Close to airport and close to restaurants and shopping. Heard lots of heavy walking above making it difficult to sleep.

The property was quiet, which was a plus. The rooms need updated very badly, but our room was clean and that's important to me.

Great place!

After checking in my son was in our room changing into his swimsuit and another guest walked in on him because they assigned another guest to the room they had already assigned us. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and pull out couch bed. Receptionist was rude when we tried to address some of the issues. Most of the doors had out of order signs on them, as did the water fountains. At breakfast the next morning they were serving breakfast tacos and they had individual salsas and I went to grab one and noticed they had been expired by a month.

the pool was not open. if I would have known that I would have not stayed. My boy was looking forward to swimming.

Everything was fine except the hot tub was not working and the fold out bed mattress was horrible . Clean nice service. I would recommend as long as you don’t need the sleeper sofa.

The room was comfortable. There were several issues that we had such as the tub not draining and up to your ankle in water when showering, the two burner stove had one of the burners not connected, the dishwasher was missing screws at the top so when you opened it up it tilted forward, and the living room TV not working because somebody put batteries in the remote backwards. We talked to the front desk about these issues, but it took three phone calls before actually talking to the manager after two promises that the manager would call. They offered us points for our issues, but what they didn’t tell me is I would not receive points for the stay itself. Very disappointing overall.

I stayed here a few years ago and was impressed then, but unfortunately it has not kept up with the times (or the competition nearby). It made a terrible first impression on a Saturday night - the only outer door that's near the elevator had an out of order sign the night I arrived, so when you tried to bring your stuff to your room, you either had to use the lobby entrance (really far away), the courtyard entrance (which also had an out of order sign on one of its double doors) or the side door on the far east side (which my physical keycard, as well as those of some other guests, did not work well on - literally 5 to 6 tries each time to get it to unlock, even after the front desk staff rekeyed my card, The digital keycard option in the Hilton Honors app never worked with my Android phone, but I was able to get it to work with my iPad). The front desk staff was nice when I mentioned the problem with the side door and said they would have maintenance look at it, but it would be Monday before they could (spoiler alert: when I checked out on Wednesday morning, the 2 doors were still out of order and the side door still didn't work well). My bathroom had only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper when I arrived, which wouldn't have been that big of a deal except that housekeeping only comes every other day of your stay (the front desk staff was very nice and gave me extra toilet paper when I asked). Ditto with the fact that the Kleenex holder only had 4 tissues in it to begin with.

I booked this hotel before I read the reviews. This place deserves the majority of bad reviews. Owners are not keeping up with repairs to the rooms. My first room had ripped carpet in the living room. Second room had black mold in the tub. I won’t stay at another Hilton again.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Our room was disgusting. The shower and tub didn't drain (we called twice to have them unclog it but they didn't) there was dirt all over the walls in the bathroom, or mold. The beds had someone else's hair in it. There was small bits of trash on the floor and my daughter whose crawling kept finding them and trying to eat them.

I’ve always had a good experience at the Homewood suites. My first time here. Hotel was overbooked, an issue with IT allowing people to book when rooms were sold out. The staff worked hard to still find me a room. I had to wait but they helped me.

So I checked in and had an issue checking in the lady that helped me was great. Very unsatisfied with the room, I checked in around 730 8pm I was so unsatisfied that by 130am I got my belongings and placed my door key on the desk and just left. I’ve stayed at homewood suites several time and they have been great. My experience with this one was so bad that I will NEVER spend another dollar getting a room here again.

The hotel in need for serious updates. You can tell that they are doing batch work till they update the whole thing. You can see dirt in the corners. Many mechanical issues with the bathroom

First room was awful. View of a support balcony with 2 air conditioners. Seriously for what I paid!! Then checked the mattress under the sheets, was dirty or had big fras. Tiny black specks all over. Requested a different room. 2nd room had been sprayed with something to cover up a smell perhaps. Was very strong smell. Old. Carpet looked nasty. Ceiling in bathroom above door had marks like bugs left perhaps.. black spots . Hook on bathroom door was broke, loose. Bedding was nice. Room size was nice. Overall very disappointing. Will never return.

The location was an easy on and off from I70 - Location was quiet and the facilities were very clean. No issues at all with this stay

Easy parking and fairly quiet room. Breakfast was good.

The front desk staff was amazing! Shout out to Roxanne and Johnathan. Beyond helpful and super friendly. Room was nice but there was a issue with the door to the room. It didn't close easily. Notified front desk upon checkout and couldn't get more empathy. Nice pool and hot tub.

Place was under remodeling, had we known we would have went to another hilton. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Trash and hair on floor when we arrived

We checked in and the room we got did not have any heat in it. The temperature was 64 degrees. Went to the front desk because phone would not work. They gave us a different room. That room had heat. The hotel looks fairly new in pictures but it was being remodeled and it needs it. The staff was very friendly and the stay was okay. Not worth the price they charge. We won't stay there again. Much better choices at a cheaper price in that area.

I had a very clean appearance

The pool wasn’t to bad but a little dirty. I pick this hotel because I had an early flight and it said it had 24/7 shuttle service. This was not true!

Took three rooms for them to find us one that was clean, workers were sitting around all over the furniture in lobby. It was under construction, plastic and fans were everywhere. Pool was ok. Breakfast was lacking options.

The staff were great and very helpful. Hanna was nice

Stuff was nice but room was dusty. We couldn’t turn fan on because it was thick with dust.

I have stayed at this location more than once and each stay has been great

the property needs an update, especially the hallway carpets, which smelled like wet dog and is unbelievably ugly. The air conditioners click and moan endlessly, making sleeping and working difficult if you are sensitive to random repetitive noises. BUT---the beds are very comfortable, and the layout of the suites is excellent. Kitchen is VERY basic, and I had to request a frying pan and a basic soup pot, and there is nothing to scrub the pans with so it was hard to leave them clean. Appliances are very old, but all of them worked.

The stay was good, the only issue I had was the headboard has white stuff up on it an it was very un-comfortable for me. I did not want my head or body to have any contact with the stained headboard. The cleaning staff need to make sure the headboard is clean. Otherwise staff was very nice and the stay was perfect
