Everything beyond the lobby is GARBAGE!
I'm used to staying in the cheapest and simplest accommodations. The only nice thing here was the kind & friendly staff who let us check in early (booked before I realized the check in was not until 4pm).
The huge room I booked for 2 people & 1 dog had only one FULL SIZE bed. The walls & doors were filthy & scuffed. The bathroom was dirty and moldy with long hair in the tub. The window did not lock w/o force (told first off that they're not responsible for theft but offer no security).
The back hallway entrance that should need a key card to enter, would not close.
In 30 years of cheap hotel stays, I've only stayed in one hotel worse, a Motel 6 in Helena, MT.

Cold bare flooring, noisy heater, dated, no frills.

I booked this room for family with children because of the inside pool. My daughter went to check in and was told the INSIDE pool was closed for the winter due to the cold weather! This info was not on the website. She was also told that breakfast was from 6-9am and went out at 8am to get food for the kids and was told all they had was coffee! There's no microwave or refrigerator, and when she went to get ice to keep their drinks cold for the night, she was told she could not use that much ice.

This is a Motel 6, they are not fancy but basic lodging. This was a one night stay and part of a longer trip. The hotel was very clean but as to be expected no frills. We would absolutely stay again if in the area.

We stayed for a night as this Motel was less than an hours drive to Grand Canyon. The room was remodeled with Laminate flooring and the Air conditioner worked very well. We only stayed for a night but this Motel exceeded our expectations. Was close to shops and restaurants and the Old downtown.

I guess i forgot to list i was handicapped. I had tried to check in early to ask but they wouldn't let me. Then they had no rooms on first floor. I had to walk no elevator up a steep flight of stairs. They did not help me with my luggage. Horrible service they did not care at all. No offer of refund or anything. I had stayed here before. Never again!

Wifi only worked when we were in the lobby area, not in our room. Good location for easy access to downtown Williams

Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent. Location was great.

The staff at check-in was not very friendly or personable. She was almost robotic - like reciting a script.
The room was nice enough, typical Motel 6; but the walls were thin and you can hear people laughing and talking rooms away.
It was the other guests that were the worst - talking loudly down the hallway at 1am. Banging noises and oboxious laughter late at night.

the hotel is in a great area! but the hotel itself is not great. we arrived in hopes of going in the pool and the pool was disgusting, it was white and foamy and you couldn't even see the first step let alone the bottom of the pool. the room itself was so sad, just 2 beds and a table. and tape covering the peephole on the door. you can hear all your neighbors

Older property newly renovated. Drawback, no elevator which was surprising to me.

Was a great spot on the main strip of Williams, AZ.
Everything on the main strip was within walking distance.

It was good for Motel 6

The room was bare bones with a hard floor. The tub was cracked. A large light in the hallway outside our door was flickering on and off.

Great Place to stay for the canyon. Rooms are basic but clean, pool was closed while we were there but not a big deal. Good price. Not trying to gouge tourists like some of the other options in the area.

There was no vending machines even though it advertised, the key card didn’t work half the time, our sink was clogged, pool was closed. No fridge or microwave in rooms.

My wife and I had been staying at this hotel for about a week, each day we had our dogs stay with us, mind you we have stayed at several motel 6’s across the states, everything has always been pleasant! Everything was well until one day we checked out and then later checked back in around 10 p.m. check in was fine and about 45 minutes later the front desk calls us twice, I was in bed trying to get sleep, my husband went down and asked why on earth they would be calling this late… they wanted to let us know our rooms would have to be serviced due to the excess dog hair and it took their housekeeper way too much time to sweep up. I’m concerned on the levels of cleaning if sweeping is too much time/work? We were so tired we didn’t care at that point, come the next morning, we leave for a few hours and come back to an untouched room. No room service. We felt uncomfortable and singled out so we ended up putting our dog with a pet sitter. We ended up checking out and took our business elsewhere. Sad honestly, we actually really liked the hotel at first, even left a good review on hotels.com but now we stay at Super 8 and they have had absolutely no issues with our dogs! Plus they have so many more amenities! So my best advice to pet owners, maybe skip this Motel 6 location so you don’t have to leave your room or be hassled at 11 pm. Why the front desk couldn’t mention it at check-in? Beyond me.

The town was BEAUTIFUL. It was a pit stop sleep for us so we were only there for about 5 hours but I was very happy with our little stay for the price.

The WiFi wasn’t secure, the pool was closed, the cable went out, the staff had no clue, etc. We did not stay the second night and they refused to give us a refund!

The hotel was great, the morning manager is splendid and so sweet! My wallet was left in the room after checking out and they found it and saved it for me safely. We've already booked our next stay here, the only small worry we had is the shower floor creeked and it was a bit worrisome but it does look like an older hotel, otherwise everything was perfect! Our pups enjoyed it as well! 😊
