Didn't like much about the property
The reception staff was extremely rude, and breakfast was really poor,

Good location. Breakfast was excellent, very clean, staff was friendly and everything you would want for breakfast.

Plenty of parking, the use of complimentary breakfast buffet, clean smell in room.
Not well lit at the entrance road, it was like some back area. I know it was a former military base. There should have been a lit up hotel sign on the road side and at the entrance driveway. The facility vehicles were parked in the guest loading zone the whole night into the morning. This area should be used exclusively for hotel guests.
The sofa beds were not true sofa beds. They were more like hardly cushioned futons.

The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was in working order.
The room we stayed in had a kitchenette but no dishes or pans for cooking. We were not planning to cook so it didn't matter to us but if someone staying there had planned on it they would probably be disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Restruant in hotel was good and reasonably priced.
Main door to our building was broken. Would typically need a key card to enter. Anyone could have entered our building off the main street. Questionable people who seemed to be living in their van parked directly out front.

the idea was appealing staying on an old military base.
they made it seem like they would have more memorabilia of the old base. Paintings on the walls in the rooms but just very basic and old inside. just plain military dorm rooms. The room smelled bad and cold out bed had someone’s old makeup inside. not cleaned very well.

It had a mini kitchen area with was nice and the water was fast (You don’t need to wait for the water to get hot).
The pillows were a bit soft and small. The breakfast was your typical American type of breakfast and it was okay, not bad but not good.

I only liked the location. There wasn't really much about this property that I liked. I was really disappointed and I thought the listing was inaccurate according to what I experienced AND what I paid for.
The light switch in the room didn't turn any lights on... We had to manually turn all the lights on. We paid too much for a very small room. The bathtub was slippery, I almost slipped on my way into the shower. The bathroom was a very weird shape and seemed to crammed into there as the far as the sink was concerned. It's annoying there's no actual door right there for the bathroom.... just a sliding door. The room was so small for the almost $200 I paid for this room. Did not like this spot at all.

Nothing
Dirty room, rude manager , no hot water the last 2 days of trip, took my 200 dollar deposit for no reason. I was using a George Forman to cook dinner and smoke alarm went off on accident. So they took my 200 dollars cause they said smoke alarm went off, that's not right

I'm not sure
Roaches, unexpected credit card charges

The room was updated and clean (even though the building is old). The uniqueness of the rooms and layout of the grounds is a nice change from a typical hotel.
The free breakfast was terrible. The eggs were truly gross...powdered and watery all over the bottom of the serving pan. My husband warned me of the breakfast (specifically the eggs) since he had stayed there before for work, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. It WAS. The carafs were mostly empty. Hot water was out...very few tea bags...only one hot chocolate packet.
The only fruit they provided was whole oranges that were tasteless and dry inside. No waffle station, and no potatoes or hash browns either. The only thing I ended up having to eat was a hard boiled egg.
The hotel is great for the price, but DO NOT count on having the free breakfast.

I like the grounds..and that’s about it.
I hate how both rooms we had both have a lot of issues. no ac on one and it smell like smoke. 2nd room look like it came out from a crime scene. dirty stain carpets all over the place, dirty, super dark, horrible thrift shop decor. Also had to deal with out of this world noise from upstairs guest all night long

Location great. Breakfast fine. We loved the O club and its bar
We noticed some maintenance issues in our room. The thermostat was barely hanging on the wall. The window shades were disconnected from the bar that opens them

The location was fine and the property a pleasant surprise. Quiet, lots of greenery. Breakfast was better than the usual hotel offering and in a nice dining room. room and beds very nice and comfortable.

great location, beautiful complex, the charging station sealed the deal (and the pet-friendly policy).

Breakfast was great, my daughter and friend had a volleyball tournament in the area so it was very convenient. I specifically chose this hotel because the breakfast started before 7 am.
Our room had a small kitchen but there were no utensils, paper towels or napkins. It was completely bare, which was weird. We got takeout food but had nothing to eat it with.

the room looks nice.
TV did not work upon arrival. No shower Ammenities upon Arrival. We had to walk into another Building to get ice in the Pouring Rain! Pillows were dead Flat ! The breakfast Sausage they put out was almost Raw! and unfriendly receptionist!

The two queen size bedroom was like a mini studio. It had a mini stove, fridge, and two small tables to be able to eat. So worth the money!!
It wasnt located where you check in at rather than its across the street from the office.

The first morning's breakfast was decent, the second morning awful. Even after 30 minutes, they were unable to refill eggs, bacon, or potatoes.
Not being able to get the breakfast the second morning due to the food never getting refilled in a timely manner. The beds and pillows felt worn down. 0 support for the body or head. Both showers in our suite had no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Glad we brought our own. The carpet was grimy and speckled with bleach spots. Felt like a 1 star roach motel.

I loved the breakfast and the cute updated style rooms!
it seemed to have minor cleaning issues here and there I think it needed a bit of a deep clean.
