant stay, I only had a sandwich at the lobby bar, service was courteous. Tried to read by the poolbar, but I had to leave due to loud music by a DJ in the afternoon.

Had business on the NE outskirts of Buenos Aires. In previous trips while staying down town, i spend 2-3 hours per day in a car between the hotel and the company. This nice, well appointed hotel was 10 minutes away & made the trip more relaxing and more productive.

Likes: the breakfast buffet, which i ended up not getting charged for at all, was really, really good. All 4 days, the room was cleaned while i was having breakfast. I was quite impressed with this. The rooms were a nice size. The cleaning and restaurant staff were great. The lobby staff were quite unwelcoming. I don't know if it's b/c I was an American (though i speak Spanish) or a mother with two kids (i.e., not a high powered professional at a business convention) but they were quite dismissive of me. When I asked for them to check the status of a flight they told me the scheduled arrival time. A short while later I found out that the flight hadn't even left, it was 2 hours delayed. The staff just seemed to have little enthusiasm and made little effort to be helpful. That said, I would return because the pool was nice, the kids liked it, and the breakfast buffet was very good.

This is a very large hotel complex for Latin America. It has lush grounds and a nice fitness center/spa. Note that Pilar is a nice suburb approx. 40 minutes outside of Buenos Aires.

The staff is great, very well educated and helpful. The rooms could be more modern, but they are OK. The amenities are basic, nothing outstanding. We asked for toothpaste, and after half and hour and a second phone call, they brought us a toothbrush and no paste....Eventually they got it right. All the property is very well mantained, and it looks sofisticated. The gardens are beautiful. The breakfast has a very wide offer, though my eggs were a lit bit cold.... All in all, good hotel, good staff, and comfy room.
