The hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Wellness room was a very nice option to have.
The area around the hotel is under construction, making access to hotel a little challenging.

It was surprising that we had to pay to use the spa, which se were not told until we left. Same with the parking, we were not told this was not included. But overall it is a nice hotel in a nice location

Great stay here. My girlfriend and I loved it. Rooms were great. Sauna was fantastic. The half board meal was delicious and the staff was superb. Great location a few steps from the Main Street, but far enough off of it to have some privacy. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return.

The parking situation is a bit strange (not that many spots and they give a card to get out of a nearby parking garage but the card wasn't working when we stayed there). Otherwise it was a nice hotel! A bit outdated but overall it was as nice or even a bit better than expected.

We r being charged for a two night stay when we didn’t go there . The minimum I would expect is to be given back one night fees

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Bristol which is perfectly located for visiting and exploring Adelboden. It is less than a minutes walk from the bus depot which you will need to use if travelling via public transport. Despite being so close to the bus depot, the hotel lives up to its name as it is very quiet - the only disturbance guaranteed are the church bells! The room was very spacious although the bathroom was compact especially for the taller amongst us. The staff were very welcoming and most attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. One tip for anyone yet to travel to this part of the world, buy a travel pass for at least two days so you can make full use of the cable cars and busses which are otherwise very expensive.

The Bristol is a great place to stay in Adelboden. Right in the center of village. Great views from room. Unique layout for family of four. Twin beds in spacious bright loft and king bed in main room. 2 minute walk to bus station that takes you to Frutigen train station in 26 minutes. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner very good. Accommodated sons’ food allergies well. Beautiful alpine village. Lots of shopping. The owners, Heinz and Rita, were very welcoming and helped us see everything we wanted in the area. The reception and dining staff were also great. Will definitely return here.

This is simply a wonderful hotel. The receptionist who met us at the door was extremely helpful and our room had a spectacular view of the town and valley. We asked for excellent local restaurants and were directed to unique, family run establishments which were fantastic. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Breakfast was super and we were very happy with the stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we would stay there again for sure!

it was a simple clean hotel. Nothing special. They charged 5 CHF for parking a car in front of the hotel - not even a proper parking space.

A large hotel and alike to similar sized and priced hotels elsewhere. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not eat there though the breakfasts were good with a large selection.
The location is fairly central but the parking is limited and charged at 5 Francs/day
What actually gave this hotel a "sparkle" were the staff who were all excellent without exception.

I loved the hotel. The hotel staff person was very welcoming and spoke perfect English. She had a lot of tips about things to see and bus schedules and the like. The hotel is very close to the bus station and is quite convenient. I hope to go back someday.
