There should be a limit of how many dogs are allowed on property! Smells like weed coming in the front door. People hanging out the windows talking to each other like it’s a New York street neighborhood.

Want stay again

Walked in my room, cockroach on the wall. Bathroom door broken, smelled like dope and people were in the parking lot doing shady stuff. Rooms facing the parking lot had the drapes open, and people watching who was driving in.

Horrible experience here. People live in this motel. Bad area people casing cars in the parking lot. Should be low income housing. Do not stay here.

Way better than I expected for a Morel 6. Only issue I had was that the remote didn’t match the TV but that wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely recommend and stay again

NO. JUST NO. Do NOT stay here. I left 12 minutes after checking in.

We asked for a non smoking room but our room smelled like cigarette smoke and our clothes smelled like it when we left. we usually stay here annually to attend a function in Dunkerton, but we will not stay here again in the future.

We did not stay but left after 5 min.

Great place if all you want is a bed, tv, shower, and a microwave. Dont come if you expect much more.

The place is very dingy and smells. The 2 guys at the front counter were nice but they weren't very professional. The bed sheets were kind of gross and had stains.

Dirt place full of bugs and smells damp. I ended up leaving and going to the Hampton Inn much better stay. No way I could sleep there too itchy

To many people who wanted to talk loudly in the middle of the night. Slam doors and make noise

The room was clean but only 2 really lousy pillows. No shampoo no hair dryer. No coffee either in room or on the premises. No breakfast at all. I guess you get what you pay for. The mattress was good.

This place was horrible. There was a garbage can outside the room collecting water that was leaking from the ceiling. The front desk recommended we lock our doors at all times including the chain latch. Smelled like weed and the towels looked like someone wiped their butt with them and were never washed.

Check in went okay. We had to pay a 20.00 deposit along with out payment and would get it back after checkout. That was said no where in reservation. Got our first room. TV would not work and heater would not run longer than 30 seconds. They gave us another room. This one was a little better. I was updated I guess with a new heater, so that worked. We could not get TV to work again. Front desk came up and had to find is a different remote for the TV. So we had one to turn TV on and off and volume and another remote for finding channels. It worked. They did have a nice warm pool for my daughter so that was nice. Other than that, we would choose not to stay again. The front desk staff, both night shift and first shift were very nice and accommodating.

This place is a DUMP! Their are sketchy people always hanging around the entrance and lobby and it looks like a homeless shelter. Loud noisy ghetto hood rap and wanna be gang bangers all over the place and it reeks of smoke and weed. Do not stay here! It's filthy and very sketchy.

Loved the flooring. The dogs across the hall were noisy.

Hotel is terrible. Cigarette burns in bed spread. No smoke alarm. No towels in my room. Asked for towels in the morning on my way out the door and still didn’t have them in my room when I came back at 5. Loud. Trashy. Pretty sure there were sketchy drug deals in the parking lot. Just plain garbage.

There were no bath towels or wash cloths. They were brought to our room after the laundry was done. There was no shower curtain, which we did not notice until morning. The ladies at the desk tried to be helpful.

I wish that I could give this hotel a - star but that's not an option. So 1st when we came in the lady at desk ( lisa I do believe) was very rude & said I hope your not here for a room. Well we had booked 3wks ago so ya I needed my room that was already paid for. 2nd check in was at 2pm we got there around 4pm. Our rooms were not even close to being ready So we waited almost an additional hr for our rooms. We still didn't have towels etc. So I asked for towels for both rooms so we could shower after spending the day at the waterpark and the next lady at the desk (I believe her name was Amy) she told me that it was going to be awhile because laundry hadn't been done. So we used a couple leftover towels that we had brought with us. Now onto the room, There was holes in the wall, burn holes in the blanket & sheets, bathtub was dirty and where the towels go there was falling apart. There was no screens on any of the windows and a bunch of people going in and out smoking and drinking. Finally we decided to just grab some dinner and go to bed. The next morning in the breakfast area there was no food or coffee. I asked the lady at the desk (I think her name was Briann) about breakfast and they said that they don't do breakfast. She was able to give us towels to at least shower. I told her what had happened and she apologized. I'm defiantly disappointed in this hotel to say the least and will never stay here again nor give a good review to others.

My room did not have a refrigerator as advertised. There were no tissues provided in the room. The door to the bathroom dragged on the floor as its hinge was very lose and the door hit the shower curtain rod. Otherwise, we found no bedbugs which was great! The A/C unit worked well. The motel was not noisy and I slept fairly well for being away from home. When more towels were needed the staff provided them right away. My kids enjoyed the over-chlorinated pool.

The stay was alright the remotes didnt work the room literally smelled like someone smoked about a hundred cigars and i am a smoker and it was terrible the construction was sloppy outside as i popped my tire and had to have it fixed when we came out the the entrance to go out side they had a garbage can woth screens and the framing were hanging out of the garbage and snagged on us as it was there for 2 days

The overall was great… i needed a decent priced room to rest before continuing my journey… Thru out the evening thou… family's were arguing and yelling -not sure if they were guest or tenants.

The air conditioning didn’t blow cold. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was only one outlet available for phone charging.

We found check in easy, staff friendly and helpful with our questions about locations and food options....Will happily stay again
