I feel the hotel management has no standards or class. I literally was paying for a place to sleep and when I called the front desk to complain about the noise level I was told they cannot tell anyone to quiet down. They also took my “deposit” right away- which is not a deposit but a charge. The bathroom towel rack was falling down in my bathroom and almost fell on my head.

It wasn't a stay at all. After watching drug deals go down in the parking lot and having to squeeze past a hostile man with a teardrop tattoo and a beer on the walkway just two doors from my room, I checked out not two hours after checking in. The clerk said I would get a refund. I had to call back to get the refund processed and when they processed it, they kept the first night's fee even though I didn't stay there. When I called and talked to the manager, she was rude and told me that I had booked a hotel in downtown Reno as if that made what was going on there acceptable. This hotel is right off the freeway and it's a dump. The room may have been OK - I wasn't looking for three stars - but it's what was going on outside that was a huge problem. The photo shows one of the people who walked up to this car in the parking lot. The car had the same people in it when I left for dinner and when I got back and they were passing things in and out of the window. And this wasn't the only car that had people just sitting in it before and after I went to dinner.

There was graffiti in the elevator and it sounded like the elevator was going to fall. The door lock didn’t want to open when i tried to open the door, it felt like there was light coming though the bottom corner so i had to safty latch the door to feel safe. The bath tub was chipped and the water phucet wasn't working right. They promised breakfast and it was just a pastry that you can get at the gas station.

The facility was comfortable but not luxurious. It definitely needed updating. The staff members were outstanding! The neighborhood was sketchy. Grab and grow breakfast had excellent muffins.
