It was a fine stay. The room was nice, clean, roomy. Staff were pleasant and quick check in. Near plenty of places to eat, coffee places, gas station nearby. Close to freeway and easy to find. The only thing I was skeptic about was what kind of “people” were hanging around the motel. Too many transients asking for money or “other” stuff. People hanging in the parking lot on phones in the middle of the night. Scottsdale Ave is very noisy due to young dumb adults racing their “customized” cars looking to race someone. Other than that it was a good place to lay your head but needs to have security to get those not staying there out of that area.

Room was Ok. Not what i expected for an 8 rating. Parking lot was another story. All kinds of all kinds which is a little scary when u have a child with you.

Dirt shoe prints on floor, shampoo residue in bathroom are nothing compared to the blood next to the toilet and the multiple needles found in the towel caddy. Good luck getting a refund from them. Absolutely horrible

Check in was easy, the room had a smell once we walked in. The bed was worn out and lumpy. The front door wouldn’t close all the way but I had an extra lock for traveling so it wasn’t much of an issue. The bathroom door did not close at all. You get what you pay for. Parking was convenient.

The maintenance man walked in my room while I was undressed and unannounced. They can't deny it the place has cameras as well as the store across the street. I was embarrassed. There is no exception for this from the staff in hospitality. No refund offered or comp stay just utter betrayal of staff and embarrassment.

What I like about this particular property and it's guest service is that the people are friendly and fast, never fussy. I really appreciate the fact that I do not have to repeatedly go to the office to have my key scanned over and over for failure to have it open the door. I also really love the fact that it's appropriately priced without a ridiculously high deposit. I like that it's close to everything and that I can get a lot done in this area and this particular property. Having what feels like a balcony on the 2nd floor is also nice. I like to look out and see everything. Thank you

Very very noisy at night. One car blasted music so loudly. We had ear plugs and eye masks so that we didn’t get annoyed. Slept well. You need them! Also someone was shouting that she will call the police because strange man was arguing with her. Strange situation is going on here. But we have small 2 dogs and stayed free of charge which was great deal. No carpet so we were happy about it. Checking in/out is very easy.

Super, super Pet friendly Motel. Large grass area right out your door to take pet to the bathroom or for a walk. Maids were extremely friendly, and always made sure we had clean towels, sheets, and soap packets if needed. Check in staff had the personality of a rock and could take some lessons from the maids on how to smile and be friendly.

The room smelled like smoke, and the bathroom light would not come on. Besides that it was a good stay! Customer service could have been better. Not even a good morning when walking in the office.

room looked run down, wall was falling in next to bath tube looks like was attempt to repair, and people were screaming at each other all night in room next door. Just not a nice place to stay. As a 6'2 and 250 man I honestly didn't feel safe there. So could only image a woman traveling on her own would be worse

Was trying to find something inexpensive & close to ASU, where my Daughter was graduating from. Everything was ok. The only thing that was lacking was amenities like a vending machine or something where you could get water to drink. The walk in shower was a joke & had asked the girl at the front desk for a 5:30AM wake up call & didn't get one. When checking out I talked to a different girl about not getting wake up call & she replied "we don't do that here"😵‍💫

I was told my license needed updated and gave used it before with no problems. I had Estaphanie as my front desk clerk. Never had that problem before not feeling comfortable because of how I was treated.

My brothers & I stayed at the motel starting February 7th, & when we checked in after a days travel there was no hot water. I was told at different times when checking there would be hot water, but turned in for the night when it got too late without showering because of no hot water. I requested an inconvenience adjustment, but received none. The room was acceptable, & cleaned when requested, as well as clean towels & sheets. No homeless seen, & property maintained acceptably.

The pictures of the property did not the actual hotel. The surroundings and parking lots were very sketchy. Everytime we left the hotel our keys would not work. We had to go to f desk to have keys reprogrammed. When this is happening at nite, walking thru a pl that i already said was uncomfortable. Beds should have more that 2 pillows. The pool area was a joke.

We stayed one night, we got to the hotel late at night and left early in the morning. We only stayed here because we needed an inexpensive place to stay, only to sleep and shower in the morning. Saving a few extra dollars was not worth it. The room had a stench of smoke, bed sheets had stains, towels were yellow, nothing appeared clean. It is a very old motel that needs to be completely remodeled. Plus no elevator, if you end up on the second floor you need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

It was fine, but a little noisy at times. The room we had was pretty economical but came with a microwave. Parking was free and easy.
