The stay was good, and property was clean!

The room was habitable but filthy. I found dirty socks from a previous occupant. Bedspreads on both queen beds were dirty and stained with God knows what... No room bed service or clean towels added to the room while we were away. A downright crappy experience that I will not repeat. I figured the Super 8 to be the safest option as other lodging options in the area are not representative of major national chains.
My adult son and I were in town in Dubois to visit a military museum. Both of us being USMC combat veterans, we are used to bad conditions. Additionally, based on the totality of our observations of local staff, we concluded that registering a complaint with the on site management staff would be a complete waste of time. Hallway access door literally has blood stains on the glass. Ground floor window was not secured.
Room number 113.
I will not stay at another Super 8 ever. I will likely never return to any Wyndam lodging facility.

We paid $280 Cnd to stay at this property for a Thursday night. Seemed really high for a Super 8 and the cleanliness, but we understand it is high season everywhere. The room smelled of cleaner, bathroom smelled of smoke, and bath tub was super creaky at bottom of tub when standing in the shower. Hallway could have been cleaner. Sheets and pillow cases were stained and/or discolored but seemed clean. Air conditioning worked great!

Location very convenient to Yellowstone. Excellent service and a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant. The first room had a slight musty odor from the previous occupant using a humidifier and the hotel promptly changed our room. Also, the free coffee machine in the reception is a bonus.

This place was disgusting, the bathroom was filthy, there was urine and who knows what all around the bottom of the toilet, it hasn't been cleaned for a while, the bowl was stained because they clearly don't clean it, the bottom of the shower curtain was red with bacteria, I felt like I'd get a disease if it touched me, they don't put pads between the sheets and mattress, there was a huge dark stain visible through the sheets on one of the beds, the windows were filthy, there was an inch thick dust everywhere.
I definitely don't recommend this hotel if you have another option, I didn't at this stay, or I would have left.

Nice clean room. Good location. Great views. Breakfast available.

Staff was gruff upon arrival. Breakfast was unattended, so we had nobody to tell that the apple juice was out. Room was fine.

Better than other Super 8 hotels I've stayed in, even had eggs and sausages for breakfast. Decently convenient to Yellowstone.

Property was ok

The hotel is conveniently located; however, it is old and needs updating. The room was small, bedding was old and discolored. In the bathroom the more attention is needed to clean the toilet, particularly under the toilet rim.

We payed for a nights stay, but decided not to stay because the bathroom was clean but dated with poor quality towels. Also the sheets on the bed, although clean, had threadbare patches. The condition of the bedroom was poor and needed updating. Overall the hotel felt dingy and depressing. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff

The gentleman in the front was not serviceable and rude. We asked for an extra pillow and he questioned if we already had some or not. The tub made creaking noises. When our room was "serviced" they did give us clean towels but the sheets were not changed and the comforter was thrown on top of the old bed sheets. Bed wasnt made. The ac feels like it needs cleaning. Every business in town closes by 9pm. Theres no elevator. The breakfaat is horrible. The hallway and rooms have a bad smell . Theres no closet. Would not suggest this hotel.

Good for one night stay after visiting GTNP heading East. A bit expensive for the area and what you get but clean and decent breakfast for being the last town before Wind River.

Small older hotel

The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and came loose when we layed down. The pillow cases were dirty and the pillows themselves had markings of dried drool. We wrapped them with the towels. There was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door as if the maid didn't clean after the last occupant. The tub creaked with every movement. We drove from New Mexico and our 2nd night we stayed at this hotel. On our way back to New Mexico, we stayed a night in Denver. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at, this was the most expensive and the dirtiest. We were too tired to call the front desk for new sheets and pillow cases.

You could hear everything going on in next room. Door locks worked when they wanted too. Got an upgrade due to lack of staff to clean the room we booked.

Bath mat had mold on it. I didn’t notice til the last morning (2 night stay). Made me wonder what else was neglected. The guy who checked us in was nice enough except he had a very dirty hoodie on and he talked so soft I had to keep asking him to repeat.

This place smells and doesn’t give a good or clean vibe! Room heaters are loud. Horrible breakfast.
My worst choice so far this tour! I won’t stay at another super Lame 8

It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, quiet, the beds are reasonably comfortable and the breakfast is decent.

Room was dirty at checkin

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were super soft.
Bathroom had a spot of black mold (we think) up on the wall, tub wasn't clean. You could scrape residue off the tub with your fingernail. Sink drained super slow.
But it was cheaper.

Great place for the price. Nice breakfast each morning. Eggs were different. Room was clean. Located close to town to go eat. About an hour east of Grand Teton National Park so made it a viable option given the price. Outside door didn’t lock, which was concerning. Would stay her again

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast bar was mid range. No fruit bowl of oranges that were brown. They were so old and shriveled up. They did have yogurt waffles oatmeal, dry cereal, bagels and cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly, circular frozen eggs and sausage warmed up in microwave.
The bathroom has never been cleaned. The linens and towels were paper thin you could see through the towels. I wanted to take a bath and the tub was so filthy. I couldn’t get in it. I went to ask the gentleman cleaning the rooms for Cleaner so I could clean the tub and he handed me a bottle that was about a quarter full of water And a dirty scrub brush. Needless to say I went ahead and took a shower because we were riding bikes cross country.
Overall, I think Windham has sold franchises out to a lot of Middle Easterners that shouldn’t be running the hotels, Especially from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. Nothing that turns me off worse than dirty, bedspreads, floors, dirty bathrooms, especially in the hotel. I think if these people want to live like that, they should go back to India.

Dead large smashed spider in the bathroom on wall. The sink wouldn’t drain water out and the sheets were not for the deep mattress so they kept slipping off.

Needed a room for the night. Bed was comfy and the shower was hot

I wish I knew they done military discount. I would have booked though them.

Everything was outdated and the smell in the room was awful.
