For a very expensive hotel, i was surprised that you had to pay for parking on top. Then the person serving was not botbered and said you want the room or not. Then the room was ok, unsafe plug by the bed. Table in the way oth otber plugs, the bathroom shower door leaked water all over the floor by a massive gap. This then causes me to slip getting out of the shower. For being Marriot and £129 plus parking i was not impressed.

On edge of town centre so easy to walk to shops, cinema etc. Easy to get to 02 Arena/ north Greenwich by bus. Hotel good. By road so convenient but some traffic noise. Couldn't see heating or air con controls so not sure about heating system but overall good stay. Didn't eat there.

A decent hotel with spacious rooms and a comfy bed. Frustratingly the air con kept switching off so I had to leave the window open - the traffic and stormy weather kept me up all night. The TV has limited channels and although it was working fine in the evening, it kept going on standby in the morning.

1.Provision of air conditioning should be looked onto. 2. Look into the possibility of providing ramps alongside staircases outside the lifts. This will help people with heavy suitcases.

The air con was very very noisy and kept us awake for most of the night. The outside temp was very warm so could not turn off the air con. The room was right next to a busy road junction so unable to open a window instead. So a Poor nights sleep was had by both of us.

I am unsure if i asked for two rooms away from lifts, stairs and noise on a high floor. We always do. My room was right behind the lift and facing the front road! Albeit on the 3rd of 4 floors. Alas. After a 4.5 hour drive, we were too exhausted to complain. Staff were very friendly and helpful- front desk, security and bar staff.

We did not feel very welcome at the check-in, hence the experience was not the best. They have an unusual check-in procedure, demanding photo ID of UK citizens.

Excellent staff who were only to happy to help. Decent food in the restaurant too actually, although there are a range of options nearby. I'd recommend the steak! Rooms were clean and cool, although there was a boarded up cupboard where the fridge should have been sadly. The only thing missing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The front of house staff were exceptional, welcoming to our kids, even offered us free water, as we had a long journey back. The breakfast choice could not be complained about either. Buffet style catering for both an English Breakfast and continental as well as nice cereals/fruit/granola. We were only there for one night however we would stay there again.

Very central location. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Our hotel room on the LG floor, with courtyard view was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could perhaps benefit from updating. Apart from that a very good place to stay.

Bang average room for the price. Dated furniture. Buve big telly, plenty of sockets around the room. Never had room service once in my 3 night stay. Took an hour and a half to get a bottle of wine via room service. Gym was decent but dated equipment. Bonus was it was always empty.

Overall a good hotel. Parking is slightly expensive. Location is great. Condition of the room is good but they could make some improvements (toilet seat was chipped, toilet flush was slow and not flushing properly, shower was super noisy and the glass panel was a bit flimsy which made it a hazard). Restaurant/bar is expensive (fish & chips £19+ is an exaggeration).

Having a reason to visit the Bexleyheath area quite often, I am spending quite a bit of time at the Delta. While the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are a little dated, they are clean and comfortable. Located close to the A2 makes getting around easy. Being just a short walk to Bexleyheath Broadway gives easy access to shopping and eating. The staff, front desk and bar, are wonderful and make even longer stays pleasant. Great value for money.

Overall my stay was pleasant but when you pay for one of their best rooms you don't expect it to be so tired. I've stayed here several times and it's always been high quality but the shabby rooms and mouldy shower tiles are a let down. In addition they have a dedicated section of the car park, but when you cross from the car park to the hotel, the journey through the passageways (which only goes to the hotel) stinks of wee and is full of rubbish and needles. I appreciate the car park is not theirs but as it's a dedicated walk way they should be clearing so as not to put off guests. Definitely this hotel is slipping standards and it won't be long before they are chasing guests.

We booked for one night, Christmas night, as the hotel is near our son. Staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The room was lovely and warm and clean and comfortable. Topped off with free parking!
