Very cute big room. Mattress was too hard for us. People were out in lobby talking til late until i opened our door then they quieted. Otherwise, nice place to stay

The staff was informative and friendly. When I saw it I was a little worried, older lodge, HOWEVER the inside had been renovated, basic and clean. We will stay again next year

Very charming lodge. Comfortable beds, clean, and has everything you need. No contact check in /out( no service staff ). Parking was on the street but a very quiet town so not problematic.

Extremely unique and enjoyable national historic property from the 1930"s with great interior wood carved stairways and cozy main room. Very reasonable pricing. Main downside is the very creaky, noisy 2nd floor bedroom if you stay on the first floor (main building). The cabins are cute and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here (provided no forest fire en route to Moran (Grand Tetons and route to Yellowstone NP south entrance. The 5 hour detour through Cody, Wyoming added a lot to our trip; however, this is the foisted and dry West.

Enjoyed location, very good price for what we got

We checked in by ourselves, nobody was there at the property. I had called earlier in the day to discuss risks of road closures due to wild fires. I could have been told then that nobody would be there to welcome us. Furthermore, I think hotel descriptions should include the lack of air conditioning.

It was a quaint/rustic small log cabin. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no comfortable chair. You could not turn on the light in the bathroom without the very loud vent coming on also. We could hear the vent fan from the neighbors bathroom also. It was a "duplex" of sorts with a shared kitchen area with the attached next door cabin. Just wasn't for us.

The bed was wonderful. No one present, just an envelope with our key attached to a bulletin board. The cold water was hot and it was difficult to get shower water to lukewarm even after following instructions written down. The tub was very slippery.

The cabins are small but clean. We stated 2 nights and only saw someone at check-in. They did have coffee every morning when I got up. Just make sure you know there is no air-conditioning. Nice town and good food at cowboy cafe.

Really cute property! We didn’t see any staff the keys were in an envelope easy to find and walking distance and dining information written on a paper :)

This hotel is old. Its beautiful inside, very period.the bedroom was quaint and spacious. The bathroom is out dated, no fans and the toilet was hard to flush. There was a cheap fan in the room which did nothing to move the air so we opened the windows which just made the room noisy. After we got up we realized that the fan could have been placed in the open window to perhaps draw.some air in. Not sure it would have made that much difference. The hotel is over priced.

We were a Group of six, and when I checked in the cabin that was assigned to me, was not a cabin of six. So, they were so kind and gave us a cabin that had room for six. Very nice people and a very nice town. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, this is a charming town and the people really friendly. The cabin we had was clean and a nice size, really easy to walk into town as well. Staff were great and super helpful. Thanks for a great stay

It was a quaint cute place, log cabin style, very clean and comfortable!!

We were welcomed when we arrived, Room was ready and right off the lobby, which is a living room in a log cabin. Our room was specious and a log cabin bedroom. Mattress was the best, I sleep on my side and have hip issues during the night, but not on this bed.

Basic accommodations in a convenient location. Only issue was the water temperature. As a woman of a certain age with unreliable knees, the height of the tub was problematic.

This was our second stay and the cabins are adorable. I believe they are from the 30s. Small but for the two of us it’s perfect. You have your our bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. But there is a nice coffee shop at the end of the block within walking distance. Tv in the room and heaters for the cool nights if needed. Very reasonable and great location in my opinion.

Cute little cabin style. Great for just 1 night.
There is no air conditioning in motel part of rooms. They have fans but the sun beating in the room really heats it up. Then having the windows open, you hear the traffic since it's right on the main street.
We had the best meal and drinks at the lone Buffalo 2blks from here.

Dusty. It has no A/C and we could only open one window. The fans could not be put in front of the open window because there was not an outlet close enough. Price was decent, not great for what you get.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We had a great connecting room that worked well for the four of us. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The location was great, with stores and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved staying in the cabin! We like the unique features of the cabin.

The Expedia confirmation said the rate was $131, but they charged my Visa card $184 when I made the reservation. The manager was not available to fix this when I checked in.

The cabin was quite small. The beds were comfortable. It was raining when we arrived and there was not a mat in the room to wipe our feet so the floor got messy.

Stay away from this place.
We don’t ask much from our motels. But good night sleep and decent shower are essentials. This place is extremely outdated. The water in the shower was cold and did not get warm regardless of what I did. The place was so old that when people upstairs walked it made loud noises. It was not like they were partying but just walking was so loud and kept us up until 2am. The walls were so thin we could hear everything in the rooms next to us. There was no AC and it was warm in the room.
All in all not one of our favorite places. I rather we would have just camped in the park as we had all the equipment. I guess just wanted a warm shower.

We enjoyed staying in the lodge. Cozier than a regular hotel room.

Highly recommend The Twin Pines in Dubois Wyoming. The accommodations are comfortable and affordable. There are individual cabins you can rent fully furnished with tv and your own bathroom suite. It is a simple setup, without air conditioning fyi, but it gets cold at night in the mountains so its perfect sleeping temperature if you open your windows at night. The town of Dubois is beautiful with around 3-4 restaurants and nice shops which are all fabulous. The Lone buffalo steakhouse , cowboy cafe for breakfast, and 2z’s bbq that overlooks a river blew my mind. I was riding a motorcycle through this area and will definitely come back. Also check out the “world’s largest jackalope exhibit/gas station, it is delightful, and the epic Military Museum complete with a drive through army vehicle display that is free.
This hotel runs with minimal hotel staff so it’s pretty keep to yourself kinda vibe which I didn’t mind at all! If you run into Holly the manager tell her she’s lovely.

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable.

Need new mattress and bedding need plumbing fixed need new flooring and air purifier. Without these updates you should be charging ½ or less of the price we paid. The check in and out was the easiest I’ve ever had lol.

Cute cabin, however, it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when we opened the door. Had to air it out for a couple of hours, so lucky the weather was good enough to do that. The beds were way too soft and squishy. Not a good night sleep because of it.

The cabins are very unique and cozy. I will definitely stay there again.

the stay at twin pines, was to be desired. First off I ended up getting a lodge room after I booked and paid for a cabin. No refunds of any kind even when i clearly got the wrong lodging. I just wanted the difference refunded. We paid for a cabin and got a lodge room! If you enjoy cold showers, (even after fallowing the reset directions) walls that you to hear EVERYTHING through and enjoy over paying this is the place for you.
