Staff was nice. They gave me a clean room. Parking was gated.

It was a little noisy because I was in the room right by the entrance & there was a large iron door that made a loud noise everytime someone came in or out. But the room was clean and in good condition!

Desk ppl suck there

I was just there for one night. It was a nice, quiet room. The A/C and all electrical worked, good hot water and pressure. No stains or smells. Looked remodeled within the last year. Must have had problems with locals before, because of security gates around the property, Felt safe.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient.

It was a nice size room with a comfortable bed. There were plenty of USB & electrical ports around the room plus a small refrigerator. The fan in the bathroom did not work and it could have used a small microwave and clock. Parking was fenced from the public and limited. It was a good stay considering the 100 degree plus temps, but the AC did work well!

I have never stayed in a hotel with so much security. The entire property was fenced in, and all who entered had to show id. Although it should be reassuring, it made us question have safe we were walking to nearby restaurants. Right off the interstate so you can hear traffic all night. Floors were dirty and in need of a good mopping. Bed was memory foam, which for us was uncomfortable. Towels were grey and looked dirty. There was heavy cat pee smell coming from room next door. A wrecked car parked in the back lot. Laundry hanging on railing of 2nd floor. Long term renters? Part homeless shelter? It's Motel 6, and you get what you pay for, but this is not the same quality i grew up knowing Motel 6 had. Goodbye Motel 6.

1 night, very busy area next to minature golf land and freeway. Gated premises was best feature & walking distance to local food, attraction n others.

Staff was great

I was in a room for disabled and it was really nice. The parking was right outside the room which made it very convenient for me to unload. The room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again if I came back to the area. I was traveling alone and felt safe with the gate in place.

Over priced for just a room. No shampoo and conditioner, towels and face cloths very worn out...no coffee maker....

Went to check in and they said they couldn't let me stay when I asked the reason they said they dnt know why we come and stay here all the time I have pic of the stay all I did was a review because of the sheets they were dirty I have pic as well but they didn't want to hear the review

I was unhappy with the person in room 123 (next to me) who paced the walkway smoking cigs and talking very loud on his cell phone. Just to let you know people don't listen to the RULES regarding no smoking areas and there are many many cig butts littered close to room doors and walkway.

Great place

There were people in the parking lot using drugs. The employee that checked us in was rude. The room seemed clean. The mattress seemed like it should've been replaced 10 years ago. Parking was very tight. I would never stay there again and almost left before checking in except that I would not have been given a refund.

Very nice place with gated entry. Newer rooms, no ciggerette smoke smells. They are very strict about smoking in a non smoking room? I do not like the smell of cigg. They don't pound on the doors before check out time thats important to me when sleeping who needs to ne stressed out when checking out? Dennys is next door. Scandia too. Target, in and out burger on the same street. This location is the choice for anyone visiting Sacramento. 1 mile on the freeway takes you anywhere you need to be In sacramento and the other direction Roseville. All other motel 6s are more isolated if you like that and not gated. Only your room key can get in through the gate and your car is safe and nobody else comes in walking unless you have the room key. Thats my experience and you might get a discount the next time you stay if you dont smoke in the room and dont trash the place. Very nice family runs the place. The value of this location with Scandia & Denny's with a 30 second walking distance and the two split sections (they have 1/2 of the rooms in a building closer to scandia the other on the other side of Dennys). A lot less being crammed up with every one in one building and parking lot. What a unique place. These nice people deserve to own this choice location. Respect the rules about smoking. Please dont ruin it for the rest of us, I plan on returning here. I forgot their free paid movie channels. I told my wife I would stay for a week if I ever get more time off from work. 10 star

I have stayed here many times and never had a problem. That changed the night my girlfriend woke up at 1:30 am with a bed bug crawling on her arm. We found bed bugs living in the baseboard and saw eggs on the floor in the corner. We let the front desk know about the bugs and he moved us from our downstairs handicap room to a upstairs standard room. We couldn't get back to sleep that night so I ended up missing work the following morning. Not wanting to carry bed bugs to my house,, I went to Laundromat and washed all our dirty and clean clothes that were in the room. I had planned to extended my stay for 2 more nights but I couldn't afford it because I lost 1 day of wages, because of bugs. I asked the front desk if they would help my by comping 2 nights for me. The assistant manager was extremely rude to me. She finally agreed to comp one night for me. I said thank you but told her I would come back at 3 to talk to manager about comping second night. She said she would call manager and then call me later. 2 hours later, she calls me and asks me to come to front desk. That is when she was so rude and told me that we had to check out and leave the property. This after she told me she was going to comp me one night. I tried to reason with her but she would raise her voice and treated me with much disrespect. She was so mean I said I would come back to talk to the manager. The assistant manager called the sheriff who loudly banged on the door and frightened my girlfriend and I.

The staff was very unfriendly, with added restrictions of my daughter not being allowed to visit me in the room. The room was ok, but the web site picture (one main reason i choose that location) was not even close to the reality. I will not be staying at that location EVER again.
