The hotel itself is very good (central, nice rooms etc) but at check-in I was ambushed with the "oh the room isnt ready yet but for a small fee you can upgrade to another room which is ready"
This was also used on the two couples that were before me in line. Such an "automatic" and unattractive way of trying to upsell.

God atmosfære/service.
Gammelt hotel men tingene fungerede
Morgenmaden var over forventning.

I have stayed many times. I came a bit early, i.e. 1400 and check in starts at 1600 (which is a bit late). They told me my room was ready but I would have to pay DKK 200 to have a early check it. Big dissapointment - went out and had a beer. The hotel is fine.. but charging for early check in this is not what I would like to see hotels in general doing.

Great hotel in central area. Only con was that our room was over the main street which was noisy due to the honking and cheering from people on buses. Not sure if this was a special festival or typical. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is great. I would just request a room on the back side of the hotel.

Clean, central, near transportation and amazing breakfast!

The room especially the bathroom was small for the price. Shower would not suit a bigger person. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Nice place, great location

Good location, clean amenities and great breakfast

This was a terrific location for my stay. Breakfast is wonderful with a huge variety of options. Got the hotel bike for a day and biked the city. The best way to get around. Room was comfortable. Bathroom is small. Perfect for a solo traveler

Convenient location to the Central Station and public transportation. Short walk to the trendy meatpacking district with restaurants and bars. That said, lots of drinking at night with accompanying noise and vomit on sidewalks.
Hotel has a good included breakfast with nice choices, including options for vegan and gluten free. Hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh, but offers good value for the money.

Nice location. Very loud outside the hotel area so windows had to stay closed. Bathroom issues with flushing. Room is comfortable otherwise

Hotel room was on street level and was very noisy at night. Was awoken both nights from the noise (hotel is located in an area with a lot of night life). Windows are quite old and do not provide much sound insulation.
Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly prior to check-in.
The hotel offered a very nice breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Overall, still enjoy staying at Scandic hotels, but would pass on this one.

Check in was horrible

We had a great time at Scandic Webers. It turned out to be a great deal because of the location, the welcome mocktails (big hit with the kids, and the impressive and delicious breakfast buffet. Our family room was surprisingly well sound insulated and a good size. The room was fine but slightly run down (mostly peeling paint on the cieling and scratches on the floor. Everything else was in good shape.

Great location...access 2 many things within 20 min walk

I was having an extremely busy day and booked the wrong dates. Within 30 seconds of booking, realised my mistake and contacted hotels.com and the hotel. There was no sympathy or flexibility from Scandic Webers. I was so disappointed, I will never stay at not only this hotel but a Scandic ever again. I am in Copenhagen at least once a month, so their lack of empathy will be counterproductive in the long run. Well done Scandic Webers, well done.

Loved this area to stay for a night with my family of 4. As others have mentioned, the rooms are small (compared to North American standards) but had everything we needed for a comfortable night in Copenhagen).
Everyone spoke English, and was very welcoming and helpful.
My 6 yr old has severe food allergies, and the breakfast that is included had options for someone allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts. It made for a wonderfully inclusive trip.

Good hotel. Great location.
Black out blinds and A/C were welcomed in the height of summer!

Simply horrible for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tiny, the beds are really uncomfortable. You need to buy everything from the reception: body lotion, water, coffee, there is nothing in the room, no fridge.

There are not enough stars for the staff at the reception desk! Any question, big or smile was answered with patience and consideration and it started with day 1 of our 6 night stay. Husband fell at the train station at the airport. We arrived at Scandic Weber with him needing medical attention (after the long flight from California). The gentleman at the desk, Peter, made the necessary phone calls, called for a taxi and off we went to an "urgent care" medical facility where he received a couple stitches in his head, cleaned a large open wound on his arm and received a tetanus shot. Fortunately our trip improved dramatically after that 1st day. Great help at the desk for suggestions on places to eat, walking to sights, etc, etc.

This hotel was very close to the central station and. Walkable to tivoli and other sights. Only problem we had was that our window faced one of the busier streets and we were on the first floor so it was very noisy. Kids were also celebrating their high school graduation which in Scandinavia involves being on a big truck and playing loud music and whooping and honking which they did until very late in the evening so it made it much louder then probably a normal day. I’m sure it’s not as loud if you have a room facing the court yard or further up. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff was excellent and very helpful and welcoming. They had stuff for kids to color and a foosball table in the lobby. They also had a social hour in the bar when we got there and got a free beer and free soda for the kids which was nice.

Very clean. Outstanding breakfast. Room was a little small and no closet or drawers.

Room was small, no bedside tables or sockets near the bed. The bathroom was small too, with the shower separated only by a curtain.
At least the bed was comfortable and the television big enough to watch in bed.
The strong point of this hotel is certainly the breakfast, varied and of good quality, unfortunately on the last day there were a lot of people and it was difficult to appreciate it like the previous days.
Check-in took place quickly and the staff were kind and professional even when we requested luggage storage after check-out.

It was nice and close to Copenhagen central station. Also a short walking distance to Tivoli Gardens. Hotel was clean and quiet and had a great breakfast.

Nice price, convenient to city center, great breakfast, and a free beer at social hour😎

It was close to everything. The staff were very courteous.

The curtains in the room were not ajusted to the rail on the ends.
The bathroom needs an update.
The breakfast was very good.
Really nice were the bicycles at the hotel.

Extremely helpful staff. Husband fell @ airport train station and got banged up. When we arrived hotel, they assisted us by contacting urgent care, called for taxi and off we went. Ba couple stitches and a tetnus shot later back.at hotel. Peter at the desk was compassionate and helped us out. 5 stars for sure for the outstanding staff. Oh breakfadt they offer is excellent also.

I very much liked this property for several reasons. That said, the breakfast buffet is itself worth the price of admission. Excellent selection and quality. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Having the Espresso House attached without going outside is nice, too. I would make one suggestion: When a guest doesn't have the needed adapter for the electrical outlets (especially a guest who prepaid a 12-night stay), provide a loaner instead of making them buy one.

Convenient, safe, close to everything

Nice hotel and welcome and quality breakfast
But rooms too noisy - on the street side as well as other rooms.
Not as clean as expected.

AC was not very good, but as expected in Northern Europe
Great breakfast

We had a very nice stay, the room had lots of space and the bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.

The room was as expected from pictures, but street noise made for interrupted sleep. A bit expensive but the included breakfast was fantastic

The hotel was in a convenient location for the central train station (airport train) and walking distance to most attractions, but public transport is close by. The room i had was small but functional. The hotel has a great coffee shop and friendly staff. The included breakfast was simple but good. The pastries at reception were a lovely gesture. I would stay

Room was decent size even though we booked a family room. Main issue was the mattress. It was like 2-3 inch thick which wasn’t comfortable at all. Never saw this thin mattress in hotel room esp when they charging $250 a night.
2.0
Simple, ecofriendly. No frills and I paid a very reasonable price. Next to the train station, convinient!
