The employees were friendly and helped with any problems. The facility was very clean and tidy. There was everything we needed.
We didn't like the fact that the people at the front desk left after 6.

Stay was awesome and enjoyed by everyone.

The staff was truly exceptional! It's located close to town and yet it feels remote. The rooms are huge with vaulted ceilings and 2 floors.
When I booked it said I was booking a stand-alone condo and it ended up being a duplex. That was a major factor in us booking this condo.

Very good location on the road to Rocky Mountains NP. Close to a good restaurant. Great service, great house, very comfortable for 4 people.

Location and amenities were wonderful.

The resort is beautiful, pool, hot tub, cabin truly very nice. Very friendly staff and all grounds, buildings, etc very clean and well maintained.
We did not like that our cabin was closest to Highway when there were many cabins much further away. We paid handsomely for this resort and felt that being placed next to a busy Highway should not have cost what we paid.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay. We really liked the free ice cream social offered on the day we arrived. The location was very convenient and quiet. The cabin we stayed in has all the items needed for cooking.
There was a minor leak in the bathroom and the mattresses seemed a little old.

The Cabin was so clean…way cleaner and updated that similar priced options. It even had nice shampoo, conditioner etc stocked in the bathrooms. Minutes into Rocky Mountain park.

Liked everything . The staff was very helpful
The few days we stayed there , it was hot and the AC wasn’t running for some reason .
That’s the only one point to bring up
Rest everything was excellent

Great vibe, nice size, comfortable cabins and facilities. Perfect for families.
No dogs allowed. Also no daily housekeeping (since Covid apparently) but did make up the room once very well and thoroughly, and then a second time upon request a light cleaning.

This gem of a cabin resort was spacious for our family of 6 with a full kitchen. But the kicker is how well maintained and beautiful everything is! We would come here over and over.

Everything was exceptional! This was a last minute booking and we could not have asked for better accommodations. Our children loved the hot tubs and pool, I saw stars and constellations you can't view where I live, and we took in some amazingly beautiful sights and clean mountain air. It's located far enough away from town you don't have any of that noise to deal with. My husband and I sat on the top deck (located directly off of the master bedroom) and just took time with each other, listening to the sounds of the night. We will absolutely be going back and taking family and friends with.
There was honestly nothing to not like. I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. 😅

Everything! The resort was meticulously kept. The accommodations were comfortable with access to so many extra amenities both within the cabin and on grounds (I.e. pool towels, kitchen utensils, paper products, welcome snacks, grills, fire pits, free laundry facilities, fitness center, games/movies, wine and cheese reception). Staff were professional, attentive, and offered a wealth of helpful recommendations. Last but certainly not least, this was the absolute best location to access the Rocky Mountain National Park and in particular Bear Lake as the facility is around the corner from the entrance.
Nothing!

Location
Additional room + bathroom would have been great . The cottages are good for size 4 .
Plus ceiling fan was missing may be uncommon in that area but in summer comes handy

We reserved this cabin for 2 nights, we loved everything about it, we only wish we would’ve left Breckenridge a little earlier so we could’ve enjoyed it more. The cabin is about 2 miles from downtown Estes Park, it had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. There are little fire pits and hammocks all around the grounds to be used. The laundry facilities was very pleasant. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. We definitely plan to return.
Absolutely nothing
