We needed a room on short notice as the family member we were supposed to stay with had a medical emergency. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel smelled fresh, everything was very clean and the front desk staff was professional and polite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice breakfast offerings. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I can't remember when we stayed at a better overnight location. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Indoor pool was great to have. I wasn't expecting a suite with a kitchen so that was a pleasant surprise.
Extra Kleenex and toilet paper in the room would have been nice. During our 2-day stay we ran out of both and had to get them from the front desk.

Karen was not knowledgeable and is not customer service oriented at all. She ruined the experience both at check in and the next morning. The pool and pool area is kept way too cold to enjoy.

It was directly across from the venue we were attending. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Definitely will be staying there again.

The indoor was not heated like they said the room wasn't the room I seen and reserved and there was ants on the table and they got all in our stuff

I enjoyed the size of the room and location for the shopping plaza. It was convenient for anything we needed while still being close to the rest of st louis. I also enjoyed how cool we were able to keep our room. The 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby are a nice touch. Elijah was a pleasure to talk issues over with and genuinely listened to our concerns, and Roy (or was it Ron) was a pleasure to talk with in the halls.
We got bait and switched it feels. We were in room 319. All the pictures showed we were going to get a spa tub in the room, as well as have a full-size fridge to store things in. When I called two weeks before we arrived, I was informed the room was instead a double king. They removed the spa tubs from all rooms as part of a remodel that wasn't mentioned here on booking. Also, in the remodel, they removed the full-size fridges as well. The dishwasher in the room had dishes in it, and the inside was full of white powder that may have been detergent? It was also very unsteady when you opened it. The utensils were lacking, I don't think there was a full set for maybe more than two people. The carpet by the airconditoners had the carpet tack poking through, and it tore one of my socks as I got out of bed to raise the shade. There was a large water stain in the bedroom from what seemed like an old leak. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, and it took two or three times longer to shower because of this. When you have 4 people, that adds a lot of time to plan for when you are on a time schedule for events. The toilet alsp had dried over pee on the back left side of it that had been there long enough to accumulate dust. The pool area also had the hot tub removed that was in the pictures on booking, and when we got there, it was closed. I can understand that part as they were adding chemicals to clear it up, but it was closed long enough that we never had the chance to get in until the last day and half of our stay. We tried to make the most out of a disappointing situation and remained positive, but I wish it would have gone better.

Location was very good. Breakfast was very good, Lots of choices. Husband said coffee in the entry area was excellent. Always available. Bottled water available every day.
Too much construction going on. Second floor was at least half under construction. It didn't bother us on the third floor, but our daughter was on the second floor and it was definitely a problem. Her suite wasn't very clean either. They did give her a break on the cost when she checked out so that was a plus. When all the remodeling is done, it will be a great place to stay.

Under a remodel, our room had not been done so the bed & linens were not comfortable AND construction woke us up at 7:15 AM on a Saturday!!

We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub area was closed for renovations. We would’ve booked elsewhere had we known that ahead of time. The hotel should have let us know at the time of booking that it was closed. Also, our room was dirty compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom was gross and the sheets had hairs on them from previous guests.

Disappointed to show to No hot tub, and No pool like it says there is on booking. Under renovations and literally had to step over construction to get to our room. Air broken in main hotel, grounds were a mess, main bathrooms out, ice machine down on our floor. Would never stay here again. ;/

The breakfast was perfect and the lady over it was super nice! The location was perfect for going to the concert at the Factory. Checking in and out was very easy.
although very happy with the location. specifically looked for the indoor pool for the kids and wasn't notified that it wasn't working. I also get the $50 fee that will be returned as long as nothing was damaged but also wasn't aware of it until check in
