Website said free roll away beds available ended up charging $25 for it. Very frustrating

I stayed a night in the executive suite with my adult kids. It was very spacious, offered privacy in the bedroom area and had a brick patio out a rear exit door that was a very nice addition to our stay.

I only stayed one night but at check in, they charged me for 2 nights on my card. They said that they took off the charge for one night but that charge for 2 nights is still showing on my account.

The hotel is undergoing some remodeling. They are replacing carpet with tile, which will be a great improvement. Our room (a king accessable) which we did not ask for, had broken tile in the shower. The drain for the shower (roll in for accessibility) was dangerous to your feet (rough cut on tile with sharp edges). Mold in the caulk in-between the tile and shower stall.
The room had fresh paint. It was on the trim and doors too.
I could go on but I'm sure you get the story. Old property with some new paint.

Comfortable bed and room. Room was dated and shelves in white shower are attached with gobs and gobs of wood glue.No hot water at all from bathroom sink. Thermometer on heater did nit work. Set heater st 68 and if was about 80. Had to open the window and turn on air conditioner. Elevator worked intermittently. Good breakfast. Stale biscuits for gravy. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and eggs were good. Clean room and sheets. Polite, professional desk workers. Room 213.

Desk clerk could barely take the time from his personal phone call on speaker to check us in. Bathroom in room was dirty, shower had dirty scum in it and the shower was rounded so it was hard to stand up in, toilet had remnants of previous occupants left in (skid marks-gross), bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin. The only good thing about the hotel was parking was adequate and location was good. Will not stay here again.

Great location just off I-70. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and quiet.
Parking lot well lit and area felt safe.

The room was very comfortable. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast included waffles, as well as biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal everything you would expect from a Hampton. However, breakfast bar was not restocked after 9 AM so some guests did not get gravy and other items.

The floors in this place are paper thin and even though the hotel was almost empty they placed a family with small Jumping children directly above us. There was zero sleep for us!!!

Super clean property. Only complaint was our room was near the housekeeping and kept hearing an infant cry early in the morning in that area.

It was very nice staying there. The only thing that was missing was a consistent cold room, the AC kept shutting on and off. Other then that it was great.

I wrote another review for this location before we spent the night……then….. It was awful…sometime around midnight a car alarm in the parking lot went off. It sounded about every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT. No excuse for this…night manager should have called security, the police, or something. I complained to front desk this morning and they said they had had other complaints but didn’t seem to care. ALSO when we checked out and asked for a receipt they said we would get one emailed from Hotels.com. Everything place that was booked on this trip thru Hotels.com was able to give a receipt. Would NOT recommend this place!

I requested and purchased a room for five, but the room was only for four. There was supposed to be two queen beds and a couch. However, there was only two queen beds.

Staff was nice, check in was good, breakfast was good. A/C in room worked well. The bed was horrible tho - not comfy and had ruts in it. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

If you are looking for a place to sleep while exp the attractions around here, you can do that here.
If you are looking for a clean hotel with helpful employees, this is not the place. Smelled like
Mildew, dirty sheets, front desk agent could not be reach via phone as she was outside in the front of the hotel smoking.

The room wasn’t cleaned nicely and the bathtub had a rim in it and there were hairs in it so disappointed
