We had to request two towels because our room only had one. I liked the new remodeling, it has both a refrigerator and a microwave. I have found many hotels don’t have either. The breakfast on Sunday 8 - 10. We were running late to breakfast got there at 10, yet they refilled all the hot items. Very thankful.

It was an average hotel; room was spacious for a king size. Bed was comfortable; not too many amenities; hotel back door was unsecured; breakfast was good and a lot of choices.

It was okay. One of the nerds had small stains. Beds were extra firm and uncomfortable, the hotel room smelled mildewy and of cigarettes. Hotel was pretty clean other than being old and outdated. For being on the cheaper end of hotels this matches the price though. Can’t have super high expectations

The pool was visibly dirty. There was garbage floating and the pump was not on. We didn’t smell chlorine so for the fun of it we ran to Walmart and got a pool testing kit- it showed 0 chlorine. There were no towels to use in the pool area The breakfast susage links were not edible, Eve. Though they were freshly put in. Milk was warm and tasted sour.

My stay overall was good. This location needs updating; it looks "dated" compared to other Comfort Inns I've stayed at. There was a strong, unpleasant cooking odor in the section where my room was located. That odor was noticeable both nights. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of towels. The free breakfast was good with several foods to choose from.

This Comfort Inn was ok but they have plastic mattress pads which made the bed really uncomfortable. And they didn’t make beds or change towels.

baseball tournament in town for the weekend and parents did nothing to control kids who were banging on doors of customers; had to call front desk who also failed to control them. Out of a 4 night stay, there was no hot water on Sunday or Monday and there were bugs in the room on Thursday night. They supposedly did a remodel but it was better before -- I will NEVER return to this property.

The location was great for our stay, but the hotel was not nice. Our window was cracked all the way across & just taped together. Stains on the carpet. Feces smeared on bathroom wall. Back of toilet was broken. Our room only had 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel, we had to go ask for washcloths. Breakfast was not good. They ran out of most things pretty early & didn’t restock even though there was 1.5hours left of supposed breakfast time.

We called a week before all the way up to the morning of our trip to verify our accommodations that we requested. Finally the morning of our check in we were told we had a rollaway bed available. When we checked in they said we couldn’t have an extra bed which negatively impacted our stay. In addition the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the front desk woman said she had no idea what the issue was and didn’t know the procedure if there was a fire. The next night there were tornados in the area and when the sirens went off and we asked what the procedure was to keep guests safe during a tornado she shrugged her shoulders. We did not feel safe our entire stay.

Elevators were dirty and sticky. Someone should always be at the front desk. Phones didn’t work. People on upper level were loud. Had to call multiple times to the front desk to ask them to do something about it.

We complained about a man who was smoking marijuana in his room and it was ignored. The sink drain was extremely clogged & gross. The shower leaked water all over bathroom floor and ran out into the door way of room entrance. We want a refund because of the property not being “non smoking” and the issues withe water drainage and shower leaking. We did report the smoking issue to the night staff and the water problems to the day staff.

It was a great stay. The hotel, staff and entire area was very clean and the staff very helpful. There was only one minor thing missing , we stayed for two nights and there was no sugar for our breakfast coffee either day! This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.
