Breakfast and location
Small pool and no hot tub. Carpets stained
5.0
Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Three things to modify the bathrroom: add self closing seat to toilet, add a magnifying mirror that can be pulled closer to the face, and raise the current mirror and put the soap and lotion dispensers behind the faucet handles.

There is not enough room for people to park at front entrance when multiple people are trying to check in, had to keep driving around the block until space came available

The breakfast was awesome. Good location to be close to Lost Island.
The airconditioner unit had lots of visible mildew/mold on it which made a little uneasy was it was hot that weekend and we needed to use the A/C.

The breakfast was amazing
If they told me about the $20 extra charge.

nothing special
it wasn’t as nice as other hotels. just seems like it hasn’t been updated in awhile. the entrance key pads didn’t work so well. the coffee was empty each morning had to wait for them to come make more.
2.5
Afternoon clerk was great! Breakfast was good. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Morning clerk was unfriendly. Breakfast needs to last longer. No whirlpool! Hotel needs refreshed/updated. Could have spent way less money for like accommodations.

The breakfast and the staff who runs the breakfast were great!
We were not told that the hot tub was closed forever. I booked there for the hot tub time with my family after a long day of wrestling. The pool was ice cold. My kids lasted 10min and were purple. We paid $180 a night to be kept up by drunk & on drugs neighbors swearing and screaming at the top of their lungs, falling into the walls, and yelling on the phone to the staff who called them twice. We heard every word of the 2 calls. The awful neighbors crashed their truck/trailer outside and kept us up from midnight until 3am then again at 6am!! Car alarms went off both nights as well. The neighbors were violent so we didn't dare complain or confront them because of our safety concerns for our kids. The police should have been called by hotel staff once they called and were swearing at the staff. My boys had a national wrestling tournament at 7am that lasted until 5pm. They needed their sleep!! We traveled 4.5hrs from WI that day. Went to bed at 9:30pm to be woken up with a man being slammed into the wall by the elevator (our room wall). It was the most awful hotel experience we have ever had. We travel a lot for sports & for fun!! Will never ever stay again. We locked ourselves in our room for the 2 nights because we felt so unsafe. And like none of the staff cared at all for the guests. We will be making a formal complaint. Also, the fridge is super tiny and there is no microwave.
I included a picture of the wall the man was slammed in too. Drywall dust.
