Nice, clean, good location, good service. I recommend the hotel. Neg: hard and high pillow, noise from the road came through the badly isolated balcony doors.

Great location, staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of food available. Parking underground was useful but very difficult to drive in with a bigger car. Room could’ve done with better soundproofing, overnight the noise from outside and neighbouring rooms was very loud. Overall, good place to stay and would recommend

Hands down one of my favourite hotels in the South of France. We got a sea view balcony room and it was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a dream, the water pressure was amazing and so were the soaps provided. The daily house keepers kept our room fresh and the staff were so helpful. We really felt comfortable and at home. The location couldn’t be better and is really safe. So central from the east and west part of Nice. 5 mins walk through a gorgeous garden to the high end shops/place macenna and another 5 mins walk to the beach or market. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Really friendly staff upon arrival, great room (301) which had a huge and very comfy bed and a view (limited) of the sea which was a real bonus. Clean and tidy bathroom with quality toiletry products for use. We didn’t use the bar but it looked lovely. Central to everything you could want in Juan Le Pins

Hotel has a private beach 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Old Town Antibes is about a 15-20 minute walk and Nice airport is about 20 minutes away.

We were delighted to stay at Hotel Hélios in late September ‘23 for about a week with our dog. The staff was lovely. The room was spacious, renovated (given the original age of the building) and clean. The breakfast, though not a huge variety/selection, is great since it offers fresh and quality ingredients (which is less and less the case these days in most hotels). The parking is relatively spacious (for a French underground parking) and even offers EV charging. Overall, we are very happy anbout our stay and could see ourselves visit this hotel again, should we be in the area.

The hotel is lovely but their restaurant on the beach made our trip. Swans even came out of the sea onto the sand 20 feet from us!!!! Don't miss it.

I loved the stay. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Patricia and Anthony are two of the best, I didn't get the names of the rest of the team but the staff when I was leaving also was very nice. The hotel itself is newly renovated and is super clean and beautiful. It's now my go-to place in Juan le Pins/Antibes. 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and the main street for shopping and hanging out. I couldn't have asked for better.

Arrived at hotel and wasn’t able to enter. Entry to hotel is only via keypad and code entry. No information on the same was provided in advance. # on the poster was out of order and had to try other #s. Manager claimed the sent me entry information and Wifi info. Extremely old facility and had to walk up dark narrow stairs. Key was left in the room to enter. No toilet paper in bathroom. Overall, very seedy old worn down property and no on-site personnel. No answers provided on hotel messaging capabilities.
