Amazing, the remodeled rooms are beautiful. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. The restaurant onsite is pricy for the amount of food you get and the waiters are rude. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are amazing! The view from the balcony was beyond words!

Perfect place to stay for couples and families. This was our second time staying here; our first being 8 years ago.

Gorgeous views, great location. Hotel is a bit dated and restaurant didn’t offer many choices.

Upscale property with walking trails and wildlife. A herd of elk walked through the parking lot and went to swim in the lake. The fire pits and seating area outside was a nice touch.

Nice facility but needs some upgrades in the rooms. Stand alone showers, new flooring etc.

Picked this location at the last minute. But was a great stay. The on-site dining/bar was the best we found in the area. The view of the lake and mountains were very nice. Enjoyed the activities around the lake.

This resort is in a great location and the views are amazing. My only negative is that it feels somewhat dated. The spa services offered at the hotel were very nice.

Amazing property! Fantastic views near Lake Estes. Ember (restaurant) at the property has great food and drinks. Resort was clean. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff at the front desk. Staying at this property is a must when staying in Estes Park. The blue shuttle bus takes you to the visitors center. Plenty of parking on site. Excellent resort. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel on the lake. Enjoyed the gorgeous views and excellent restaurant. Wish finding a latte at the resort to go was available for a walk around the lake without getting it from the bar tender at $9 plus tip but guess it covers the price of the view.
Flowers were gorgeous and food was excellent.

It was nice. Keurig was broken, they had to replace it early one morning. One of our 2 fireplaces didn't work which was a bummer since I specifically looked for the fireplaces while booking.

Nice place a little out of the main town but walkable in 15 mins. A little dated decor but clean

My girlfriend and I love Estes. We’ve been many times but never on a girls trip. This was our first and EstesResort did not disappoint.

Clean, very good scent to the hotel

Our room was on the first floor and the view was limited. The window was level with the ground (ie the room was sunken partly underground) so we could just see a few plants and a small cedar tree in front of a wall about 10 feet from the window. Looking up, you can see the bottom of cars arriving at the front of the hotel. Seemed pretty unremarkable for paying $375 per night.

The hotel staff were great. Good location. Good for kids of all ages as there was a playground, beach and all water activities. The rooms were average the bathroom vanity area is located in the living area not in the bathroom look at the pictures good. Overall not worth the $400 nightly cost the rooms are equal to a Holiday in and there are a Lot of hotels in the immediate area. I will not be back.

Lovely lake and mountain view.

Great location and well managed with friendly service. Would rate 5 stars if not for value. Prices are closer to 5 star hotels and this certainly is not. It’s a great 3-3.5 star hotel. Only complaint for us is the single unit AC is very loud.

The room was very nice but no one cleaned it during our three night stay. The dining room was closed for renovation but this was not reflected in advertisement. No meal vouchers were provided.

I have been wanting to stay here for years. We vacation yearly in estes sonwe were really excited. We wanted to be able to see at least some water and enjoy a bar and restaurant. We were given a handicapped room with a garden view as they called it. We were in an underground room with a view of the grass and drainage area. There was also no bar and restaurant as advertised. There were also room renovations across the hall taking place which was very loud. Just disappointing. If those things are happening i dont think the room was worth the over $200 charge for a one bed room. If i ever decide to stay here again, I will definitely call to book.

The location and the room was amazing. Loved the views and the fireplace

The property is under renovation and the room they gave us first was supposed to be newly renovated but there was literally no water pressure in the shower in the bath. The hotel definitely is not worth the price per night. No restaurant and the hotel is not well maintained at all, the elevator didn’t work for one whole day. No power for a couple of hours one night, The staff at the front reception were rude.

We had a wonderful stay in Estes The hotel was in a great location.

Right now they are doing renovations in the dining area so it was a bit chaotic and the fire alarm went off by accident. Otherwise it was a good stay. Love the lake side room's balcony.
Room needs updated. There was a repaired crack in the granite by the sink. Beds were comfortable. Definitely going to go back again.

The man who checked us in was SUPER helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. All the staff were helpful and kind, we loved our stay! Rooms are clean and the lake view balcony was beautiful.

This trip was destination wedding for my daugter. The main reason my son and I were staying here was that they had breakfast , lunch and dinner at the on site restaraunt. We were notified 2/29/2024 for our stay that would start on 3/11/2024 that the restaraunt was closed and woulld not be open during our stay. This gave us no time to look for other places to stay. We had limited access to a car and this was very inconvinent and unacceptable. Please do better. Also they had construction trucks parked at the drop off area everyday. It was uninviting. I was very disappointed with this "4 star" resort.

Beautiful views! Maximilian at the front desk was very hospitable! We took a walk around the lake. Comfy room.

It was off season, so the restaurant was closed. But the room was newly renovated with a view of heaven! Nobody was there so all was quiet. I got a free upgrade! The resort is located right on the lake perimeter trail with easy on foot access to everything!
4.0 / 5.0
Large sized rooms, helpful and congenial staff.
2.0 / 5.0
We were a little disappointed in the size of the room. The pictures make it look so much bigger. The internet was terribly slow, making looking for things to do around town a little frustrating. Otherwise, the front desk people were very helpful guiding us to places to visit and different places to eat. Overall, a very nice place to go and stay. They can’t help what the weather is going to be.
